I sent out a bird shaped golem which I had damaged on purpose and splash it with some blood from my inventory. I filled the golem with a secret message written in dragon language. The content was a scenario I had devised to fool the spy.

The scenario was just to delay the departure of the next wave of the enemy's army. The first scenario was the identity of this message sender. I would have Leo to pretend having the spy he had sent in secret was gravely wounded and this was the information he was able to obtain till his death door was sent through the golem.

The false message is about reinforcement from eastern rebels which was able to crush the knights under the leads of a mysterious lady and decided to destroy the whole army of the kingdom in pretext of revenge for his dead husband.

Given the fact that there were knights we crushed was done with the rebels, they probably won't think this as a coincidence. Furthermore the remnants of the rebels were also got obliterated by us which also could mean that the rebels were moving somewhere else.

I sent out Fianna, who had a wide area sensing skill from her rabbit symbol, as a scout. She was watching the situation of the army. Based on her report, the knights were stopping the continuous attacks to tighten their defense against the incoming pincer attack.

Just from seeing this, I would know that the rat has taken the bait. I waited for two days as I secretly sent few batches of potion to Leo through Rosemaria. Leo ran the next part of the plan by spending the remaining potions the army had before my aid arrived.

I made Leo acted as a desperate leader who aim for victory. I would make him walking out alone to discuss the plan in a plain with an imaginary spy sent to the capital. To make sure the rat followed him, I made him say that he'll tell the detail through telepathy conference later on loudly to Ameralda.

The spy was a fool. When Leo was approaching a large clearing, I had a humanoid golem wrapped in assassin outfit walked toward him. At the same time the spy tried to eavesdrop him, an arrow was shot by Fianna. He who got his leg shot down by unknown attack was trying to take something from his pocket but two arrows were flying and pierced both of his shoulders. A crystal ball fell on the ground as his arms were disabled.

I was informed me about the capture. I approached his location at once with my new party.

"Yo!"

I greeted him casually. Leo who saw me looked delighted. He approached me with steady steps before he sent a punch at my face. I didn't resist or avoid that punch and was sent flying for three meters. I spitted out the blood in my mouth and drank a basic potion from my magic bag.

"That was a hard one. Did you use a killing intent on that one?"

I asked.

"Yeah, otherwise, I can't even make any damage on your skin-shaped dragon scales."

He replied.

"Even so, it was still hard. My fist is still numb."

He added.

"Well, it's a good thing that I didn't bring Alicia with me. I can't let her to see this scene."

I said. I looked at the traitor's face. He was wearing a grunt clothes.

"It seems like we just caught a small fry."

I said.

"Yeah, unfortunately. Got any other plan?"

He asked.

"I have several but the easiest one and safest one is bit too brutal to use."

I said.

"Brutal eh? I don't mind if you use it. I still can't forgive those rats who has caused thousands of death of the people of Maximillian."

Leo said. I sighed and rolled my right sleeve.

"Lullaby"

I summoned my sacred treasure.

"But, will that work? You're going to use hypnosis right?"

Leo asked.

"Do you think that thing can be called brutal?"

I asked.

"That's true. Then, why did you- Don't tell me, you!!"

He panicked when he understood my intention.

"I will use my demonic attribute. I will show it to you, my brother-in-law as well as my best friend. I don't want to hide anything from you."

I said. Leo looked at me straight. We glared at each other. He sighed and scratched his head.

"Do whatever you want. Just don't make me to clean your mess alright? Something like stopping you is impossible for me."

He said as if complaining.

"I'll do my best controlling this guy."

I said as I looked at my gauntlet. I looked at my target. He knew he won't be able to escape. Any stupid attempt of escaping like suicide is impossible as there was someone who has a magical potion which could heal wound almost instantly.

"Then, 'Inverse'."

I muttered. My white colored gauntlet changed color into black one. The golden color changed into blood color. At the middle of my palm, an eye appeared.

"Wha-"

Leo was at lost seeing the drastic change on my Sacred Treasure.

"Hiiii!!!!!!!!!!!!"

The man shrieked.

"Well then, 'Good Night World'"

I muttered as I grabbed his head. The man's eyes went blank. Drool overflowed from his mouth and smell of ammonia was coming from his crotch. The body convulsed over and over. He was looked like electrified.

When I let go of his head, the body fell limp akin to being a soulless body.

"I will mention the names of the rats. Listen well, Leo."

I said.

"Wait a second!! Just what the hell did you do to this person?!!"

Leo asked.

"Ah, I just mentally kill him. This is the dark version of 'Whisper Lullaby'. It's called 'Nightmare Grim'. The skill I just used on him is a skill which will drag the target into the realm of Nightmare. There, I interrogated him in hellish manner over and over until I broke him inside his subconsciousness. So, he's mentally right now is no better than a living dead."

I said.

"Just what kind of torture did you use on that side?"

Leo asked.

"Hmm? Well, first, I took a heated anvil and put his body on it. After that using a thousand degrees Celsius hammer I smashed his body starting from his feet. Basically I was forging his body into a weapon while he was alive. After that, his body would be restored instantly and I started pouring some strong preservative liquid and used it to tan the skin while it was still stuck on the body before extracting the tanned leather directly afterward. After that-"

"Nah, I have heard enough."

Leo stopped me.

"Ah, of course his sense of pain is still on and it's doubled instead."

I added.

"Are you a demon?!!"

He retorted.

"Ah, technically I'm a mixture of a demon, human and dragon."

I said.

"Won't something like that be able to destroy the world when on berserk?"

Leo asked.

"I think so too."

I replied.

"Just who do you think I am!! Like hell I can stop you when you're on berserk, you idiot!!"

He shouted.

"Ah!!"

I just realized it.

"You just said 'ah!' right?!! You stupid little brother!!!"

He was angry for sure this time.

"Maa, that aside, just listen carefully. These are the names."

I began reciting the names of the traitors known by the captured spy. As the names mentioned, his face started becoming grim. He covered his mouth with disbelieve.

"Isn't that all of the Generals of the rebel army except Sir Arlen?"

He said with grim voice.

"The minions weren't that many but to think 90% of the higher ups are the rats. Isn't this means the rebel army already dead since it was formed?"

I said.

"I feel sorry for Sir Arlen. He was fooled since the beginning."

Leo said.

"Then, let's free him from his shackles."

I said.

"That's right, we just have to do that. Do you have any crazy plan?"

He asked.

"Maa, talking about crazy plan, I have a big plan for this. I hope you won't be surprised later."

I said.
