In the Sewers, Luka feeds Sass a piece of tofu and Marinette feeds Tikki a macaron.

Luka: I'm wondering, Marinette. How do you plan to reveal Cat Noir's identity to Su-Han if you don't know who he is?

Marinette: Remember why you must all ignore who Cat Noir and I are?

Luka: So, Shadow Moth leaves us alone when we're not superheroes? If we don't know who you are, we're no interest to him.

Marinette: Yes. But, if worse comes to worst, a Miraculous holder could know Cat Noir's identity or mine, but not both.

Luka: That way, there'd always be one of you to fight Shadow Moth!

Marinette: Exactly! But for Cat Noir and me, it's different. If we knew each other's identities, all would take is just for one of us to be akumatized to betray the other.

Luka: And Shadow Moth would win.

Marinette: That can never happen. And I have a plan for it. Tikki, spots on! *She transforms into Ladybug. *

Luka: Sass, scales slither! *He transforms into Viperion. Meanwhile, Ladybug starts explaining the plan to Viperion. *

Ladybug: This is the plan: you stay here hidden. I ask Cat Noir his identity. He tells me...

Viperion: Are you sure this will work? Since I know who he is.

Ladybug: Yes, only I will find out since you already know who he is. That's when you'll use your power of Second Chance to go back in time. I'll forget everything but you won't.

Viperion: Or I could just ask him myself if you want. It'd be less dangerous that way, wouldn't it?

Ladybug: (grabbing her earpiece from her yo-yo) Cat Noir will only tell if I'm the one asking.

Viperion: Alright, and then I'll tell the Celestial Guardian Cat Noir's identity.

Ladybug: And then he'll finally cut me some slack.

Viperion: Are you sure the fact that I know who Cat Noir is won't be a problem?

Ladybug: Like I said, as long as I don't know who he is, everything will be fine. *Viperion smiles. * And this is one secret I don't mind you keeping from me. *They both kiss, and Ladybug leaves the sewers, leaving Viperion alone for the plan.  On top of the Eiffel Tower, Ladybug waits for Cat Noir. *

Viperion: (through the earpiece) Do you think Cat Noir would agree to this?

Ladybug: (groans) He's been dying to tell me who he is for the longest time. *She looks over the fence and sees Cat Noir leaping on the rooftops towards the Eiffel Tower. * There he is! Get ready! *Ladybug and Viperion's timers reach at one in the morning. *

Ladybug: Now! We're in sync!

Viperion: Second Chance! *Ladybug and Viperion start their timers at five minutes. *

Ladybug: The countdown has begun. It's 1 a.m., and we've got just five minutes before you transform back. So, we've got to be done by 1:05. You'll rewind on my signal.

Cat Noir: (upon landing on top of the Eiffel Tower) I'm sorry, but I really couldn't make it earlier.

Ladybug: (waves) Hey, no big deal! That's the good thing about a team. It's not the two of us anymore!

Cat Noir: Oh, yeah! So then, why did you need me exactly?

Ladybug: Well... actually, it's kind of linked to what happened today. I've given it a lot of thought ever since I became guardian, you know? *She leans on the fence. * And I've realized that... *She faced Cat Noir. * We should tell each other our secret identities.

Cat Noir: But aren't the secrets supposed to protect us?

Ladybug: I thought so. But when you didn't show up today, I didn't know how to locate you because we can't communicate when we're not transformed. If something bad happened to one of us when we're not heroes, we could know about it. It would make us stronger. We'd be able to defeat Shadow Moth quicker!

Cat Noir: Milady, I don't understand.

Ladybug: Understand what?

Cat Noir: Why do you suddenly wanna know about my identity? I'm sure being the guardian is the main reason. There has to be something else.

Ladybug: What are you trying to say? *Cat Noir sighed and scowled; he then faced her. *

Cat Noir: I just found out that both Rena Rouge and Carapace know their identities. How come they know their identities, but we don't? You gave them both their miraculous at the same time, right? From Heroes Day?

Ladybug: Yes. That was a mistake when I was trying to get some help because we couldn't deal with Scarlet Moth's villains on our own.

Cat Noir: Sure, it was. Or is it that you trust them over me, is that it?

Ladybug: I trust you too.

Cat Noir: If you say you trust me, then why didn't you tell me they know their identities instead of me finding out from Carapace?

Ladybug: Cat...

Cat Noir: No, it's not important now. I'm sorry, Milady. I need space. *He extended his stick and vaulted away; Ladybug saw him leaving. *

Viperion: (through an earpiece): Ladybug, what's going on?

Ladybug: Stay where you are. I'm coming back.

Viperion: Okay. *He looked at the time on his lyre and it was 1:05 am. * Oh no, there's no going back now. *He de-transforms into Luka and catches Sass in his hands. *

Luka: I hope she knows what she's doing.

In the sewers, Luka returns the Snake Miraculous to Ladybug.

Luka: What happened? You didn't get what you wanted?

Ladybug: Guess he was just mad that Rena Rouge and Carapace know their identities and how it's not fair that they know, but we don't. It was my fault this happened. *She looked sad, and Luka cupped her face and looked at her. *

Luka: Hey, it's not your fault. You had to do what you had to do. I'm sure Cat Noir would understand eventually, and I may not know about what happened, but all I know is you have nothing to worry about. *Ladybug sighed happily and looked at Luka. * So, what are you gonna do now?

Ladybug: I don't know. Guess I won't know who he is. I should've let you tell Su-Han you know his identity then things would've been easier. *She kissed him on the cheek. * Come on. I better take you home. *They both leave the sewers and head back to the Liberty boat. On the streets, Cat Noir sighed and looked over the city at night, he spotted Ladybug flying Luka home. *

Cat Noir: Ladybug? What other secrets are you keeping from me now? *He vaulted in her direction. He noticed from afar, that Ladybug put Luka down, they both kissed, and she flew away. He was shocked and stunned at what he saw. * Milady and Luka? That's what she meant when she keeps saying she has a boyfriend, if Luka is Milady's boyfriend, but Luka and Marinette are a couple then Ladybug is... Marinette? This... doesn't make sense. *He headed back home and into his room. * Claws in! *He de-transform, Plagg floats to his cheese, and takes a bite. *

Plagg: That was something. *He eats one slice of cheese and holds his other slice. *

Adrien: No, it wasn't, Plagg. All this time Ladybug is Marinette. Why didn't I see it sooner?

Plagg: Not my fault you've been so oblivious.

Adrien: What do you mean?

Plagg: You've been blind and oblivious that you didn't know Marinette had a crush on you. But now that you figured it out on your own, you're not so blind after all. And the fact that I know about her being Ladybug.

Adrien: Wait, you knew all along?

Plagg: Duh, form your fight with Dark Owl. Sugarcube told me not to say anything.

Adrien: Sugarcube?

Plagg: Ladybug's Kwami.

Adrien: Why didn't you tell me?

Plagg: You know the rules: we Kwamis don't tell our holder the identity of other holders. And the fact I was protecting you.

Adrien: Why?

Plagg: If you both found out each other's identities behind the miraculous, imagine if Shadow Moth akumatize one of you, the one akumatized would betray one another.

Adrien: I didn't think about that. But... it doesn't matter now. All this time Milady has been Marinette all along, it's too late now since she and Luka are dating. *He sulks in bed, feeling sad and oblivious. *
