Mercury: So we're really doing this?

Right now, the Leaders and High-Ranking Warriors of both the Lin Kuei and the Shirai Ryu Clans, are not present in the Lin Kuei Temple or the Shirai Ryu Fire Garden, but that of Bridgehead City. Bridgehead City is a massive, City-like Base established by both the Mistral Military and their Military Contract Organization; the Resources Development Administration or the RDA. The City is built by AI and 3D Printing, resulting in decades worth of Manual Labor being finished in only a year, and is the first of its kind. This place serves as the Main Headquarters along with the Military Training Bases and Facilities of the Mistral Military. Bridgehead City also replaced the Atlas Military Base in Argus when the Atlas Military were demanded to leave.

Jaune and his Group are in a Conference Room located in the Headquarters of the Mistralian Military. There, they are discussing the next set of Events that will happen going forward, and the main Topic of it, is Salem.

Jaune: Yes, it's time for all of Mistral to know the truth about the Grimm. To know the true Mastermind behind all this pain and suffering, the one who has caused all this death and destruction. With Mistral united, we will have an Army to fight against Salem and take her out for good.

Hazel: Have you acquired the means to defeat Salem for good?

Jaune: As promised by Ozpin, we were handed the Relic of Creation. From there, I asked Ambrosius to create a Weapon that will rid of Salem's Immortality and the Grimm Essence in her body for good. Without it, she's like us, Mortal and Human.

Cinder: And all that remains is the Grimm. But this is a simple Task in which Remnant can handle. Salem is the main problem we need to rid of as soon as possible.

Watts: Not to mention our betrayal. She will not take too kindly of it.

Mercury: Speaking of betrayals. Has she suspected anything? Regarding your change of Allegiances?

Watts: No, Salem usually doesn't know of Events happening in Remnant unless being reported by her Agents, with us and Lionheart out of the picture. She won't have a means to know of our Plans until it springs into action. We continue to update her on False Information. Although, we did state that Cinder acquired the Fall and Spring Maiden, with her next Target being Winter.

Emerald: And she took the Bait?

Watts: She did.

Jaune: Good. With the Chess Pieces falling into our favor and certain Pieces being removed from the Board. It's time we make our move and end this War as quickly as possible, not allow Salem a means to counter us. I will make preparations with my Uncle regarding the reveal of Salem, but before that happens, we need to tie up loose ends.

Vale: Vale Council Chambers

We are now met with the Interiors of the Vale Council Chambers, where three Members of the Vale Council are seen "patiently" waiting for their Contacts to arrive. And thankfully, their Contacts have arrived as they hear the Doors of the Chambers open, the three Council Members turn to the Entrance and were met with Watts and Hazel entering the Room. With the Intel Jaune found regarding the Council, these are the Individuals that are Agents of Salem's Inner Circle.

Vale Councilman 1: Who are you?! How did you get pass our Guards?!

Hazel: Calm yourself, Councilmen. I'm certain you would recognize my voice to not see me as a Threat nor an Intruder.

When they heard Hazel's voice, the three Councilmen's eyes widen.

Vale Councilman 2: Wait, you're Hazel? I almost didn't recognize you due to your.....rocky appearance.

Vale Councilman 3: And who is that Machine with you?

Watts: Arthur Watts, Councilman. And don't ask how such an ingenious act is possible. Your primitive minds wouldn't understand Science to begin with. 

The Council didn't know if they should be offended by that.

Hazel: Enough foolishness, what have you to report?

Vale Councilman 1: For starters, majority of the Huntsmen Population in Vale, mainly that of the Next Generation of up and coming Huntsmen, have all been disposed of.

The two know what the Councilman is talking about, the Incident in the Shirai Ryu Fire Temple. 

Hazel: Explain.

Vale Councilman 2: Because of what happened in Mistral, it's chaos in Vale and with it, more Grimm Hordes are popping up in our Lands. On the bright side, it allowed the Grimm to take out more Huntsmen that are proven to be nuisances to her Mistress' Plans. Trust us, like with Lionheart, we sent them to their deaths.

