"Jimin"

Jimin looked at the source of the voice and found the guy who doesn't leave his mind these days. He is wearing casual black jeans with olive green loose Tshirt and black boots which perfectly suits him.

"Jimin, you are so lost these days, you okay right?"

This voice yeah he loves it. So much warmth and so much calmness and exactly that's what he needs now.

"I am fine. We will be reaching within an hour I guess, also I asked my friends to come pick us and they arranged our stay too"

"Also they don't know about my new life umm new college and all they still know I will join them soon so umm"

"Don't worry It's your thing to handle, I will not mention anything" Yoongi assured him.

"Thanks Yoongi" with this said Jimin moved his head to left where the beautiful view enchants him.

"Jimin here " Taemin shouts while waving his hands dramatically. Both of his friends looked so happy as they found the missing piece of their trio.

Jimin rushed towards them and they gave each other the longest possible hug.

"Damn we missed you so much Jimin, you literally vanished, if we do 10 calls we get one back huh, is this the way you should treat us hmm, wait" Taemin pushed Jimin aside as his eye's fall on this beauty of a man.

"You can sit on my face" Taemin blurted out with no inch of shame as his whole face reddened.

Both Jimin and Somi choked at their friends shamelessness.

They all started laughing and Jimin needs to give the credit to Taemin.

"Shut up Taemin, he is a bit out of the box. Hi I am Somi, Jimin must have told about me. You must be Yoongi right? "

"Ahh yeah, hi Somi and Taemin. It seems like a great start, I hope the rest trip goes well" Yoongi say with a red tint in his face as he is scratching the back of his neck.

Taemin kept staring at Yoongi, and the way he is blushing and squealing after he heard Yoongi's deep voice didn't settle well with Jimin.

"Okay okay great you all gave each other's introduction by yourselves and saved me from extra talk so let's go" with this Jimin hurried out of the station with his bags.

"So Yoongi this is my aunt's house. She lives in states now so they visit here occassionally. So with her permission it's now for your stay. Please make yourself comfortable" Taemin spoke just as they reached their stay location.

"Wow she must really like gardening huh. And definitely the aesthetics of this house are at best. Thanks Taemin. You got troubled because of us."

"Bullshit, common Jimin is my best friend and You are Jimin's friend so technically you are my friend too right?" Taemin asked with a bit hesitation.

"Offcourse, I really don't have much friends. So I would love to be one of your" Yoongi gave his famous gummy smile as they settled themselves on the couch in the hall.

And Taemin , his eyes were sparkling at that moment. Jimin was sure about it.

"Yeah right looks like Taemin is so up to make new friends that he forgot about the old ones" Jimin said as he kept his bag pack on the floor.

"You should have thought before bringing this beautiful species of a human with you. Obviously I am more interested in him than you now." Taemin stretched his tongue out as he started mocking him.

"And yeah I didn't forget how you completely ignored both of us these past weeks"

"Taemin stop, he just came. Let him settle a bit. Yoongi, Jimin there are two rooms above, settle yourselves, freshen up a bit. We will come and pick up you both for lunch. And yeah Jimin you better prepare your explanation well" Somi announced and they both left. Taemin sure didn't forget to wink at Yoongi before leaving.

"Your friends are quite funny and cool. I like them" Yoongi's smile ceased the moment he saw Jimin glaring him.

"Uhm well I will take the right room."
Yoongi took his bag and approached the said room.

Jimin sighed and went to the left one.

Jimin knows he have to tell them about new changes in his life and he did prepare a brief explanation. He feels telling them will ease him a bit. He is holding too much inside him.

"Yeah you should start. Tell me everything, what happened when you went there, and when you are coming back. And this sudden trip" Somi questioned Jimin as they are currently sitting in a restaurant where Yoongi and Taemin went to order food.

And with this Jimin told her everything whatever he faced the moment he left Seoul. The reason why he shifted to his brother's college. And also asked to keep all this hidden from Yoongi as he knows nothing about all.

"I know Somi you will understand my circumstances, Taemin would just blow up hearing all this. That's why I urged to tell you right now. You can tell him later right. I hope you will make him understand"

"Jimin this I don't know what to say. You are literally putting your whole career on stake. But I do, I do understand your situation.

Jimin listen I know you are there for a cause. And I pray you get through all this and find the damn murderer. But promise me Jimin you will not be reckless towards yourself. Don't put yourself on any such danger and you will not think twice to ask help from us if you ever need one. Promise me." Somi sternly put her point. She definitely is sad about him leaving college but is more worried about the situations Jimin will put himself in coming days.

The first day when he came to Seoul he met Somi. And then through her he met Taemin. He is sure this two are the best thing that happened to him here in Seoul. Hearing her concern Jimin smiled a bit as he nodded and promised her.

"And now tell me what's the scene with Yoongi?" Somi started wiggling her eyebrows as she tried to make the atmosphere a bit light.

