Y/n's POV

I squint my eyes as I felt the harsh sun rays on my face coming from the windom. I got up from the bed as I made my way out of the room to make some breakfast for Yeonjun and I since its the only way I can repay for letting me stay here. My phone suddenly receive a notification and when I look at it, it was a voicemail from my grandma. I tried to think twice before opening the voicemail that i just receive from her.

"Y/n.... I know that I can't force you to go back home so I send some money in your bank account. Please use it because I'm worried for you. Please be safe and I love you"

I felt a tear rolled down my cheeks after the voicemail end. I really miss my grandparents. I wiped away my tears and proceed making breakfast in the kitchen.

"Thank you for the breakfast again" Yeonjun thanked me. I just nod at him and smile.

"No problem. No need to thank me next time, It's my way of repaying you anyways" I said. He look at me with a confuse face.

"But I thought it's your condition? Remember you won't tell me to the police if that happen" He said with his mouth half full. I smiled and nod.

"Is that really how important your car to you?" I asked him. He nodded at me while pouting.

"Yeah because it was my first ever car. By the way, school is coming, aren't you gonna go to school?" He asked me.

"Yeah, I'll just go to whatever school you're going to" I said. He widened his eyes at me and dropped his jaw.

"What?!" He exclaimed.

"Why? What's wrong with that?" I questioned him.

"Well, why my school? I mean why won't you go to your school?" He asked

"It's far away and remember, I'm running away" I said. He nodded at me and continue eating.

After we were done eating, Yeonjun wash the dishes while I dry them and put them in place. After we were done, we sat done in the sofa and watch whatever is playing in TV.

"Y/n-ah, I have to go to my friend's place for awhile. Rule number one, don't let anyone in unless I said so. If you want to invite a friend over, ask for my permission first, Arraseo? (Okay?)" he said. I nod at him and smile.

"Don't worry, I won't let anyone enter the house and I don't have any friends to come over" I said.

"By the way, what's the door password?" I asked Yeonjun. He look at me curiously before replying.

"Why? Are you going out?" He asked.

"Yeah" I replied. He get a peice of paper and wrote the password there. He gave it to me and smiled.

"I also put my phone number there incase of emergency. Just be safe and comeback before 8 in the evening, Ah! Rule number two, your curfew is 8 pm" he said

"Arraseo (okay)" I assured him and smile. He went inside his room maybe to get ready. I continue watching the shows in the TV and soon Yeonjun went out of his room.

"I'll go ahead. Call me if there is an emergency okay?" He said while putting his shoes on

"Okay take care" I said. I wave him goodbye and he did the same thing at me before going out of the door. I sighed and look at the TV. I'm all alone now. My phone received another message again. I looked at it and it was my Dad. It was a voicemail again. I was hesitating whether I should listen to it or not. I ended up listening to the voicemail.

"Y/n-ah, I know that I can't do anything for you to go back but incase you change your mind, please don't be afraid to go back home. I love you and I miss you. Please be safe my daughter...."

The voicemail ended and I try my best not to let a single tear fall down my face. I got ready to go to the bank to withdraw and maybe to find an apartment for rent also as I promise Yeonjun that I'll go once I have the money for my expenses.

I enter the elevator and press the floor button going back to Yeonjun's apartment. The lady with me kept on glancing at my side and I felt uncomfortable with it. I looked at her and just smile.

"You look familiar, have we met before?" the lady suddenly said. I look at with a confuse face before replying.

"I'm sorry but I don't think so" I said and smiled. There was a moment of silence before she shouted.

"AH!" I was startled by her voice. She seems to notice it and apologize to me.

"I'm sorry about that but I remember already where I saw you before" She said.

"You were the friend of Yeonjun that he brought the other day" she said. Oh, maybe that was the day we met.

"Ah! Yeah, that was me" I said

"Why did you pass out at the time dear?" She suddenly asked. I scratch my nape and tried to think of an excuse.

"I was sick at that time." I lied. She smiled at me warmly

"I think that you and Yeonjun will be a good couple" I choke on my saliva when I heard what the lady said. She rub my back and helped me.

"Are you okay?" She asked. I just nodded since I find myself having hard time to talk. I calm myself down and continue waiting for the elevator to open. I notice that the lady was holding some posters about apartments for rent in this building. I widened my eyes and looked at her.

"Umm... excuse me, Is that still available?" I ask while pointing the poster she was holding.

"Oh this one? Yeah, It's still available. Are you getting one?" She asked.

"Yes please" I replied.

"Just follow me. You're lucky, there was only one left" she said. The elevator rang and the door opened. The lady went out and so I followed her. We ended up in a small office and she get some papers. She offered me to sit down and so I did.

"Oh, the only available apartment is just across Yeonjun's." She said. I widened my eyes, surprise at what she said.

"Oh okay, I'm getting that" I said. We continue discussing about my new apartment. After discussing it. I signed the contract and she said that I can transfer already. I thanked her before going back to Yeonjun's apartment.

I typed the password and the door opened. I saw that Yeonjun is not yet home. I looked at the time and it was already 2 in the afternoon. I decided to lay down in my bed and get some rest

I woke up and get out of my room. I looked around to see that Yeonjun is still not yet home. I went to the living room and watch some shows in the TV.  After how many minutes, I heard the door rang followed by Yeonjun's voice.

"I'M HOME!!" he said. He saw me in the sofa and smiled at me. He was holding some plastic bag and put them at the counter

"Annyeong (Hello)" I greeted him.

"Hello! Did you cook dinner?" He asked. I shake my head no and he sigh in relief.

"That's good because I bought some dinner. Do you want to eat now?" He asked. I nodded and helped him prepare dinner.

"Wah!" I exclaimed. Yeonjun brought some fish cake, bulgogi and many more dishes.

"I saw those stuff on the way home so I decided to buy it" he said.

"Gomawo (Thank you)" I thanked him. We started eating and the food was delicious.

"So were you okay here? Alone?" He asked. I nodded my head and smiled.

"Yeah, I slept earlier" I said. I looked at him and tried telling him what I was planning earlier, but I don't know where to start. I was planning on taking him in the arcade as a thank you and a farewell since I'll be going. I mean I shouldn't be that dramtic since I'll be living just across his place.

"Umm..." I started. He stopped eating for awhile and looked at me.

"Tomorrow, I'll take you somewhere" He flinch after hearing me and widened his eyes.

"Are you kidnapping me?!" He exclaimed. I looked at him surprise at his comment. Wait...did that sounded wrong?"

"No! What I mean is we will go out tomorrow somewhere and it's a secret like you know, a surprise" I clarified. This boy's mind... tsk tsk tsk...

"Are you asking me on a date?" He smirk

"Yeah, I MEAN NO!, I mean yeah as a friend. A friendly date... We are going on a friendly date" I said.

"Why do you want me too?" Now it was my turn to smirk. He looked me and shake his head.

"Pfftt! No!" He said.

"Get ready around 3 in the afternoon" I reminded him. He nodded and continue eating.

Tomorrow is going to be fun...