Vale Councilman 3: And speaking of Lionheart, do we know the Identity of the 3 Double Agents that got him arrested? From what I can gather, it's plausible they are those 3 that Salem sent to capture whatever it is she wants in Beacon.

Watts: There is no Evidence if Cinder is involved in this. Hazel was present in the White Fang Rally that was raided by the Lin Kuei. Roman was gracious enough to tell Hazel that Cinder is going into hiding for now, after what has happened in Beacon.

Hazel: So the blame will fall on you, Councilman.

Vale Councilman 1: Come now, why are we to blame if the Defenses of Beacon have dwindled? With the amount of Beacon Students dead and in Jail, the ones left are those who are willing to abandon their Posts to save their own skins. This will be an easy task for Cinder.

Hazel: Yet the actions of the Beacon Students have caused problems for Vale, specifically the Council. Your Reputation has plummeted due to your foolishness. You forget the Lin Kuei has a Reputation in the 4 Kingdoms, the fact you praised the Students for doing such illegal actions, makes you all the more reason not to be trusted.

Watts: And if certain punishments are to be brought upon. I'm certain you will lose your Positions in this Council if you continue to let your arrogance get the better of you. Like what our Mistress said, you're not invincible. One simple mistake will lead to your end.

Vale Councilman 1: Then we take out Mistral before they become an even bigger Threat. If you want to know, I heard rumors from the Headmistress of Beacon that she was able to convince the General of Atlas to bring half of his Fleet to Mistral. Set up Operations and be ready to declare War on them.

This made Watts and Hazel more focused, Hazel glanced at Watts to see he has recorded this conversation from the start. Jaune and the rest of their Allies will need to know of this.

Watts: Why is Atlas wishing to declare War?

Vale Councilman 1: It's not Atlas, Ironwood and Goodwitch wish to eliminate a Threat. The Atlas Council does not know of this attack, but if word does come out. They will allow it. I believe you get the gist of it?

Vale Councilman 2: Ironwood wants Mistral to attack first. Show they attacked Atlas without warning or proper and legal means, they only did so because it's Atlas.

Vale Councilman 1: Precisely. If they make the first shot, it will give Atlas all the more reason to attack Mistral, and with Mistral having the means to go toe to toe with the Atlas Military. It saves our Mistress the trouble of taking out the Defenses of two Kingdoms.

Vale Councilman 3: Take out two Birds with one Stone.

The two Lin Kuei Members looked at each other for a second then focused their attention back at the Council.

Watts: And has Ironwood departed for Mistral?

Vale Councilman 1: From what I heard, no. But he has sent Scouts to find a place to serve as their Base.

Hazel: I see.

He looks at Watts and the Cyborg gave him a nod.

Hazel: And has Ozpin said anything about this?

Vale Councilman 1: No, as a matter of fact we don't even know if the Headmaster of Beacon knows what his Agents are doing. But he has no power to stop them.

Hazel: I see. Very well, thank you for providing us with this Information, Councilmen. Salem would be most pleased of your work.

When he said that, the two saw smiles on the Councilmen's faces, knowing the Reward they will get for their handiwork.

Hazel: But I'm afraid it's time we let you go.

The Councilmen stopped in their tracks and looked at Hazel with a confused look.

Vale Councilman 1: What do you mean by that?

Watts: What he means is, as of now, by order of the Grandmaster of the Lin Kuei. Your services are no longer required. Tyrian, kill them.

He looks towards the Doors as something, or someone, zooms inside the Council Chambers in a purple blur and decapitates the first Councilman in their sights. Their head falling to the Floor followed by their body. The Culprit who did said Action, runs around in a circle before appearing in front of the Council. They spin their Weapon, two Hook Swords, and gets into stance, bringing the Hook Swords down, moving it in a position where the Blades from an "X".

This Man is none other than Tyrian Callows, the Scorpion Faunus taking on a different appearance. To start off, his hair's cut short and wears a Mask outfitted with a Respirator, his skin is noticeable burned and is now gray. He wears Chest Armor that is black and gray with a red Piece up on top and has a Strap hanging diagonally on his chest. Ragged Robes are present on his shoulders and waist, they are green and brown in color. Two Tubes are connected to his body, going from his back and shoulders. Then a Belt, Knee Armor, and Boots.

