Lilly: They were waiting for us.

The One-Five coming from both sides ran into the middle and got into formation, facing the Control Center where Jaune and Lilly are. Up in the front, Violet makes her appearance as she glanced at the two at the Control Center, then turns and announces to the One-Five.

Violet: Hold your position, Men. If they try to leave, they'll have to go through us.

Seeing the amount of One-Five in front of them, Lilly looks to Jaune in a frantic manner.

Lilly: So what do we do? Fight our way to the Gunship? You have Ifrit with you. We can use that to our advantage.

Jaune: I-They're too many. I-I don't want to hurt them.

Lilly: Jaune. I hate to be the one to tell you this, but they don't care. They're not the same Comrades we know!! They're not our Friends anymore, but Mindless Slaves being controlled by Nicolas!! This-

Jaune: You don't think I know that?! You don't think I know the fact that my Brothers and Sisters are gone?! My Family!! People that mean so much to me!! Our Friends, Lilly!! Our Family!! What Nicolas did, turned them into Mindless Slaves!! They are willing to die and take you, and me along with them!! I don't want to kill them because I can't!! I can't bear the burden that I was the one that killed them! I lost so much and now I'm losing everyone I care about in an instant!! The People I love so much!! What is even the point when there is no hope for us left?

She steps back as Lilly watches Jaune stumble a bit due to his outburst. Lilly removes her Helmet, showing her face to Jaune, Jaune looks away, not wanting her to look at him after what he did. But he sees a look of concern appearing on Lilly's face. Lilly slowly approaches Jaune and activates the Switch on his Helmet, allowing her to remove it. The minute Lilly removes the Helmet, she was met with Jaune looking broken, his expression showing he lost all hope as tears flow down his cheeks.

He was crying.

Lilly quickly hugs Jaune and places his head beside hers as the two touch foreheads. They close their eyes as Jaune breathes heavily at first, but when he was close to Lilly, he started to calm down a bit.

Lilly: Let it out, Jaune. Let it out. I'm here for you.

When Lilly said that, Jaune separates from Lilly and stares at her. He was met with a beautiful smile from Lilly as she places her hand on his cheek, Jaune  responds by placing his hand on Lilly's which is on his cheek. The two Best Friends, Childhood Friends, having a moment between themselves. Because right now, it's just them against the World.

Lilly: Jaune, I've known you my whole Life. You're a good Person. And our Friends out there, I know the pain they are feeling right now, not being able to do anything. Feeling trapped in a Prison. I believe they wish for this suffering to end. I know what it felt, and I don't want them to experience it any longer. I know they are willing to die, but it's not us who killed them. It was Nicolas and Carmilla. The best thing we can do, is to avenge them. It's the least we can do to honor their memory.

Jaune: So, what are we suppose to do with that right in front of us?

Her response was to look at the Hangar Bay, the One-Five still standing firm, waiting for their inevitable arrival.

Lilly: Well.....let's just say I have a Plan. And I'm not sure you're going to like it. But. Do you trust me?

She was surprised for a second when Jaune grabbed her hands. A faint blush present on Lilly's face because of Jaune's action.

Jaune: Lilly. No matter what the situation is. If it's us against the World. I will never leave your side and trust you till the very end. And it's a promise.

Lilly: An Arc's Promise.

The two let out a smile before Lilly looks over to the three Hertas.

Lilly: Can I count on the three of you to help us on this one?

Calm Herta: Sure, why not.

Arrogant Herta: Seeing we have no other options. Might as well go for it.

Simp Herta: For Madam Herta!!

Jaune rolls his eyes on the "For Madam Herta" quote. Even when she's the supposed Bad Guy, she still annoys him. Even to the Grave.

Lilly: Good. I'll explain on the way.

She rushes off out of there with the rest following, as the Final Confrontations begins.

Timeskip

In the Hangar Bay, the One-Five is still there, waiting for Jaune and Lilly to arrive. Violet continues to pace back and forth until she stops when she heard Erica's voice on her Comms.

Erica: Ma'am, we think Valkia might be headed your way. Be aware.

Lilly: Hold your fire!

Lilly's voice calls out as they look to the Entrance to see her bringing in Jaune, who has surrendered himself, it's obvious due to him having his hands on the back of his head as Lilly shoves Jaune to move forward.

