"Make sure you don't get hurt, be aware of your surroundings, and most importantly have fun!"
Almond and Roguefort were standing at the back door of the Nuts mansion, the two Cookies prepared with water and other necessities.
"Are you sure this is fine...?" Roguefort asked Cashew, who" pointed at the two Cookies and signalled them to look in the mirror.
"Well, you two are in disguise. No one would know!"
"I barely even recognise myself, Roguefort!" Almond exclaimed, "It's amazing how you did this with some makeup and just a change of clothes."
"You'll learn this eventually, both of you," Cashew chuckled, "just have fun going to Dreamy Cookieland!"
"Alright!"
The two Cookies walked out of the mansion, Almond guiding Roguefort around his neighbourhood, with Roguefort anxiously keeping an eye out for his parents and sister.
He'd observe suspicious-looking Cookies, flinch when he heard a noise, and kept his head low to avoid being seen.
After walking for a while, Almond noticed Roguefort's nervous expression and patted his shoulder.
"Hey, calm down, we're fine."
"I know...I'm just really, really anxious that my family might find me..."
"How about this? If it helps, why don't we call each other code names?"
"Code names...I like the sound of that."
A small smile finally appeared on the Cookie's face, with Almond happily taking the fellow Cookie's hand with a reassuring and bright smile.
"Alright then, Blueberry Cheesecake!"
Surprise was plastered on Roguefort's face when he heard his "name" before he let out a few giggles.
"Did you just make me a name?!"
"Why not?! It's a nice name. Plus it fits you!"
"Hmm..."
Roguefort finally lifted his head and thought very hard on his friend's code name should be before an idea popped up in his head.
"Caramel Cheesecake?"
"Wait, doesn't that make us brothers?!"
"You're right! We can be brothers for today. Why not?"
"Alright then, older brother!"
A mischievous grin suddenly spread on Roguefort's face.
"Race ya to the station!" he announced before bolting off as fast as he could.
"Hey! Blueberry!!"
Almond let out a small frustrated laugh before sprinting off at full speed.
"Come back here!"
~♤~
"That race was fun!"
"You only say that because you sprinted off first for no reason!"
The two Cookies were on the train, Roguefort, or Blueberry Cheesecake, having won the 'race' between himself and Almond, or Caramel Cheesecake.
"This station, Dreamy Cookieland!" the train conductor announced, as the train came to a halt.
All the Cookies came pouring out of the train like water flowing from a broken bag.
In the midst of all the different Cookies were Roguefort and Almond, their destination being the amusement park.
"I didn't know that this station was also near so many Cookie residences! Look at all the houses and buildings!" Almond exclaimed as he admired the scenery from the glass elevator that took them to the footbridge heading to the park.
"I didn't know that either. No wonder there were so many Cookies exiting the train."
"Yeah, I also thought that was weird. Cash- I meant, mom told me that the park was never crowded..."
As the elevator reached the footbridge with a 'ding', the two Cookies stepped out to admire the Dreamy Cookieland from afar.
"There are so many attractions!" Almond gushed as he and Roguefort approached the park's entrance.
"But...the door's closed." Roguefort pointed out.
Before Almond could reply, a three-coloured mist of pink, yellow and blue swirled around the two Cookies.
"Woah, what's this?! Is this some kind of magic?!"
"I thought only the City of Wizards had this kind of stuff!"
The mist circled the two Cookies before leaving like a floating snake and the doors swung open, much to the two Cookies' shock.
"Did that colourful mist just open the door?!"
"I thought I was the only one seeing that! Come on, Roguefort! Let's head inside!"
"Blueberry Cheesecake!"
"Oh, right, I nearly forgot!"
The two Cookies stepped into the Dreamy Cookieland, and the colourful mist circled them once more.
Almond looked at Roguefort in confusion before...
"Holy Millenial Tree! Blueberry Cheesecake, you're so tiny!"
"Blueberry Cheesecake" had become the size of a child Cookie, his disguise reduced to his size as well, with a small cape flowing around him like a superhero cosplay.
"Who are you calling tiny?! You look like you're four!"
Meanwhile, Almond's disguise was also altered, with more childish elements added to it and a small belt with charms attached around his waist.
Both of the Cookies had also become significantly shorter, however Almond still remained a bit taller than Roguefort.
"Well, so do you!"
"Did the mist...make us revert to our child Cookie forms?!"
A pastel-coloured butterfly suddenly flew in front of the two Cookies, carrying a note.
Without hesitation, Almond reached for the note.
"'Welcome to Dreamy Cookieland! Please forget all about your worries here, play to your hearts content as if you're a child again, and remember to have fun!' They gave us a welcoming note! How sweet!"
"But...the mist, the butterfly, how..? Is this some kind of trap?"
"Does it matter? We're here to have fun! Plus, my mom would never lead us to a trap, and she has way more experience with these things than we do. Let's play some of the games together!"
"But-"
Before Roguefort could protest, Almond shouted.
"Race you to the merry-go-round!" Almond giggled before running as fast as he could in his child form.
"Caramel!!!"
The Cookie ran off to catch up with his friend and "brother", not noticing the mist closing the doors of the amusement park and a Cookie emerging from the bushes.
"Only Cookies with the purest of hearts may enter this amusement park created from the memories and dreams of all Cookies...I wonder, what stories do these brothers have?"
Butterflies circled the pastel-coloured Cookie as if they were telling them a message.
"I'll reveal myself to them when the timing is right. But for now..."
Mist circled the Cookie as they transformed into a unicorn and flew into the sky.
"Starlight burns from afar, so do memories last longer when cherished."

Cashew checked the time on her watch.
"It's been 3 hours since they left. Well then..."
She sat at her desk, shuffling through the files of her next case.
"I suppose they will have a fun time there."
A broken picture frame lay at the corner of her room, watching Cashew and listening to the sounds of flipping paper.
And the glass of the frame cracked even more.
