Hello! I am proud to say that this book is reaching its end! I have a few more chapters planned. I enjoyed the wonderful journey. Thank you for reading!

(Y/N)'s POV

After everything that had happened, I walked home with Auggie. The walk was silent because we both had a lot on our minds.
"Are you okay (Y/N)?" Auggie asked gently.
"Y-Yeah... Just a little overwhelmed..." I responded quietly.
"Well, wanna watch some movies and eat candy till we throw up?" Auggie asked trying to cheer me up.
I weakly smiled at him and said,
"I think I'll just go to bed early today... but thank you."
Auggie then stayed silent for the rest of the walk.

~~~
The moment I walked into my room I jumped into my bed and snuck into the covers.
"Geez, where do I start? Julian needs cheering up, Thomas thinks I hate him, and Auggie is very confused... Oh, shoot! Chelsea! Didn't she really like Thomas? Oh god... I'm a terrible friend!" I slammed my face into my pillow and groaned.
"I definitely need to make sure she's okay."
I grabbed my phone and clicked on her contact name.
"I hope she doesn't hate me..."
I took a deep breath and called her.
...
"Hello...?" I heard Chelsea say from the other line. She sounded really drained...
"Chelsea! I promise you I don't like him back! I would never do something like that to you! Please forgive me!" A soft laugh interrupted my little rant.
"(Y/N) I was never mad at you. I know it wasn't your fault. It's not anyone's fault either, feelings are not optional... I would know, I didn't choose to like Thomas in the first place." I sighed in relief and smiled.
"Thank god you're not mad. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if you were... our friendship means a lot to me."  Chelsea giggled and said,
"We can always be friends! I am a little upset because he didn't like me back, but that's only natural. He is totally out of my league anyway..."
I immediately got up and said,
"No Chelsea! He is not out of your league! If anything you're out of his league! You are amazing and if he can't see that? He's obviously blind."Chelsea smiled and said,
"Thank you (Y/N), it really means a lot..." I smiled and looked at the time.
"It's already 12!? We have school tomorrow!" I gasped and started getting ready for bed.
"And we have fencing! You should get some rest."
"Alright well, goodnight Chelsea. I hope you feel better!" I grinned glad that it was resolved.
"Thank you! And goodnight to you as well!" After that, I hung up and went to bed.
~~~

It was Lunch and Julian has been really quiet all day.  I don't think he's mad, it's more like he's just mentally exhausted. I'll ask him to come over after school, for now, I think he just needs space.
"Hey, where's Thomas?" Summer asked noticing the table looking a little gloomier than usual. Julian's breath hitched at hearing his name.
"He didn't come to school today, he needed a break. He's perfectly fine though!" Scarlett reassured us. You know, I thought Scarlett was going to be the mean girl who takes my friends away from me or something but really, she's just a girl who cares a lot about her brother. I shouldn't have judged her so quickly.
"Hey uh, Scarlett?" I called the blonde girl.
"Yeah?" She answered.
"I'm sorry." I looked at her with a frown.
"For what?" Scarlett asked confusedly.
"For everything, I always assumed you were a bad person, but really, you're just like me." I smiled sheepishly at her and she just chuckled.
"I should be the one apologizing! I was a complete jerk to you! So I'm sorry too... Friends?"
"Friends!"

~~~
Scarlett ended up walking to Fencing Practice with Auggie and me. The walk there was really enjoyable and I noticed that she wasn't that different from her brother. She was very polite. At times. And composed herself very well. Except for that one time, she revealed her real laugh to us!
~~~

