Daniel ended up following me back to my house since I got sleepy around 9. We kissed goodnight respecting my fathers presence. I'm not use to being protected but I like it.. In fact I love knowing that one of my parents aren't selfish.

  I change into a tank and go to sleep on my bed, dreading tomorrow.. Monday.

  My alarm clock blares fiesta music at 6 am and I sigh. I turn it off and pull up my schedule to glare at it.

  After I see the words dance and choir I look at my calendar to see what today is, "Crap.. I have studio time with my uncle Shane today... DADDDDDDD!!!" He burst through my door like he's about to kill someone, "What's wrong? Are you ok? You look ok.. Why did you scream my name like that?" I try not to laugh,  "Dad can you call uncle Shane and tell him I'll be at the studio for my lessons at 5."

  He smiles, "You continued to dance and sing?" I shook my head yes, "It made me feel closer to you, and it gives me more opportunities in life." He kisses my forehead, "Get ready princess, I'll have breakfast ready for you." He leaves and I get up and head to the restroom. After washing up I go to my closet to decide what I'm going to wear. I put on a Aztec patterned bra top with a shoulder cut jean jacket and a pair of dark denim shorts. I put on my black doc martins. I curl my hair and put on a "BISH WHET?" Beanie,  praying to god a teacher won't make me take it off. I put on my belly button piercing and my gold hoop earrings. I do my makes up, cat wing eye liner,  smokey eyeshadow,  a little bit of blush and some mascara.

  I go downstairs to eat some bacon and pancakes. God, thanks for giving me a wonderful dad that cooks for me every day.  I am so thankful cause if he wouldn't cook I would be eating In N Out for Brea lunch and dinner. My dad kisses my head, "I'm off to work, the agency is talking about doing Swan Lake and they're looking for a lead.. maybe you can do it.. I know you have it in you! Love you princess."

  "Love you too padre!" I ponder over what he just said to me and I text my uncle

  Me: ¡Hola tío, Buenos días! ¿Me preguntaba si podríamos practicar el papel principal de cisne negro, creo que mi papá me está pidiendo a unirse a su compañía de artes? ( I was wondering if we could practice the lead role of black swan, I think my dad is asking me to join his arts company? )

Tío Shane: ¡Hola mi amor! Sí se puede practicar eso, y voy a hacer un poco de espionaje para que usted vea si está listo para que se unan y se convierte en su primer bailarín. Usted sabe que él hizo esta empresa para usted. ¿cómo está tu madre? ( Hi my love! Yes we can practice that, and I'll do some snooping for you to see if he's ready for you to join and become his lead dancer. You know he made this company for you. how is your mother? )

Me: ¡Gracias tío! Está loca como el infierno, me encerró en un armario y se casa con ese chulo que te hablé. ( Thank you uncle! She's crazy as hell, she locked me in a closet and she's marrying that pimp I told you about. )

  As I send that I hear A knock at the door. I open it to see its Daniel hey baeeeeeeeee.. oh my how ratchet! He kisses me, just as it was about to turn into a make out session,  I get a text message. I pull away quickly and Daniel gives me an 'oh so who's that. Why are they more important than me ' type of look.

  "It's my uncle Shane, he's my singing and Dance teacher. And no, he's my mothers brother, not my dads." He sees the text messages and realizes they're all in Spanish.  "Your mom is Hispanic?" I give him an idiotic look and he pouts God bless his idiotic heart. "Yes, we speak to each other in Spanish all the time, unless others are around that don't speak Spanish. Her mother is colombian. She was born in California and at the age of 4 she was taken back. Her dad is African American. He was born in California and raised in Pomona and Oakland because his parents divorced.  He was 21 when he moved to Rio and met my abuela. She was visiting family there. So they decided to have there babies in California since they were both born there and they didn't want her to be illegal since they weren't. When my uncle was 7 and my mom was 5, they were learning both languages but my grandma and grandpa decided to raise them around their hispanic culture more so they decided to move back to Rio. They were taught both cultures so they won't be deprived of anything they should know."

  He shakes his head understanding, "Is that another reason why you go to Rio.. but why Venezuela?" I shake my head yes, "I visit Colombia,  Rio, and Venezuela because my father has family there. He was born in California too! They met in high school. Yes, which means my grand parents moved back for better opportunities. But her parents moved back to Rio after my mom and her brother graduated. My mom was pregnant with me her Sophomore year in college,  My dad proposed her Freshmen year of college."

   I remember I just went off track of why I visit Venezuela,  "Oh, but his parents live in Venezuela,  they were born in Arizona and they went back to Venezuela. So yeah.."