"Nothing Somi, it's just I misinterpreted him initially but the much I got to know him he is different, he is hard from outside but a softie from inside.He is doing so much for his sister and that makes me respect him a lot. I wish I could have done the same for my brother. I wish I was a bit observant towards him." Initially Jimin eyes showed brightness as he talked about Yoongi but his happiness ceased the moment regret kicked in.

"Observant towards whom?" Taemin questioned as they both settled the tray's of food on the table.

"Towards us, he is basically regretting not contacting us enough" Somi soon covered the topic.

"Yeah as he should. I will listen the entire thing later, look what we got. Yoongi's treat. He insisted and I couldn't resist" Taemin voiced out as he kept looking at Yoongi.

"Nothing like that just a token of appreciation I guess" Yoongi sat beside Jimin.

"Thanks Yoongi , this burgers are the best. Your choice seems nice" Somi looked at Jimin as if she meant something different.

Jimin widened his eyes, indirectly saying her to shut up.

They all had their lunch and now for some fun, Taemin suggested to go to the amusement park which is near to their location.

So here they are standing in the middle of the park where Somi and Taemin are fighting to what ride to go first.

Jimin and Yoongi, tired of these two's antics, decided to venture off on their own. The park bustled with life, laughter, and the chatter of families enjoying the various games and attractions.

"Jimin, did you know I'm actually amazing at basketball?" Yoongi remarked suddenly, his voice casual yet tinged with pride as they strolled past a row of stalls.

Jimin turned to him, his brows furrowed in confusion. "Uh, thanks for the random TMI, I guess?" he replied, his lips twitching with amusement.

Yoongi chuckled, his steps quickening as he veered toward a growing crowd gathered near the basketball hoops. Intrigued, Jimin followed.

"Looks like you'll have a new buddy joining in your bed tonight, Jimin," Yoongi teased, pointing to an enormous plush teddy bear displayed as the grand prize for the game. Its fluffy, oversized form stood out amongst the smaller prizes, drawing attention from everyone nearby.

Jimin scoffed, folding his arms. "Confidence is fine, but don't you think you're bordering on overconfidence now?" he challenged, his tone laced with skepticism.

"Hah, time to prove you wrong, Park Jimin," Yoongi retorted, his smirk brimming with determination.

The game was straightforward: whoever scored the most baskets within the time limit would win, provided no one else could match or surpass their score. The stakes were set, and Yoongi stepped forward, his sharp focus cutting through the lively atmosphere.

As the timer began, Yoongi positioned himself in front of the hoop and started shooting. One ball after another swished cleanly through the net. Jimin watched, wide-eyed, as Yoongi's streak continued without a single miss. The crowd around them erupted in cheers, their energy infectious. Amidst it all, Jimin's voice stood out, loud and unwavering as he cheered for his friend.

When the buzzer rang, signaling the end of the game, Yoongi's score towered above the rest. Though a few others attempted to challenge him, none could match his flawless performance. He was, without a doubt, the champion.

Soon after, a figure emerged from the prize counter, the massive teddy bear nearly swallowing them whole. Jimin's laughter bubbled uncontrollably as he realized it was Yoongi, struggling to carry the oversized toy.

"Yah, Jimin-ah, stop laughing and help me out here," Yoongi grumbled, his voice muffled by the bear's fluffy head. He handed it over to Jimin, who nearly dropped it as his laughter redoubled.

"You look ridiculous," Jimin choked out between giggles, his face red from laughing so hard.

With a tight-lipped smile that was both fond and exasperated, Yoongi gestured for him to put the bear aside. Jimin placed it in the shop for safekeeping, promising to retrieve it before they left.

"I'll admit it-you really are the best," Jimin said, his tone sincere now. "I might be good at football, but I wouldn't mind learning basketball from you."

Yoongi's smile softened, and for a moment, the park's noise seemed to fade. "Deal," he said simply, his voice warm. Together, they walked off, the memory of the day etched into their hearts.

"Heyy Jimin, Yoongi you two literally discarded us. We finally decided we going for the Dodgem first" Taemin announced as they both approached them.

"So what are we waiting for lets go" Yoongi announced and hell Jimin is sure he never saw Yoongi that excited till now.

Dodgem was fun, rollercoaster was crazy as they four shouted to their hearts content, Pharaoh's Fury took the left out voice of Jimin as he kept shouting constantly and he noticed Yoongi laughed at him.Yeah he will keep it in his mind and will take revenge later.

After trying majority of the rides now comes the last one, Ferris wheel. The sun is setting down and its the best time to go for this ride and Jimin indeed is excited to go with Yoongi, probably the only ride he is excited for. He wants to see the sun set with Yoongi from that peak.

They stand on queue and as their time came.Taemin suddenly jumped infront of him and sat beside Yoongi in one cabin.