Violet: Hang on. We have Arc and the Major. Send all remaining Troops to my position.

As she aims her Pistol at the two. Behind her, the Original 15 gets into Defensive Position, the rest of the One-Five following suite as their Blasters are trained at Jaune and Lilly.

Lilly: I said hold your fire, Violet. I have the situation under control.

They slowly approach the One-Five with Violet yelling out to Lilly.

Violet: You have your order, Ma'am. Now execute it or I will!

Lilly: The order was to execute any Arcadian who is a Threat to Arcadia. Whether it be an Arc or anyone else. But I learned Information that is vital to Emperor Nicolas. Jaune Arc has the lists of names that are part of the List. Traitors to Arcadia. He knows where they are, and we need him alive to give said Information. Killing him is a foolish move if we are to remove the Threats of Arcadia. If we lose him, we lose vital Intel.

As Lilly is distracting the One-Five. Inside the Hangar Bay, the three Hertas sneakily make their way to the Control Panel. Arrogant Herta takes a seat and starts up the System, while the two other Hertas get to work on the others in the Hangar Bay. And with Violet, she slowly lowers her Pistols, now speaking to Lilly.

Violet: Ma'am, you said yourself we're under special order from Emperor Nicolas to eliminate Jaune Arc and any other Arcadian who disobeys Protocol 66.

While Violet is still speaking to Lilly, Jaune glanced over to the Hangar Deck to see the Hertas are still working on the Control Panel, Simp Herta looks to Calm Herta, she shook her head, indicating not yet.

Jaune: Just keep Violet talking, a little bit longer.

Despite wearing a Helmet, Lilly is seen looking down, many thoughts flooding in her head on what she should do here. And she gave one last shot at this. Saying what needed to be said. A means to get them to listen. To understand.

Lilly: Violet, everyone. Listen to me. All of us known each other a long time. You know what we're doing is wrong, we are the ones committing Treason in Arcadia, not Jaune. Wake up, Violet. Everyone. Wake up from this Nightmare.

She looks to see Violet lowering her Blasters for a moment, but, knowing what's controlling them, they didn't listen. Violet aiming her Pistols at Lilly and yelling out to her.

Violet: Major Lilly Ironblooded, you're in violation of Protocol 66. I accuse you of treason against Arcadia. You'll be stripped of your Rank and subject to immediate execution along with the Traitor Jaune Arc

Jaune: Ready?

Lilly: Yeah, this was worth a shot. Time to raise Hell.

Violet: Battalion, ready. Aim!

As the One-Five ready their Blasters, waiting for the command to fire. It didn't happen. The Alarms sounded out, making Violet stop to pay attention to it.

Jaune: Now!

The minute Arrogant Herta presses the Button on the Console, the Lifts activate and move downwards in a second, sending half of the Original 15 and those of the One-Five plummeting down to the Lower Levels of the Hangar, the same can be said for another One-Five Group in the far back. Violet looks behind her to see some of the One-Five still aiming their Blasters with Kiana Kaslana and Raiden Mei looking down on the Lower Levels. Violet looks to Murata Himeko and Vladilena "Lena" Milizé, before turning to Jaune with their Blasters raised, and were met with Jaune sprinting at them and sending out a Shockwave Blast, the three sent flying as they plummet to the Lower Levels, a yelp can be heard from the three.

Lilly throws Jaune his Swords, infusing their Blades with Defense Magic. He begins his attack by unleashing another Shockwave Blast that sent Bianka "Durandal" Ataegina flying and falling to the Lower Levels. To his right, Furlan Church was about to fire at Jaune, but Jaune heated his Blades just in time and slashes his Blaster in half, then hit with a Stun by Lilly. Another Shockwave Blast was thrown, sending Ch'en and Talulah flying then crashing to the Floor. Hoshiguma was still standing, and went for a shot but got hit with a Stun Round.

The two focused their attention on the Front, engaging the One-Five that are still in the Hangar Bay. They took out both Kiana and Raiden Mei, with Vita coming in, she kneels to open fire as Amy "Lucky" Halsted runs in, only to be hit with a Stun Round as she crashes to the Floor. Beside her, Isabel Magnolia was shot down, Jaune and Lilly continue to deflect, block, and fire out Stun Rounds at the One-Five.

