It stands for 'Kick Bob Out', and I am ready to go to a metaphoric war over how silly SCP-999 is. 

SCP-999 IS NOT THE BEST SCP, THERE ARE OTHER SCPS THAT DESERVE THAT SAME AMOUNT OF POPULARITY

Also: 999 did nothing to deserve that popularity

I have two members so far, and I'm making the KBO google doc because people use Google Docs a lot
