omg hi so um this is the first chapter of this book and I really hope who ever reads this enjoys because I spend ages trying to think of ideas and good story lines for my books, but any way here it is enjoy <33

Mikey's POV:

It was a normal day really, especially after defeating shredder. things have calmed down too, but something just didn't feel right. I don't know what it was but then again a lot of things feel different. but this different was really DIFFRENT because it was about one of my brothers. He was acting very strange...and when I say strange I mean he was acting more calm and NICE?. and if you don't understand i'll sum it up for ya: my brother Raphael has been acting strange. he has been nicer to wards me and my other brothers too, but mostly me. he helps with cooking and cleaning, he offers to do more chores around the lair but mostly my chores, But the most strange thing about it is the fact that he has been complimenting me. He never ever has complimented me before...

3RD PERSON'S POV:

Raph had just finished training with Leo when he saw Mikey struggling to carry something across the lair when Raph notice him. "hey Mikey need any help?" Mikey turned to look but when he did he was met with emerald eyes staring at his. "um no thanks, but why would you ask?" "no reason I just thought you might want some help" the red mask turtle stated as walk after Mikey into the kitchen.

it wasn't something you would usually catch Raph trying to help Mikey but lately he has been doing it a lot more. "Raph bro are you following me?" asked a very confused turtle dressed in orange. "no why would I be following you at of all people, I'm coming here for food but I don't know about you?!" "cuz' your DOING it right NOW!" Raph was to busy talking to Mikey to relies that he had led him away from the kitchen.

"bro is there something on your mind or some 'in bc you just followed me all the way to the living room without releasing until NOW!" and once again he was right but no why was Raph going to take that. Raph didn't have time to think because by time he did he had already said something..."WHAT no I would never and plus I don't have time to think about you or anything else" wait a minute, did he thinking about Mikey?? uh yes the one and only Raphael was thinking about his tiny small brother

"I fell like you were thinking, but then again why would you? you don't have that type of brain functions, you like to do things on instinct and no thinking.?" Raph just looked at him like he was in an alternate universe. "Mikey are you Donnie in disguise? cuz' when did you get smart?" "idk ig I've always been smart...But WHY WHERE YOU FOLLING ME!!???" "IDK' Raph bluntly said not phased by this anymore.

Raph's POV:

it was kind of funny how Mikey didn't understand what was happing, well he didn't understand why I was being nice to wards him (aka my feelings for him) honestly I was kind ready to tell him.. but I was still kinda scared of what he might say so right now I'm just going to be nice and help him out. "Soo Mikey whatcha making anyway?" "I'm baking a cake and hopefully some brownies with left over batter" "cool, can I help?" me and Mikey were having a back 'n forward conversation until we made it to the kitchen. "so Raph if you're going to help me you have to listen to instructions...okay?" Mikey said pulling out ingredients and placing them on the kitchen island bench. "Yeah, yeah I know..."

Mikey's POV:

when Raph agreed to following my instructions it kind of shocked me. You my displeasures Raph acting like this was actually really scary but, yet it was nice that he wasn't screaming or yelling out me.

"so, first things first we need to get a mixing bowl, I already have it." I said explaining it to Raph, he just nodded...weird, "now pour in flower, sugar, coco and baking soda into the bowl" after I said that I continued to read out the instructions to my red masked brother. "now add eggs, milk, oil and Villani, whisked for 30 seconds to all mixed together and thin." as Raph was doing the batter I was buttering up the pan and pre-heating the oven. "the batter is done Mike, what do I do now?" Raph asked me, "now we pour it into the pan" I passed over the pan to Raph and he poured it in, for some reason a really weird feeling came to me...but I just pushed it back, and opened the oven and took the cake pan off of Raph and put it in. "now we wait half' hour!"

Reader's POV:

while the cake was baking Raph and Mikey were just talking, and then the oven went 'beep' "Ooo yay the cakes ready!!" Mikey said standing up from his chair, putting on his oven mittens and opening the oven, pulling out a delicious chocolate cake. "wow Mikey that's looks delicious?!, when did you actually learn to cook?" Raph asked teasing him. "well so you know, I've always knew how to!" Mikey yelled. "plus it's also none of you business either!"

after some time the cake had finally, Mikey decorated it and cut it into slices. "here.." Mikey said passing a plate too Raph with some cake on it. "thanks little bro" Raph said taking the slice. Mikey then yelled out to his other brothers "LEO!, DONNIE! I MADE SOME CHOCOLATE CAKE!!" Mikey yelled and seconds later the other two run in. "WHERE?!" Leo asked exited for ne of his favorite desserts.

every one dogged into their slices of cake, it was soft and chewy. "Omg this is amazing!, how did you make this Mikey?" Leo asked eating his slice. "well actually, Raph helped and he made the batter, all I did was tell him what do put in.." the youngest replied. "really?" Donnie said and looking to wards Raph. "yeah I did, so what?!" Raph said sounding a bit irrorated by this. "no I just think that...it's shocking?, you can actually bake and LISTEN...to Mikey as well?" the one in purple quickly said backing up what was said before. "yea it is a bit weird, you listened to Mikey, but not ever have you listened to me!?"the one in blue then stated, Raph just sighed... "Mikey...can we talk?" Raph said, Mikey then nodded. "Alone..." after Raph said that Donnie and Leo got up and went to the lab...weird but whatever.

whatever Raph was about to say could change everything between him and Mikey...

OMG, this took me days!! i'm not evening joking. with all the motivation lost and it coming back and stuff. anyway hope you enjoyed the first chapter of this book, the 'leotell' books next chapter is in the making (its going to be 2000 words). but until next time bye <33
