The week went by fast. Matter of fact.. this month went by fast. It's been one full month that I've been dating Daniel. Is it love? Maybe.. We spend every single day together. Now today is the starting of a blissful month.. a blissful day.. November 3rd, Daniels 18th birthday.

  Anyways I spent 15 minuets looking at my sleeping boyfriend dwelling on if I should wake him up, Who just wants to go to school on their birthday? My baby is so adorable. Oh.. hey..

  His icy blue eyes whip open and he looks shocked but it soon turn into a sleepy smile, "Hey baby girl." I smile and hop on top of him, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOUUUUUUUU!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BABYYYYYYYYYY!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!!" I kiss him on his neck and give him his first gift.. a hickey.

  He moans and groans while gripping my ass. He flips me over and smirks at me, his eyes are dark blue and full of carnal ideas, oh boy.. we need to get ready for school.. but.. but school can wait.. maybe. I bite my lip and he attacks my lips without a second thought. He slips off my tank and now I'm only in a sports bra and undies, how sexy.. not.

  I  ignore my stupid subconscious and continue this make out session with my boyfriend.  As soon as he pulls away for air, "Buenos días Maxxine.. Daniel? Daniel? Why are you here? Didn't you go home last night? Oh happy birthday.. I guess.. Maxxine.. why is he still here 'cause I know he didn't come this morning.. Did he ever leave last night?"

  Every word that comes out of his mouth shows me that he's about to have a heart attack either due to realization that your daughters boyfriend never went home and is in the bed.. or that I.. his baby girl.. is not a virgin. My father swallows hard and breaths out, "Daniel grab your belongings and go home, come back to pick her up unless she's driving herself.  Maxxine.. we need to have a chat.." Fuck my lifeee..

  As Daniel walks reluctantly and apologetically out of my room he shakes my dad's hand in apology, my dad accepts and walks toward my bed. He tosses me my shirt,  "Slip it on.. now." His tone is full of authority and pain. He looks at me like he's scared to ask the questions that he may know the answers to.

  "So.. you're not a virgin?" I shake my head no and look down at my hands. He raises my head so I can look him in the eye, "Honestly.. I am not okay with this, it hurts to know that my baby has lost a piece of innocence. But I can't judge you sweetie.. I hope you two are practicing safe sex. I don't need any grandkids at this moment.. I'm not prepared to be an abuelo.."

  He kisses my forehead and heads to the door. He stops at the frame then faces me, "But.. I will be seeing Daniel out of the door for now on. It will make me feel more comfortable and like a better father.. no negotiations with this rule. Now get ready for school sweetie."

   That went better than expected. I get up and head to my closet. I pull out my black leather leggings, my black leather doc martins, a grey bra top and a lose belly cut t - shirt with A$AP Rocky on it. I put my belly button ring on 'cause I know Daniel loves it.

  I go and do my smokey eyes make up with cat wing eye liner,  I add a little blush to my cheeks. Then I put on a dark plum lip stick. I curl my hair and then put on my "A$AP MOB" beanie on. I grab my book bag and run down the stairs.

  I rummage through the sweets cabinet to find a cupcake or a twinkie. Bingo.. a cupcake. I slip a candle through it and sit in on the counter. I face my dad and point at him, "¡No padre! Su magdalena Daniels." He walks over to the cabinet and grabs one, "I don't want Daniels cupcake anyway.. say.. how old is he?"

  I look at him and smile slightly, "Um.. you know.. 18." He looks at me questioningly, "Maxxine,  he does know that you're not going to be 18  until the summer, yeah?" I look at he like he's stupid, "Of course father." There's a knock on the door and I run towards it.

  I take a minute to fix myself so I won't look thirsty. I open the door and he bends down to kiss me. I smile brightly at him and he looks down at me and gives Me a sarcastic smile, "Happy birthday.. again!" He was about to say something but I pull him over to the cupcake and light the candle. "Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday to my Danielllll... happy birthday to youuu."

  He smiles genuinely,  "Thanks. You can really sing sweetie." I smile and nod towards the cupcake, "So, you gonna blow that candle out." He looks down and runs his hand through his hair, "Um.. baby.. I don't usually celebrate my birthday. Like bad things happen whenever I do. And we stopped celebrating it ever since I started living alone."

   I pout and tug on his shirt,  "What if you celebrate.. with me.. and if it goes bad this time.. then we don't have to do it ever again. How does that sound?" He makes all of these weird faces then smirks. He grabs the cupcake and finally blows out the candle, "Sounds perfect love." He bites into the cupcake and goes over to talk to my dad.. wait.. did he just call me love? I'm sure he doesn't mean it like that.. just a cute little nickname.

  I realize I've been staring at my boyfriend and dad and I think I was making weird faces. I smile and they both chuckle, "Okay creeper. Let's go to school." I shake my head, grab my bag, and walk out with my boyfriend while saying bye to my dad.

  On the way to school, I couldn't keep my hands off my boyfriend. He looks so freaking hot.. his midnight black luxurious hair is still drying up. I have a thing for guys with a nice length of hair.. not really long but an inch past their ear. And it smells nice.. like old spice.. mmm.