How the Scorpion Faunus is alive is through the work of Jaune and Roman, like what they did with Johnathan Arc when Jaune killed him, they revived Tyrian and used a Spell to implant new Memories. The Memories being, Salem was the cause of his Scars, the burns on his body, why his body ended up like this, not only that, Salem was the reason Tyrian lost his Scorpion Tail. And that "revelation" made Tyrian furious and want Salem's head.

Vale Councilman 2: Wait, so the Double Agents. They're not only Cinder, they're-

Tyrian: All Enemies of the Lin Kuei shall be eliminated with precise efficiency. Be glad you are not facing the wrath of the Witch, and instead, facing mine.

Hazel walks up to the Doors and closes it. In the Halls leading to the Council Chambers and through the Doors, all you can hear are the muffled screams of the 2 remaining Councilmen. A Loose End has been disposed of.

Mistral: Bridgehead City; Main Headquarters

In the Operations Center aka the Command Center of the Mistral Military Headquarters, Jaune is seen looking at the view of the City from the Windows of the Room. The Operations Center is situated in a Building located in the middle of Bridgehead City, the Room being in the Top Floor, hence the view from the Window allows anyone to see the entirety of the Base.

Jacob: Enjoying the view, Jaune?

He turns around and was met with his Uncle, Jacob. The entirety of the Operations Center is busy as the Broadcast will start shortly.

Jaune: Yup, to think we were able to create something like this. Mistral is in good hands because we removed ourselves from the 4 Kingdom's corruption.

Jacob: Remove Jacques out of the Picture and there is no doubt our Homes will advance. Man wants us to stay in the Stone Age so he can make a Profit.

Jaune: Indeed.

He stops talking and glances over to the Ops Halo Station, a large Holographic Projection Table used to provide 3D Imaging of Topography and Battlefield Operations. These are linked to Satellites, providing tracking of Units in real time, this implies the Mistralians have achieved a means to bring Objects to Space and obviously, People. There, he spots his Aunt, Meredith, speaking to many of the Military Officials there.

Jaune: Are preparations finished?

Jacob: Yes, all of Mistral has been informed of a Broadcast happening in a few minutes, and to rub salt in the wound, I made sure to send Ozpin the Link to the Broadcast, that way he knows exactly what you're gonna say. He can't do anything to stop us as the Man's on thin ice with Mistral after he gave those Idiotic Students a slap to the wrist.

Jaune nods to what his Uncle said, according to what Sun and Neptune told him, they heard this from their Sources back in Beacon, Team RWBY didn't get their punishments. In the Public's eyes, they did. But in actuality, no. Cinder told Jaune that Ozpin will never get rid of them because they are his "Golden" Team, or in actuality, the Team is safe because of connections. But he did hear from Sun that Ruby and Yang's Father is not happy of what he did. Not one bit. Which means what Qrow said days ago was true, Tai will want his head for what he did to Yang.

Meredith: Jacob, Jaune, we're ready for you.

The two turn to Meredith, Jacob taking a glance at Jaune as they approach the Halo Station. Jaune gives his Aunt a smile, now taking Center Stage. He glanced over to an Area in the Operations Center, seeing Cinder and his Group watching him. Jaune takes a deep breath and gives the go ahead to Meredith.

Meredith types on the Keyboard as all over the Kingdom of Mistral, Jaune's face appears on the Screens on their TVs and Holographic Screens which were placed on the Streets of Mistral, many of Mistral's Citizens are also looking at their Scrolls, listening in. Everyone pays attention on what Jaune has to say as the Grandmaster begins his Speech.

Jaune: If you don't know who I am, my name is Jaune Liang, the Grandmaster of the Lin Kuei. First off, I would like to say both the Lin Kuei and Shirai Ryu have grown exponentially for the past couple of Weeks, to the point Huntsmen and Huntresses are no longer needed for our Kingdom. For the Lin Kuei and the Shirai Ryu are far stronger, far resilient, and honorable than that of the Huntsmen. And I'm here to say that I'm proud of all who joined our cause. To those who wish to join but are afraid of being seen as weak. Don't worry, no matter who you are and where you came from, you will always have a place in our Clan.