Valkia makes her appearance as she reaches the Hangar Bay. She looks in front of her to see Jaune and Lilly are very occupied with the One-Five, then turns his attention to the One-Five Gunship. Valkia looks at Jaune, remembering their deal and shook her head, now making a beeline for the One-Five Gunship. Jaune and Lilly continue to fend off the One-Five, blocking a few Blaster Bolts, taking out Julie Mappie, with three more of the One-Five; Seele Vollerei, Guinaifen, and Li Sushang remaining. Arrogant Herta turns to her right and was met with Valkia sprinting.

Arrogant Herta: Jaune!!

She quickly calls out to the two as Jaune and Lilly look over to see Valkia heading for the Gunship.

Jaune: Harkon.

The two chase after her with Lilly taking out Guinaifen, Seele and Sushang gave chase as Lilly fires at Seele before she could shoot Jaune, who uses his Agility to speed towards Valkia. Valkia glanced to see Jaune right on her tail with Lilly finishing off Sushang. Jaune wasted no time and used the Power of Ifrit, firing off a large Beam of Flames that Valkia ducks down to dodge, the Beam causing an explosion behind her. She retaliated back by firing of a Beam of Comic Energy, Jaune rolls to the Floor as an explosion erupts, the two trading Beam after Beam. Because of this stalemate, Valkia uses her Reality Manipulation to create a Wall to stop Jaune's advanced.

This stopped Jaune's path, allowing Valkia to run to the Gunship, only for the Metal Wall to glow brightly before an explosion of Molten Metal flys out. Valkia looks to see Jaune jumping inside the hole he made, even if he's wearing a Helmet, Jaune's face is really pissed off right now. As for Valkia, she's annoyed by Jaune's persistency.

Valkia: Sorry, Jaune. But the deal has changed. I decided to let myself out. Thanks for reserving this Ship for me!!

What she said further angered Jaune, not stopping his sprint as the Blades on his Swords now glow a Motlen Light.

Jaune: Valkia!! 

He lets out a Dragon Roar and goes for a Slash Attack that grazes Valkia's neck, she screams in fear before firing out a Beam that causes an explosion, sending Jaune flying, parts of his Armor now broken into pieces, baldly damaged, Jaune flings to the air, he uses his Dragon Wings to stop him from falling but the damage done by Valkia injured the Wings, making him incapable of flying. As he nearly touched the ground, he stabs the Floor using the Heated Blades, fiery slash marks appear as he slides to the Floor right where the Lifts are. Jaune falls as Simp Herta brought out a Grappling Hook and fires out a Line, Lilly spots this, running over to check what happened. Luckily Jaune was able to grab onto the Rope.

Meanwhile, Valkia looks over to her neck, seeing the Slash Mark was able to hit her Armor, the Heat Jaune used able to melt through it. Valkia had one thought on this, she nearly lost her head.

She wasted no time and sprints for the Gunship. As Simp Herta pulls the Rope on the Grappling Hook, Jaune starts climbing up it. But in the Lower Levels, the first among the One-Five down there to wake up is Kevin "Phainon" Kaslana, he didn't get knocked out completely due to landing on Yōji Itami, the Man unconscious under him.

Once Kevin came into consciousness, he looks up to see Jaune climbing up back to the Hangar Bay. Kevin stands up as the rest of the One-Five wake up, he held the back of his Helmet in pain before firing his Blaster at Jaune. Jaune immediately slashes at the Blaster Bolts being fired at him as Lilly fires back with more Stun Rounds. Simp Herta continues to pull the Grappling Hook up, Jaune being pelted with more Blaster Bolts.

Kevin: Move it. Move it. Get these Lifts activated. Get us up there.

He looks as Argenti, Sunday, and Sampo move out along with the other One-Five there, Kevin looks over to Elias Kastov and Johnny Stein working on a Control Panel.

Elias: Our Panel's locked out.

In the Control Panel, Arrogant Herta is seen smirking confidently at her handy work. Making sure the One-Five don't get the upper hand.

Kevin: Fire on those Puppets! 

His two Teams; the Flame-Chasers and Chrysos Heirs, lined up in formation, firing out a Swarm of Blaster Bolts at Jaune. Lilly had to back away and same goes for Simp Herta, Jaune swings himself around while blocking the Blaster Bolts, but gets hit a few times as sparks fly out of his Armor. All the while, Valkia is starting up the Gunship, the Gunship hovers in the air and takes its leave in the Hangar Deck. Jaune was able to make it up and jumps to the air, landing, he is met with Valkia getting away.