  And he's wearing this tight black tank top and saggy  black jeans with a black leather jacket. And I nice clean pair of black classic forces. Beautiful. "Nice A$AP merch sweetie." I smile because he brought it for me.

  "Thanks.. this amazing guy brought it for me." He smirks, "Should I be worried and jealous?" I giggle and rest my head on his shoulder, "Oh to totally.. he steals my heart every time he gets a chance." Oh shit.. what the hell did I just say?  I can feel Daniel tense up and I act like I got a text and just stared at my phone.. why did that have to slip out.. He doesn't do things like that. Love isn't what he does. Love.. love? Oh crap.. I am falling for Daniel. When he said he was falling for me before... he didn't mean it like that.. he can't mean it like that.. he doesn't do things like that.

  He cups my knee breaking me put of my trance, "So we're at the school princess." I look around.. huh.. we're here. God I love it when he calls me princess. I smile at him and get out of the car, he grabs my book bag before I can and walks me to my locker.

  When I collect what I needed we walk towards my first class and then we soon get harassed by horny, thirsty, sluts. "Happy birthday Daniel

  And then there was Debra and Shep. Debra runs up to Daniel, "Happy birthday Danny!" He nods, "Shep.. isn't she beautiful?" I realized that Shep was staring at me so I moved closer to Daniel. Debra smiled brightly, "Thank you Dan.." Daniel cut her off and gave her a smugged look,  "Not you Debra.. Maxxine. MY beyond beautiful girlfriend." I smile at Daniel all dopey but Shep clears his throat, "Yes she is.. brainy and beautiful. The perfect combination. The perfect girl."

  Debra scoffs and tugs on Shep, "Sheppy.. lets go. She's obviously over you and I'm obviously with you." God she ruins everyone's name. She smirks, "Bye Daniel.. bye Maxxi pad." I blink a couple of times.. what the hell did she just call me? "Ay yo bitch.." Daniel sighs and mumbles under his breath, "Oh god.. not this."

  I roll my eyes but Debra turns around with a big grin, "What did you call me?" She shakes her head innocently, "Oh nothing." She goes into class with Shep before I could say anything. I turn to face Daniel and he's trying to hide a laugh. I punch him lightly and the guys come up to me, "Happy birthday Dan.. Hey Maxxi pad."

  I sigh and go into the classroom and they guys follow behind me. I pull out my chair while chatting, "You guys should go to class before.." Thank god I looked before I sat.. 3 maxi pads were in my seat. Debra burst out in laughter.

  I'll make you choke on that laugh. I drop my bag while Daniel and the guys tried to grab me but failed. I push Debra off of her desk and she starts to cough instead of laughing.. told ya so bitch. She gets up and runs towards me and pushes me back. I land into Daniels arms and I can hear Shep say, "Beat her ass baby. Debra beat her ass."

   She smirks at me and Daniel whispers in my ear, "One of the best gifts you could give me today is beating her ass.." I smirk and pull away from  him and walk up to her. We're face to face now and I smile at her, "So I was thinking Debra.. I could do this to you.." I swing to my left but sneak her with my right.. yes.. so unexpected. And of course.. this girl pulls on my hair.

   "Let go of my hair.. It's not gonna come out.. uhg it's real.. unlike yours." She tugs harder and swings me down. I get up and charge towards her and knock her over. I was about to punch her but Daniel picks me up off of her and Shep heps her up. I'm guessing the bell is about to rng which means the teacher is coming. Debra glares at us, 'Until round 3 slut.. Just like your crazy mother. Sheppy has told me a lot about her. More than you think. I know about Lance and everything. In fact I seen your mother on the corner of Wilshire Blvd. and 10th street by El Cholo.. You should give Daniel a little handy dandy on that corner like your mother does.. call it mother daughter bounding.."

  Before I could say anything Daniel jumps in, "SHUT UP DEBRA! NOT EVERYONE HAS A PERFECT LIFE. NOW APOLOGIZE TO MY GIRLFRIEND!" She looks at him stunned and shocked. "Did I stutter?" She looks back at her boyfriend and he nods towards me, "Debra you need to apologize to her.. you went over the top with that." She rolls her eyes, "Sorry I guess." I hear people in the back whispering, "Her moms a prostitute? Is the guy Lance her prostitute? I knew Maxxine was one of those silent sluts." I run my hands through my head and turn toward the boys and Daniel. I give them a fake smile, "You guys should go to class.. I'll see you after."

  They stare at me and then nod toward me uneasily. Daniel kisses me full on my lips, holds me, and whispers into my ear, "Ignore them baby.. I'm sorry I got you into this. See you after your class, hopefully you'll have a smile then. By the way that was the best gift ever." I look at him then smirk, "Oh.. then you just don't know what you're in for then Daniel.. remember it's only the beginning of the day." His eyes go wide in shock then he smirks, "Now I'm excited." I smile and pull his head towards mine and kiss him, "You should be baby.."

  I'm guessing the bell has rung already because my teacher is starring at us while Frank and ALex are outside the door laughing, "Sir.. why are you in my class?" Daniel smirks.. Oh no. "Just making sure this beautiful girl enjoys your class way more then usual. Why are you here?" And there it goes. My teacher points to the door and he taps my butt before he leaves. Then she points to my seat and I scurry to it like there's no tomorrow.