  He smiles and kisses me, "So are you going to reply to that text?" Wha.. what text.. OH YEAH!!

Tío Shane: ¡No! Quiero que ella y su padre para volver a estar juntos .. ¡Tengo que trabajar en esto! ( I want her and your father to get back together.. I must work on this! )

Me: Hahaha, I wish that'll happen. We'll work on it together. Love you Uncle Shane, ttyl.

Tío Shane: I win cause I was the last to speak in Spanish!! Love you too princess!!

  I put my phone away and Daniel sneaks behind me, snakes his arms around my waist and whispers in my ear, "Hey baby." He kisses me neck and rubs my tummy and stops on the belly button piercing and whispers in my ear, "I didn't know you had one of these." He tugs on it and I moan lightly,  "Yeah and I have a tongue one too." He groans and nudges his erection into my back, why is he taller than me?

  He chuckles,  "That was meant to touch your ass.." I stand on my tippy toes and back my ass into him and speak in a barely audible voice, "Too bad we have to go to school.." He gropes the most sensitive area on my body and I moan loudly while he whispers in my ear, "I know right."

  I spin around to face him, "Um.. we can be late.." He looked at me shocked, "You.m you of all people.. my goody goody princess doesn't mind being late?" I shake my head yes and he smirks,  "So you're a naughty princess today, huh?" I shake my head yes while he skims his hand down to my ass, grips it and smirks,  "You'll have to prove that to me baby girl cause I just don't believe it."

  I smirk and tug on his belt leading him to the couch. We fall on it landing into the start of our ecstacy.

  We speed to school still fixing our clothes. We come in and go to the office to sign in and the principal Mrs. Dexter walks by us. She stops on her heels when she sees me, "Maxxine Delano.. are you signing in late?" I look at her like I'm a scared puppy and I can hear Daniels mutter something sassy, making it audible,  "Of course she is, why else would she be here?"

  I hit his arm and Mrs. Dexter tapped her foot, "What was that Mr. Vellent?" I clear my throat,  "Um.. um Mrs. Dexter he said nothing.. but yes I am signing in late sadly.." Daniel scoffs and taps my butt in an unnoticeable way, I jump lightly towards the action and scratch my head trying to figure out how to get out of this situation,  "I lost track of time and I was setting up my dance and singing lessons.." and then it hit me, "Mrs. Dexter, I think my dad is trying to get me into his company."

  Daniel raises a eyebrow giving me a 'oh you goody goody' look. "Your dad? So you're with him now? That good.. I hope you get into his company.. Now, as for you Mr. Vellent.. Maxxine here just saved you.. I won't have them mark you guys tardy.. go to class, straight away."

  We check the time and it's third period so we make our was to study hall. While going down the hallway Daniel keeps slipping his hand through the waist line of my shorts, I turn around so I could yell at him but he kisses me.. so sweetly.. so.. so very sweetly..

  We break the kiss and he clears his throat while opening the classroom door, "That's all I wanted Maxxi." We walked in together and Mr. Fuller gave us a look, "And why are you late?" I smiled sweetly, "I was busy scheduling my lessons and he was my ride and he over slept so I guess we got side tracked.." Daniel smirks and whispers,  " You're damn right.." I elbow Daniel and take my seat beside this new guy while Daniel sits beside me.

  I realize he sat by Frank and Alex and I waved at them. "Maxxine? Maxxine Delano?" I turn my head to face the devil of all.. Shepherd Gallace.. My first boyfriend. I gawk at him while he looks me up and down, "Oh my you've changed.. how're you?"

  I just want to slap the taste out of his mouth, "Oh by the way.. nice hat.." his eyes skimmed lower, "... and belly button piercing.." A hand touched my shoulder protectively, "What was that Gallace? "

  How.. how do they know each other? Shep glared at Daniel,  "Am I not aloud to chat with this lovely lady.. of yours I'm guessing Vellent?" I feel the tension and I look at Frank and Alex.. they're both balling their fist at the skinny prep guys behind Shep, Leo and Gary.. God I hate them.

  Okay.. I need to figure out what's the problem.. "Daniel.. how do you know Shep?" He glares at me in confusion, "Shep? I could ask you the same Maxx.. but I think I can already tell.." Daniel gets up and walks toward the desk. He shows Mr. Fuller the pass. Frank and Alex get up and follow Daniel out trying to calm him down.

