Y/n: there's no way to do this without losing ourselves

Michael: I'm well aware of that y/n

Y/n: what would Elise think of this, we would be turning our back on everything we stand for, everything we fought for, everything we died for!

Michael: I KNOW... but this is the only way, the only way we can go to save what's left.

Y/n turns around to leave but turns to look back at Michael

Y/n: then you can do this on your own. I will do what Elise would have wanted for us. You'll regret this, and by the time you realize it. It will be to late.

Y/n leaves the room leaving Michael alone

Michael: I know, I'm sorry

Michael looks down as he stands over two bodies laid out on a stone slab memorial. Elise and the lotus...

(Time skip)

Steven and ordis are talking at the temple with the crystal gems

Steven- so you can't remember anything

Ordis- no I remember only my name sadly.

Steven: do you know at-least about the place I pulled you out from.

Ordis: I'm sorry but no everything prior to me regenerating in front of you is gone from my memory, I know not of who or what I am.

Steven- hmm... well how about I help you remember somehow, maybe jog your memory loose or something

Ordis: how?

Steven : i don't know but until how about you stay with us, you seem nice

Ordis:I don't know if that's the wisest choice, you barely know me

Steven: well let's get to know you, let's go find out what you like.

Steven and ordis keep talking to each other while the crystal gems sit off to the side watching them.

Pearl: are we sure the their safe to be around, we don't know who they are or what they might do

Garnet: I don't see them doing anything dangerous in my future vision. And they seem harmless enough with Steven

Pearl: but should we keep them around we don't know if they could hurt Steven or maybe get him into trouble or....

Garnet cuts her off

Garnet: don't worry so much, I understand your concern but this gems seems lost and doesn't know what to do. Steven could be a big help to them and be what they need.

amethyst: yeah and if they try to hurt Steven we could pummel them and bubble them!

She says in an excited tone While smashing her fist against her hand

pearl: Oh alright but just make sure Stevens careful, we don't want what happened with lapis to repeat itself

Steven and ordis finish up talking

Steven: how about we go the town, maybe we could find out what you like

Ordis: that seems like a decent idea maybe it even might help me remember

Steven: yay let's go

they run off to the town

ordis and Steven go around finding things to do

they go the big donut first

Steven and ordis walk through the front door

Steven: hey Sadie

Sadie: STEVEN! How you doing, you come here for some donuts or just to talk

Steven: actually I came here with my new friend to see if they liked donuts

Sadie: your new friend?

She looks at ordis who stands in the back doing a little wave at her

Steven: he's a gem I found him in this weird place and he has no memory of anything

Sadie: oh

Steven: anyway can if get some donuts I want to see if they like any food

Sadie: yeah sure Steven, what would you like

Steven orders the donuts and brings them back to ordis

Steven: here, maybe you like eating

Steven hands him the donut

Ordis: what do I do with this.

Steven: oh, you put the donut in your mouth and chew like this

Steven shows ordis by eating a donut in front of him showing him the motions of chewing.

ordis grabs his donut it's puts it to his face but it just taps against his face making the sound a glass being bumped

Ordis: Steven I don't have a mouth

Steven: Really? I didn't think your face was actually just glass. Hmm well maybe you don't eat but we can go the arcade and play some games. Maybe you like video games

Ordis: that sounds fun let's go

Steven and ordis head off to the arcade and play some games, Steven shows him how to play a few games but ordis keeps losing and every time he loses he hits the machine a little to hard causing it to break.

Steven sees the owner coming toward them ready to yell

Steven: uhh I think it's time to go

Steven pulls ordis by the hand and they run out of their as fast they can

Steven: why did you keep smashing they games.

Ordis: there quite rude machines always calling you terrible when you lose

Steven: well there's the boardwalk still maybe we could go their.

Ordis: actually I don't think I'm to good at human activities, maybe we should go back to the temple and find something else to do

Steven: oh-okay

They head off back for the temple until a creature pounces on Steven

Ordis reacts by trying to hurt the creature but Steven stops him

Steven: wait! This is lion my pet.

Ordis: he's your pet, well thank goodness I thought this creature was trying hurt you

Steven: yeah well he's pretty cool he can do a lot of cool stuff like teleport, which is actually how I found you kind of

Ordis: wait what do you mean I thought you found me inside a mountain

Steven: well I did but I only found that mountain because lion took me to a strange place and I saw something there that looked just like your gem

Ordis: can he take me their

Steven: no he seemed to just be as confused as I was when we arrived, I don't think lion knows how to get there on his own

Ordis: oh

He says and saddened voice

Steven: but he can do other stuff, I can go into his mane, come follow me

Steven goes into lions glowing mane and then vanishes inside for a second
His hand then pops back out to give ordis a hand.

Ordis follows him into a new pink pocket dimension.

Ordis: what is this place

he looks at Steven to see that he cannot breathe here

Ordis: Steven are you alright!

Steven nods but as he tells ordis he's alright the chest on top of the tiny hill opens up

Steven looks shocked and runs up to it with ordis following behind

Ordis: what is it

Steven looks at him and shrugs

They both stare at what ever is inside the chest

Ordis: it looks like some strange artifacts

He goes to grab the artifact and pick it up but as he does he gets a sudden surge to his mind... it's a memory

A/n sorry for being so late with this but I'm not to active on this site and with these stories

but please let me know of any typos and grammar problems because I wrote this in all one sitting.
