Camila Cabello was struggling to fall asleep at 6pm on a Sunday. Her head pounded from a headache and a good nap would be good. But ocean deep thoughts kept roaming her mind.

It's been two months since the bet she made with one and only Shawn Mendes.

For a long time they have been teasing each other with stuff which lead to something more. But they saw that as best friend to a best friend jokes.

One night they went to a club to find someone new, and ended being disappointed in everyone.

To a road back home their drunk friend Ariana who always shipped them made a bet for them. Every Sunday they needed to go on a date, so they could actually fall for each other.

That was Ariana's plan, boringness always made her sigh as they mocked "we are just friends"

Now Camila laid in her bed trying to get him out of her head.
She hasn't seen him since last Sunday where he had took her to the Cinema.
How she chuckled as she cried and how he traced tears away from her face smiling.

She misses him.

Let out small scream she covered herself with a blanket.
"He's just your best friend"

That handsome smile, his white beautiful teeth, gentle hands, soft fluffy hair.

She might fell for her best friend.

A door bell rang and she got up groaning.
"I'm coming!"

Opening the door she saw Shawn standing with his hands in pockets, dressed up casually for a date.
"Hey" he smiled "hey, what are you doing here?" She asked "it's Sunday" she nodded "but you went to Canada this Monday"

"Yes, but I came this morning to not destroy the bet"

"Oh you came because of the bet" his lips in line and he didn't know what to say "I'm just kidding" she chuckled and flush came across his face.

She looked down at herself and saw she's only wearing his black hoodie.
"God um...I'll be back for a fifteen minutes, please wait" he nodded bitting his lower lip.

The sun was setting down leaving shades on the sky of a painted colours. Camila always loved sunsets it made her feel herself.

"How was in Canada?" She asked him "it was fine" he answered his eyes on a road "just fine?"

"Well my grandma made me eat a lot of food so I think I gained a weight which is not good" she chuckled softly "grandmas."

"How was your week" she sighed "umm fine, boring"

"I know, without me so yeah"

"Definitely" she rolled her eyes sarcastically "where are we going tonight?" He peeked to her side and winked "not telling"

She showed him the puppy eyes but he shocked his head "nope"

"Asshole"

After ten more minutes of driving he parked in front of the beach house near the ocean.
"Shawn?" She asked and he took her hand "come" her hands in his softly his thumb rubbed her palm and she gazed around.

"Who's this house?" She asked him confused "doesn't matter" he opened front door and led her to the back on the porch where is beautiful view on the ocean.

"Why are you doing this?" She asked confused, he just smiled at her.

"Here" he pushed the chair for her to sit and as she did he went inside and came back with two plates of food.

"It's really beautiful" soft breeze hit her face making her sniffle "are you cold?" She shocked her head "I'm perfect" she is. She loved that feeling.

"I'm glad"

"Did you make the food?" He nodded proudly "I don't believe you" Shawn gave her a look "okey don't judge me, Jesus" she chuckled "now tell me more"

"About what?"

"Canada of course. Something like how was a flight, did you find some interesting there hummm" she send him a smirk then she drank wine.

"Flight was okey just annoying kid cried in front of me, then no. I didn't fine anyone. I wasn't even searching"

"Why don't you want a girlfriend"

He nodded swallowed his food.
"But?" She asked "well I've a date every Sunday so I don't need a girlfriend"

"Ha - ha a good one" she waved with fork "is still that asshole hitting on you?" She nodded "did he try to do anything while I was gone?"

"He hit my ass once" she said rolling her eyes "but I told him that I'll break his nose or my boyfriend -"

"Who's your boyfriend?"

"I um kind of um said - you" deep blush came across her face "oh" he chuckled "he believed!" She said loudly "good then"

"Alexandria is still bugging around you"

"Yeah, pain in the ass"

"Why she seems nice"

He laughed off "after what she did to Ari then you, nah I don't think so"

"God we're so single"

"At least we're on a date"

The moonlight shaded on the ocean reflecting on their faces as they walked down the sandy beach their fingers locked.

They were quite and it wasn't uncomfortable at all. She stood at the place and gazed up at the stars with smile of fullness of a soul.

"It's so beautiful"

He looked up, then again at her "yeah it is" he stood behind her wrapping his hands around her. She took his in hers and rested her head against his chest.
"Shawn?"

"Hum?"

Her breath came out as a sigh, the warmest from his body. She enjoyed his presence.

God, she actually fell for him and he's just making her confused about everything. About this night, his arms around her, his eyes when he looks at her.

Looking up at him, their eyes locked her heart skipped a beat.
Hazel eyes made her breath stuck in the throat.

"Mila?" He whispered "I - I um " she shocked her head and rested her forehead on his chest. She heard his heartbeat was fast.

"What's wrong?" He whispered moving hair away on her back. Her hands snaked around his torso "I did such a big mistake"

He took her face in his palms "what?" She had her eyes closed but she felt his eyes burning into her "I um - fell for someone"

He stayed quite "but I shouldn't" opening her eyes she met his "who"

"Someone who's really good person, charming and carrying" he had his lips in line and he looked like kinda disappointed "I might even love him" tear fell down her cheek and he quickly moved it away "what's his name" he whispered asked.

She swallowed hard, looking at his eyes searching for a flicker.
"You" she whispered that he maybe didn't even hear her.
"What?" Shakily breath came out.

"Shawn, you" more tears shed down her face as she watched him. He looked so beautiful but something is missing.

"I - I Camila" she shocked her head "I'm sorry" she whispered but then in a second he took her face between his warm palms "I - I love you too"

Her lips parted as his face came inch to hers, licking the salt from her tears on the lips she waited.
Their eyes gazing at each other's winning their souls.
As soon as his lips brushed hers she gasped and he closed them together.
His mouth sucked her lower lip and her knees weakened and he supported her by the hand on her back. Smiling in kiss she felt he smiled back. Her tongue roaming his mouth as her hands went through his hair.

Gosh she wished that moment will never end.

Guess they both lost the bet.