Jaune: Lilly, we can't let Valkia get away!

He sprints towards the Gunship, moving his arm forward, a Green Magic Circle appears. Jaune uses a Telekinesis Spell as the entire Gunship stops in place, the Ship being surrounded by a Green Aura. Valkia was sent forward in the Cockpit, looking behind for a second and pushing the Throttle, the Engines of the Gunship going into overdrive. Jaune is struggling to keep the Gunship in place, Lilly runs over to him and held on to his arm. The two standing their ground despite the struggle, but as Calm Herta turns around, she looks to the Entrance to see the rest of the One-Five heading in the Hangar Bay.

Calm Herta: Jaune, Lilly, more incoming.

While holding on to Lilly, she fires out Stun Rounds as Dobermann's Squad along with Hannah's (Apollo) arrive, now engaging the two. Lilly looks over to Jaune, her grip on his arm loosening until it separates completely. Lilly steps back while Jaune tumbles to the Floor, Lilly fends off the One-Five, hitting Doberman as she falls to the Floor, the rest started surrounding them from both sides, and when  Calm Herta took a step.

BAM!

She was blasted right in the head when Penelope "Bishop" Phillips took a shot. Jaune watches as Calm Herta collapses to the Floor. Jaune is slowly being pushed forward, failing to keep the Gunship at bay, Valkia continues to floor it, and as Jaune looks behind towards Lilly, her Armor gets hit by numerous Blaster Bolts, getting pushed back.

Lilly: Can't hold them off. Too many of them!

More of the One-Five keep coming in as Jaune looks over to the One-Five Gunship. Seeing their situation, he took a deep breath and closes his eyes. Letting go. The Spell cancels out  as Valkia notices this and floors it, the Engines boosting up and the Gunship flying out of the Hangar Bay into Space. 

Jaune rushes over to Lilly and served as her Shield, he blocks all the Blaster Bolts while Lilly continues firing Stun Rounds. All the while the One-Five Gunship flies past the Quintus, the Cruiser continuing its descent to the Moon.

Valkia: I'll see you soon, Jaune. I'll make sure to give you two a warm welcome when you arrive.

She says with a smirk as Valkia makes the jump to Hyperspace, escaping this mess.

The One-Five continue firing as Lilly was able to take down both Nora "Kask" Kaminski and Penelope (Bishop) but more are still coming. They surround them in both sides as Lilly is facing her left, taking out Teo (Ace), Jaune jumps in front of Lilly to take the blunt of the Blaster Bolts to their right, Lilly switches to the other side, taking out W and FrostNova. Jaune was deflects a Blaster Bolt to Luis "Krolder" Arc, taking him out, while Lilly takes out Elton (Gambit) and Sven (Raptor), with Hannah (Apollo) still standing. Jaune sees the overwhelming amount of One-Five heading in, the two being hit with more Blaster Bolts, afraid their Armor can't take much more of it.

So, Jaune super heated his Blades once again and uses a Telekinesis Spell to stab them on the Floor, creating a circle, and as Lilly fires off one more shot, she looks down as the two fell, more like crash to the Lower Levels. Lilly was on her knees and so was Jaune, and as the two stood up. To their luck, they look in front and were met with the One-Five who were left in the Lower Levels, all of them aiming their Blasters at the two.

Lilly, who looks worse for wear, the noticeable scorch marks, broken Armor Pieces, and the Visor being cracked says it all. She sees the One-Five in front of her and lets out a very tired sigh.

Violet: Blast them!

They fired as Jaune and Lilly went back to work. But Arrogant Herta does her job on the Console, she presses the Button as down in the Lower Levels, Violet watches the Lift rapidly move upwards, followed by hers. She and the One-Five on the Platform were sent up and flying to the air, many of them crashing to the Floor in the Hangar Bay. Arrogant Herta sees this and let out a triumphant laugh as Simp Herta praises her.

Hizuru: Hey!

But a voice calls out to them, the two looked to see Blasters being pointed at them. In front of the two Hertas are Hizuru Minakata, Jenny Horsten, Catherine "Cath" Matara, Elizabeth Thatcher, and Artemisia Verdant. Hizuru is seen listening in on the Comms.

Violet: Blast those damn Puppets.