Which left him with no option but to sit with Somi. Don't take Jimin wrong he loves her and definitely not the first time to be with her in amusement park. But this time he wanted to sit with Yoongi.

The ride started and there is this unsettling feeling in his chest as he is seeing Taemin approaching Yoongi as he will just sit on his lap.

He hold the railing tightly. His eye's are fixed at them. He could see Yoongi laughing to something Taemin said. He clenched his jaw and his whole face turning intimidating which Somi noticed.

"Jimin you always shout at Ferris wheel, I guess you became brave after going to daegu" Somi pointed out a fact that indeed Jimin is always scared especially when it reaches the peak but today he didn't even notice he is at the peak and the only thing going in his mind is not fear but something else.

He didn't say anything but kept looking at them and his eyes widened at when Taemin threw himself at Yoongi as if he is so scared but in no way he is. Jimin knows.He literally jumps over the fence of their dorms casually like he is walking.

His thoughts broke when Somi pointed out another thing.

"Woah Jimin I didn't know the sun is setting in your front, I thought it's at your right"

"Shut up Somi, what is he doing. Yoongi will be uncomfortable if he keeps bugging him. He doesn't like skinship at all" Well the mention skinship reminds him of that party where Yoongi was attached to Jimin with no space between them in almost an hour long hug. And he blushed at that thought. Which again didn't go unnoticed by Somi.

"Yah Park Jimin, whats wrong with you. One time you are being furious, other time you are blushing. I can clearly see the symptoms of this upcoming disease." Somi wiggling his eyebrows while teasing him.

"Disease?" Jimin finally removed his eye's from the front cabin and looked at Somi.

"Yeah a disease where you feel unsettling and upset, you feel furious and in rage, but again you feel the happiest and calmest, you feel excited."

"I never heard about this type of disease Somi"

"You can not hear about it you can only feel it. The first case I mentioned is in case of absence of a particular human being and second case in case of presence of that human being. In layman term we call this disease Love"

"Yes Jimin love, are you in love with Yoongi?"

A simple question, Somi asked several times even before. She is that friend who is always excited for your love life if exists and if not she will make sure it exists. So she tried to match him up with several guys before and asked this particular question which Jimin with no hesitation nullified

But

This time Jimin is finding it hard to nullify the question.

Jimin found himself spiraling, unable to brush away the question that had taken root in his mind. Love was a foreign concept to him-distant, almost abstract. He had never experienced it before, never felt someone's presence become so essential that it altered the rhythm of his thoughts.

But now, Yoongi's presence loomed large in his heart, undeniable and overwhelming.

Is Yoongi that crucial to me?

Have I... fallen in love?

The more Jimin wrestled with his thoughts, the deeper he sank into confusion. Each attempt to untangle his feelings only tightened the knot in his chest, leaving him breathless. What had once been a comforting friendship now felt fragile, weighed down by an unspoken truth he wasn't ready to confront.

In a moment of desperation, he turned to Somi, the only person he trusted with the storm raging inside him. Words tumbled out of him before he could stop them.

"Shit... I fell in love with Yoongi," Jimin admitted, his voice trembling, as if saying it aloud made it more real. His wide eyes darted to Somi, searching her face for an answer, for reassurance, for anything to ease the chaos in his mind.

Her silence left space for his panic to grow, and Jimin buried his head in his hands. "Hell, I don't even know if he likes me back, or if he's even into guys... or if he's already taken. What if he's taken, Somi? What if I ruin everything?" His words spilled out in a frantic rush, tinged with frustration and helplessness.

Somi reached out, placing a steadying hand on his shoulder. "Jimin..." she started gently, but he wasn't done.

"This is the worst," he muttered, his voice breaking slightly. "What if I lose him because of this? What if things can never go back to how they were?"

Jimin's heart pounded in his chest, a storm of fear, hope, and longing. For the first time in his life, he felt vulnerable in a way he couldn't control, and it terrified him. But beneath the fear was something undeniable-a warmth he hadn't realized he craved until now.

He looked at Somi again, this time with pleading eyes. "What do I do?"

"Hey calm down, first of all congratulations my boy.I can finally be happy that you will too have a love life" Somi mimicked to remove tears which weren't even present in the first place.

Somi's acting ceased the moment she heard Jimin shouting. Yeah he is shouting not because of height but because he saw Taemin hugging Yoongi.

"Hell stop Jimin, you will give me a heart attack."

"Listen my eyes can inspect people well. And Jimin my boy Yoongi definitely is gay and he surely likes you" Somi announced with utter confidence dripping from her tone which made Jimin look at her again.

"I don't believe in your inspection"

"Don't worry Jimin, Yoongi himself will tell this things, leave it to me"

Amidst all this the ride finally came to an end.

This ride surely made Jimin go through several kind of emotions and he also found out something precious which he can't celebrate yet. He will wait to know the other side.