  Shep scoffs and places a hand on my thigh, I quickly slap it away,  "Maxxine.. come on. When did you fall out of love with me?" He smirks and I feel so unsafe right now where is my 'knight' ... Daniel you promised to protect me.. I realized he asked a question and I really need to answer this one, "The night when you hurt me.. not just emotionally.. that's when I stopped loving you."

  I get up but Shep grabs my bad wrist and snatches me down, "But.. I love you Maxxine.. I'll never stop." Now I'm about to piss my pants Wow buddy.. stalker much.. "Oh.. you're bleeding Maxxine.. I'm not trying to hurt you.. are.. are you cutting?" I snatch my arm from him and show my pass to Mr. Fuller. I left that room like there was no tomorrow. I run to the abandoned area to find my boyfriend.

  I open the door and walk in, shutting the door softly. I see Daniel sitting on a chair tapping away on his phone. I clear my throat but only Frank and Alex look up at me. I do it again.. no reaction. I do it louder and he sighs, "What Maxx?" I try not to yell but I'm too scared and aggravated to care, " WHY DID YOU LEAVE ME BACK THERE WITH HIM?"

  Daniel jumps out of his chair and clenches his fist,  "BECAUSE IT LOOKED LIKE YOU TWO LOVE BIRDS WANTED TO CATCH UP! SO WHEN DID YOU START SLEEPING WITH HIM?" Wha.. what?  I couldn't control the tears from falling.. I seen his face soften up and they fell even more.. I was sobbing out of control trying to get the words out, "Daniel.. I would never do that to you. I hate Shepherd.. he's THE worst person to come into my life.. and now he's back.. he scares me.." He cuts my off by sweeping me off of my feet.

   "Say no more princess, I'm sorry.. I didn't mean to accuse you. I know you wouldn't do that.. my dumb instincts went there. I'll protect you.. I swear to never leave you again.. I promise baby.. I promise.. forgive me, please." I shake my head yes slowly and kiss his cheek.

  Daniel looks at me uneasily,  "Why are you afraid of Shepherd? I breath in deeply and exhale softly, " We started dating in middle school... he was my first boyfriend... it was in the beginning of 6th grade to be exact. It was childish at first but we started to mature during the 7th grade. He was the only person I could trust, until 8th grade..." Daniel stares at me eagerly,  "Well.. what happened?"

  I clear my throat and scratch the back of my neck, "Well... He got a really clingy and assertive. He wanted me to 'prove' that I love him. He wanted sex... But I told him no I'm not ready."

  " ever since I told him no, he continued to be more assertive and somewhat abusive. It traveled into freshman year but only for a couple of months. One night he tried to force himself on me and I kicked him and ran... There was one place I didn't anyone to know about..." he finishes my sentence, "The beach... Why did you trust me?"

  I smile at him and run his face, " Because  you're special... and a knight needs to guard his princess at all times right?" He smiles and kisses me.

  " Is Daniel Vellent,  the Daniel Vellent being a softie?" Chazy Cooper yells, a football playee... PLAYER...  Daniel pushes me away and shoves his hands into his pockets... ¿Qué demonios? (What the hell?) "Nah man, always playing the field!" I stare at him giving him a 'really' look and so is Alex. Frank is chuckling. Frank you ass.

   Chaz smirks and claps Daniels back,  "My man! Now let's pop open some beer!" Daniel grabs my waist trying to make me tag along but I pull away... I think I'm too hurt and tired of his bullshit.

  I stomp away mumbling how angry I am in Spanish. I go to my classes and try to pay attention but I'm too pissed. I go to my last class, Dance.  We hear music outside the window so we go over to see.. OH MY SPARTA... Daniel is. trying to serenade me.. I forgot he could sing.. he's in choir with me.. Synphonic Choir at that.. We're the lead singers but he barely comes to choir class anymore.

  He kisses me hard infront of everyone and sweeps me up into his arms. He clears his throat and speaks loudly,  "I don't care what anyone says, but this girl is my one and only. I'm falling for her and I would jump infront of a bus for her. She's mine and  always and forever."

  I smile and look around to see envious faces on girls but mainly Debras' face. She's cuddled up with.. Shepherd.. That's a terrible couple. They kiss and walk away. It doesn't bother me, cause I'm too busy letting my heart fall for my amazing boyfriend,  Daniel Vellent.

Guys I finished writing this chapter inside the grocery store with my mom. I'm bumping into people and not caring just to finish this chapter for you lovely people!! I love you all and I really do hope you enjoy this chapter and I will be updating soon cause I'm almost done with exams.. I only have a Spanish one left which will be a breeze ;) but I only have a week of summer break then band boot camp :c I better get a 6 pack or something..