"So then Thomas and Julian started throwing flour at each other! And so I walked into a whole dang battle!" Scarlett tried to contain her laugh but failed miserably. And the well-composed girl snorted.
"Did you just snort?!" Auggie asked as he burst into laughter as well. Scarlett covered her mouth immediately and her cheeks lit up in embarrassment.
"It's okay! It was really cute!" I reassured her, the poor girl was probably insecure about it.
"I love your snorts! You're a cute little piggy!" I told her and she just laughed even more.

~~~
Then finally, we got there. Oh boy, I wonder how Chelsea and Thomas are holding up. Just my luck! We walked into them sparing very intensely.
"Hey, guys! Glad you're here! But we have a little problem over there..." Isaac said pointing at the two with his pen.
Thomas said something and Chelsea threw her mask and sword on the ground.
"I am so done with this!" She yelled at Thomas who took his mask off.
"Why won't you just be honest with your feelings! Stop lying to me!" He yelled back just as angry.
"Because when you're honest you only end up getting hurt! You of all people should know that Thomas!" Chelsea was clutching her fists in anger.
"Just admit you have feelings for me! It wasn't that hard yesterday!" Thomas crossed his arms and glared at her.
"Oh yeah, Yell it for the whole world to hear! They would all love to know how I pathetically got friend-zoned." Chelsea walked closer to Thomas with each sentence.
"The argument is going nowhere! Just swallow your pride and back down already!" Thomas was getting really pissed now. Chelsea and he were practically butting foreheads.
"Why did it have to be you?! Anyone else in the whole world would have been fine! I got stuck with the stuck-up, rich, cold, heir to the throne, trust fund kid!" Chelsea glared at him and clenched her fist.
"Is it that hard to accept that! Do you regret falling in love with me?! Am I that pathetic?!" Thomas put his head down in shame.
"Of course not! I fell in love with you for a reason! Because of your kind heart... it's not something you see in everyone..." Chelsea smiled slighty and fiddled with her fingers. She then turned away not being able to continue being at him.
"You're a wonderful girl, Chelsea. Why hasn't any guy snatched you up yet?" Thomas chuckled and walked closer to her.
"Well, I don't know." Chelsea shrugged. "Guess my temper is too much to handle." She sighed and pretended to cry, jokingly.
"I mean, I'm amazing at handling emotions. Maybe I should become a therapist?" Thomas laughed.
"Don't act like you're so great! You even know how to ride a-!" Thomas panicked and pressed his lips against hers to stop her from revealing his biggest secret. Chelsea's eyes widened and Thomas kept them closed tight. He finally realized what he did and jumped back. Chelsea's face turned bright red and Thomas backed away and looked away with a light blush on his face.
"Ahh!! You idiot! That was my first kiss!!" Chelsea punched him the shoulder and turned around hiding her blush.
"It was mine too Chels..." Chelsea turned back around and grabbed his shoulders.
"How about, we never speak about this again?" Chelsea says in a passive aggressive manner.
"Agreed." Thomas shook her hand and Chelsea giggled.
"Oh so you don't want anyone to know your secret~? Well, Thomas doesn't know how to ride a- mmph-!" Thomas once again grabbed her face gently and kissed her. When he pulled away he looked everywhere except at her.
"Ohhh! I get it now! I get a kiss every time I say, 'Tommy doesn't know how to ride a-!" This time, Chelsea kissed him. After they pulled away Thomas was very, flustered. It was his first time kissing a girl so much after all.
"Who know you could he such a tease," Thomas sighed.
"Okay, I'll leave it at that. Let's pretend that didn't happen okay?" Chelsea hugged him and he nodded hiding his face in her hair.
"Look what you did!" Chelsea reverted back to her stubborn self. I looked to my left to see Isaac crying?
"Those two are the king and queen of this fencing joint. They have yet to accept each other completely though. Seeing them argue broke my heart, but it got mended by their beautiful interaction!" The silly fencing coach got so soft when it came to these two.
"Okay, everyone! Back to work! Go practice!" Thomas spoke up with pink dust on his cheeks.
Chelsea immediately ran to me.
"Did you see what just happened?! Me and Thomas kissed!" She whisper-yelled at me.
"Of course I did! It was so cute!" I grabbed her hands and she laughed with joy.
"Hey! Anyway thanks, (Y/N)."
She gave me a tight hug and ran away.
Now, to go fix things with Thomas...
~~~

"Hey, Thomas can I speak to you?" I timidly walked up to the blond who was drinking water during his break.
"I'd love to but, I have to get back to practicing. You should too! We can talk after class." He seemed like he wanted to end the conversation quickly. Maybe he doesn't want to be friends anymore...?
"Hey, (Y/N)? You alright?" Auggie came up to me almost sensing my disappointment.
"Uh- yeah! Don't worry about it... hehe." I chuckled awkwardly.

~~~
I stood outside The Jasmine Dragon waiting for Thomas to come out. I heard the door open and Auggie, Chelsea, and Thomas emerged. They were all chatting happily and Chelsea noticed me first
"Yo, (Y/N)!" She waved at me with her charming smile. I waved back and couldn't help but smile in return. Thomas noticed me as well and told the other two to go on without him so he could speak to me.
"Hey..." Thomas stood in front of me with an unreadable expression.
"What did you want to talk about?" He asked politely.
"About your feelings... I didn't get a chance to respond so this is what I'm doing now." He nodded and waited.
"I honestly don't like you in that way, Tommy... You're like a brother to me! You always had my back and you were the shoulder I needed to cry on. I think it's best for us to stay as friends." I explained to him getting sadder and sadder with every word. Thomas chuckled and shook his head.
"Thank you (Y/N). I will do my best to get over these feelings." He smiled and it made me feel like everything was going to be okay.
"Want to walk home together?"
Thomas's POV
I walked into my house and laid my bags and shoes were they're supposed to be.
"Hey, Tom. How was fencing?" Scarlett asked sitting on the dining table drinking water.
"It was really good! I worked hard and had tons of fun-!" I explained.
"Thomas Fucking, Richard Anderson. Do not lie to me." Scarlett looked me dead in the eye and smacked me.
"I-I'm not lying!" I immediately reply. Scarlett just glared harder.
"I honestly had a good day! I practiced with Chelsea-!" Then she made a 'bruh' face.
"Well, you're face says otherwise." Scarlett pointed at eyes and cheeks. I was confused and touched my face. It's wet?
"I'm crying?" I laughed and wiped the tears that wouldn't stop. Scarlett looked at me with concern and gave me tissues.
"I haven't cried since mom died. I completely forgot the feeling! And I didn't even notice, how cliche..." I tried my best to smile but I simply couldn't. I fell to my knees and let out a sob.
I couldn't take it anymore and started to break down. I cried and sobbed and let out everything I had kept inside for so long. Scarlett got on her knees as well and hugged me tightly.
"You know, crying sort of feels liberating. I haven't felt this way in so long and it's reminding me that I'm still human." I confessed hugging her back.
"I love you, sis..." I wiped my tears and smiled in relief. I finally felt free. This is what pushed me past the breaking point. I needed to let it all out.
"I love you too dummy..."
Hey guys! Author here! Thomas is kinda based on me now that I think about it- The next chapter is a nice wholesome Julian one! No more feels! I promise!