Hearing what Jaune said, many of those who were afraid of joining the two Clans, are hopeful that they will do something meaningful in their Life. A chance to make a change. While the Huntsmen, or what's left of them, since many have either joined the Mistral Military or the Lin Kuei, grit their teeth in anger seeing Jaune insult them.

Jaune: But enough of that, it's time I tell you the truth of Remnant, and our True Enemy.

Everyone in Mistral is now focusing on the Broadcast, taking in on every word Jaune is saying.

Jaune: We know our Enemy is that of the Grimm. A Threat that plagued our Home for centuries, and I'm here to tell you that someone is leading the Grimm, a Leader, a Queen, and her name is Salem.

From there, thanks to the help of Watts, an Image of Salem appears on the Screen. When all of Mistral saw the Queen of Grimm, there were a varying reactions, some are whispering to one another, taking in on this revelation; the Grimm have a Queen, then there are those who are downright terrified of her. Many wonder how powerful she is, seeing as everyone in Mistral encountered a Grimm whether they are strong or weak. They believe she may the their biggest Challenge yet.

Jaune: Yes, this here is the Queen of the Grimm. The Woman leading these Monster who have brought upon nothing but death and destruction in our Homes. You may ask, how have none of us knew such an Individual exists? It's simple, Salem has been hiding in her Lair for centuries, where no one will find her, and that Place is the Land of Darkness, a Land filled to the brim with Grimm.

This was followed with the Screen showcasing the Land of Darkness, the People of Mistral taking note of its Environment, never thinking of ever seeing a Land belonging to that of the Grimm. 

Jaune: Salem remained there because she doesn't have to show herself. She lets her Grimm do the Job in wiping out all of Humanity, and has been succeeding. But not today. Today, this ends here. You may ask how the Lin Kuei knew of this. It's simple, we stumble upon her in our Journeys around Remnant, the Lin Kuei witnessed her Power, we may have lost our Brothers and Sisters during the Fight. But it paved way for us to learn of the Truth. With it, we give this knowledge to you. Because it's time we fight back and take it to the Heart of it all. In conjunction with the Mistral Military and the Lin Kuei, we will initiate a Full-Frontal Attack on the Queen of Grimm's Lair, end this fight once and for all. That is why I ask the brave, those who are willing to end this Fight, to join this Battle. Avenge those who have fallen, and save our Home so that our Children will walk on this Earth without ever stumbling upon the Threat of the Grimm. As for those who wish not to fight, we understand, but we ask you to cheer us on. For today, Mistral will stand as one. Mistral will unite!! And Mistral will show the World who we really are!! To all of Mistral, the Fight is ours!!

This was met with a wave of cheers from the Mistral Citizens, all of them motivated to stand as one. To stand together. Jaune's name has been chanted in the Streets, many brave Citizens wishing to fight against the Grimm in the Land of Darkness, if it means dying and ending the Fight once and for all, they'll take it.

Jaune: For those who wish to join the Final Battle, head to the Outposts located on this Map. That is all, and to all of Mistral. I wish you good luck. For this Day, will be one for the Books.

The Broadcast ends, what's left on the Screen is the Map showcasing the Locations where the People of Mistral can join in on this Fight.

Beacon Academy: Ozpin's Office

Qrow: You're lucky the Kid didn't tell the truth about you two. Who knows what will happen if you were one of the leading factors that caused this shitshow to happen. That you're a Wizard that reincarnates to Oum knows how many bodies. The People will want answers, and probably your head.

Like what Jacob said, Ozpin and his Inner Circle were able to watch Jaune's Broadcast. Ozpin is thankful Jaune didn't say anything regarding his involvement with Salem, but a few People in the Room aren't in agreement of what Jaune is doing.

Ironwood: And that is why I kept disagreeing on their actions of telling Mistral about Salem!!

Qrow: Can't do anything about it, Jimmy. Whole of Mistral now knows, hell, they even know what she looks like.

Ozpin: We're getting off topic here, Qrow. As for you, James. There is something I wish to know, and don't lie to me.

He stares at Ironwood with a stern look, his eyes piercing right through