  So when study hall rolls around I stroll into the room aware of my surroundings, scared that Shep could be waiting around the corner of the door. Someone grabs me by my hips and I melt inside their embrace.. mmm Daniel.

  I turn around to be greeted with a sweet smile and crystal blue eyes. He must've been sleep because his jet black hair is a mess and he has a red mark on his tan forehead.

  I kiss him and smile back, "Hey sleepy head." He rubs his eyes and yawns out, "Hey babe. So the guys aren't signing out with us because they actually have homework to do. So it'll just be you and I until lunch." I shake my head okay and we walk up to show Mr. Fuller the pass.

  Shepherd and Debra ran up to us to show Mr. Fuller a pass to at the same time we did. Daniel and I walk away but of course.. they catch up. Shep looks at me and smirks, "So where are you two going?" Daniel grabs my hand and pulls me close to him, "Why Shepherd?"

  He looks at Daniel and sighs, "Daniel.. why can't we just be friends?" Daniel chuckles and shakes his head,  "Fuck that." Daniel pulls me away and he goes a different way to the hang out. "What was that all about?" Daniel studies my face, "Why do I feel like you're always trying to protect Shepherd.. he's the bad guy.. and the ass that told your secrets to Debs.. why shelter the butt?"

  Debs? Ew.. they are friends.. I forgot. I shake my head to free myself of the thoughts and return to the subject,  "Daniel why do you dislike Shep?" He runs his hands through his hair, "I have my reasons Maxx." I roll my eyes, "Well until you tell me, I will continue to tell you to stop being rude to Shep. Got it?"

  He glares at me, "No.. I dont 'Got it'. He and I were friends before.. and he back stabbed me. He was my closes friend and he fucked me over.. Therefore I want nothing to do with him." I rest my hand on his cheek and caress it, "Danny.. what'd he do?"

  He rolls his eyes and looks down, "Maxx remember what you had first period of 6th grade?" I shake my head yes, "Do you remember the class clown.. 'cause that guy wanted to know your name ever since. But then he told his best friend thinking that he would give him the hook up.. but no.. it turned out terrible."

  What.. the class clown.. wait.. wait a min.. Daniel? Oh.. Daniel was in my first period class 6th grade year.. work and family. Wait.. he was into me since then..

  I stare at him and his face turns scarlet instantly, "What can I say.. your brown hair was stunning and always wavy.. It attracted me to you 6th grade year.." He reached for my hair and plays with it, "Your eyes are like chocolate.." He runs a thumb over my eyes gently, "Your cheeks turn into this hue of red whenever I compliment you.. its just like the day we actually ran into each other.. but its more like that night I came over. I made every hair on your body stand up. Your face was a vibrant red that night."

  He walks away from me slowly and I feel so alone. I walk toward him and grab his shirt. He kisses me passionately but we hear someone clear their throat and we turn around to look fuck my life.. I look like a whore.. Daniels mom and dad..

  I realized that we were staring at them with Daniels hands still gripping my ass. I tug away from him and scratch my head awkwardly. "Mom.. Dad.. what are you doing here?" Daphane leans against the wall and smirks, "More like 'mom.. dad.. how did you guys find me? Frank and Alex told us.. we wanted to sign you two out.. maybe get some lunch. It was Maxxines idea."

  Daniel looks at me and I play with my hair oh there goes my life.. right down the drain. "So let's go guys." Daniel puts his hands on my waist, "On second mother, father." They shake their heads yes and walk out, "What the hell Maxxine? Why? What did I tell you about my family and I not celebrating my birthday?"

  I run my hands through my hair,  "Daniel I guess I took it too far. You told me you'll celebrate it this time so I thought about doing something with your parents. And hey.. my dad will be there so how does that sound?" He forces a smile, "I love you dad but my parents aren't the best Maxxi and you know that."

  I kiss him and place my hand on his chest, "We'll make the best out of this lunch, kay?" He genuinely smiles and kisses me, "Okay, so where are we going?" I smile, "Your parents are choosing the place. Let's go outside and ask them." He holds out his hand to me and I take it. We find his parents in the parking lot parked by his car. I look at Daphane and smile, "So where are we going?"

  "I talked to your father Maxxine,  and we all agreed to go to El Cholo. The one on the corner of Wilshire Blvd and 10th street." I look at Daniel and he stares at me, I should tell her that place doesn't sit well in my stomach so I won't have to face what lurks over there.. "Yum.. Daniel and I love that place." I plaster on a fake smile as he mouths 'you sure?' I shake my head yes toward him, make this day perfect for him.. despite the chance of you running into Lance our your mother.

So it took me forever to update,  sorry love bugs. But I had to finish tonight.. I couldn't sleep because I know you guys have been waiting patiently and this update is so long over due. So I'll try to update part 2 of this chapter before this week is over but no promises.. I've been busy with band and family issues guys sorry :c

  other than that.. I hope you guys enjoy this chapter.. oh btw I will be adding another character to the story by the end of the next chapter..
