At the courtyard, Marinette met up with her friends and they talked for a little bit.

Alya: Hey, there they are. *They saw Anthony, Aiden, Rylan, and Kyanna walking in the courtyard, and they went inside the building. *

Alya: Only when it comes to music. It's like being rich, you don't tell anyone you're rich. they'll just pretend to be all buddy-buddy with you only because you have money.

Jessica: Someday, her world will shatter real soon. *By the door, Chloe heard them talking, she groaned angrily and stomped inside, looking furious. *

In the bakery, Tom and a few employees helped out the morning service until Sabine came back from her walk. Tom, Estelle, and Alfonso helped roll out bread dough put some treats in the oven, and let them bake, Willa handled the customers' orders and helped box them up, Jalissa restocked some fresh muffins and cookies, and Carlos heard the phone ringed, he picked up the receiver and talk through it.

Tom: Okay, once the dough has been rolled out completely, let's use the cookie cutters for the cookies.

Estelle: Okay. *Tom gets out some cookie cutters and they get started on the cookie dough. Up front, Willa handed a customer a box of fresh snickerdoodles. *

Willa: Here you go. Enjoy the snickerdoodles.

Male customer: Thank you, I will. *He takes the box and leaves the bakery. *

Willa: Next, please?

Jalissa: Here you go: 3 pies: apple, cherry, and blueberry.

Carlos: Thank you. And I got the address. *He takes the three boxes of pies, leaves the bakery, and loads them in the car. * Okay, let's get going. *He stepped inside the delivery car and drove to the address. Sabine watched them working. *

Sabine: Hi, Willa.

Willa: Hi, Sabine.

Sabine: I see you're handling the register well.

Willa: At first, yeah.

Sabine: Okay. Thank you for covering for me when I took my son to school and walking my dogs.

Willa: You're welcome. I'll stand by the baked goods.

Sabine: Okay. Would that be a whole or a slice of cake?

Female customer: A whole cake. We have 3 kids, and they love cake, so you know. *Sabine chuckled. *

Sabine: Okay. *She calculated the total. * Your total is 8 euros, please? *She reached into her purse, pulled out her wallet, got out a debit card, and handed it to Sabine, she scanned it, and handed it back to her. * One chocolate blackout cake.

Willa: Okay. *Jalissa hands Willa a box, she goes to the cake display and spots a chocolate blackout cake, she carefully takes it out of the display, places it in the box, and Willa closes it up. * Here you go.

Sabine: Thank you. And here you go, ma'am.

Female customer: Thank you. They're gonna love it.

Sabine: I'm sure they will. Enjoy.

Female customer: I will. Thank you. *She leaves the bakery with her cake. *

Sabine: Next, please? *A male customer walked up to the counter. * Hello, sir and welcome to the Boulangerie Patisserie, how can I help you?

Male customer: I'll just have one cinnamon roll and a croissant.

Sabine: Okay. *She put in the total for both. * That'll be 2 euros, please?

Male customer: 2 euros? Not a bad price. *He handed her 2 euros, she opened the register put the money inside, and closed the register. Willa grabbed a small bag and tongs, she grabbed a cinnamon roll and put it in the bag first, she passed the tongs to Jalissa, she grabbed a croissant, and put it in the bag second, and then Willa closed up the bag. *

Willa: Pass this to Sabine.

Jalissa: Here you go, Sabine.

Sabine: Thank you. *She takes the bag and hands it to the customer. * Here you go, sir.

Male customer: Thank you. *He takes the bag with his cinnamon roll and croissant and leaves the bakery. *

Sabine: Next, please? *A female customer walked up to the counter. * Hello, ma'am and welcome to the Boulangerie Patisserie. How can I help you?

Female customer: I would like one slice of your lemon meringue pie, please. *Sabine put in the total. *

Sabine: That'll be 2 euros, please? *She goes into her purse, pulls out a change purse, gets out 2 euros, and hands it to Sabine. * Thank you. Can one of you get a slice of lemon meringue pie, please?

Jalissa: Okay. *She gets a small box, heads to the pie display cuts up a slice, places it in the box carefully, closes it up, and passes it to Willa, then she hands it to Sabine. *

Sabine: Thank you, girls. *She placed the box on the counter. * Here's your pie.

Female customer: Thank you. *She takes the box with her pie and leaves the bakery. *

Sabine: Okay. Next, please? *A customer walked up to the counter and placed his order. In College Francoise DuPont, Ms. Bustier went over the last bit of lessons before class ended. *

Ms. Bustier: Okay, so hope those poetry topics were very educational to you all.

Nino: Oh, very much.

Ms. Bustier: Okay. Now before you all go, I do have one thing for you. No homework tonight. *Everyone was happy about that. *

Alya: Finally, a break.

Ms. Bustier: You just have to submit your Literature Research paper and have it ready by next Monday, okay? *Everyone answered yes to Ms. Bustier. * Good. *Then, the bell rang. * That's it for today. You're all dismissed. *They gather their stuff and leave the classroom and Ms. Bustier gets ready for the next class. *

Alya: Glad that lesson was over and good thing we have no homework.

Marinette: Yeah. *They walked downstairs and headed to the lockers. *

Alya: We saw Bridgette earlier. Guess she's all better?

Marinette: Yeah. Good thing too.

Alya: The twins came down with the flu.

Marinette: Aw, they did?

Alya: Yeah, so my house is being quarantined until they're better.

Marinette: Sorry to hear that.

Adrien: (Hope Nino can make it to class on time.) *Then, Nino came inside and sat next to Adrien. * Where've you been?

The primary function of the Thymus Gland is that it's to train special white blood cells called T-lymphocytes or T-cells. White blood cells (lymphocytes) travel from your bone marrow to your thymus. The lymphocytes mature and become specialized T-cells in your thymus. After the T-cells have matured, they enter your bloodstream.
