The meeting was over within an hour. Both staffs went over the suggestions and ideas and agreed to work together. Jina was happy that it went well. 'The countless nights without sleep were worth it,' she thought as she looked at her team members with fondness. There were barely any flaws, and she was proud of herself and the others.

"Someone looks happy," said a voice behind her. She turned back to see Jin beaming at her. "I knew I could trust you. Thanks," he said as he walked toward her. Jina looked at him for a while.

"I'm flattered," she replied as both of them laughed. They both continued to walk together for a while. Jina remembered her college days when she used to walk along the corridor with Jin. The silence between them was peaceful.

"I'll see you soon," Jin said as he gently patted her head.

The day turned out to be better than she had expected. She was impressed with how Jungkook had presented his ideas. He was calm and collected. She noticed how he looked at her multiple times in between, making her feel nervous.

The day passed in no time. Everyone seemed to be in a good mood after the meeting, and Luna had also called multiple times to inquire about her day.

Luna works as a designer in the fashion industry. "I might visit today," she called to Jina. Jina spent the entire break telling her about the meeting. "Good job," Luna said proudly.

At 5 p.m., Jina walked to the parking area and stood in the corner. She checked her phone, and she noticed her mother had left some messages.

'Hey Jina, I would like to talk with you this weekend; it's important. Take care, with love, Mother.'

Jina's lips curled into a smile. She turned off her phone and looked around and realized she had given her car up for service.

'I should go by bus,' she thought while looking around. Nearly everyone left early that day.

"Want a ride?" A voice popped out of nowhere. It was Jin; his hands were wrapped around the car keys as he continued tossing them around as he walked toward her. His other hand was in his pocket, making him look cool. She chuckled as she remembered how many people befriended her just to get a chance to speak with him back then.

"If you are okay with it," she said. This wasn't the first time; Jin had offered her a ride multiple times before.

"Get in," he said. Jina nodded her head and followed him.

The ride back home was comfortable and quiet. The sky was in deep shades of orange, accompanied by a gentle breeze.

"Today went well," Jin said as he glanced at Jina, who was looking out the window. Jina smiled at him and said, "Yes, it did."

Jin chuckled at her response. "I was peculiar as to who my perfect secretary should be," he said. "You turned out to be the best," he continued.

"I recently came across someone willing to work in our company; you should meet him, as you both excel in the same field," he said.

"I'd love to."

It was quiet once again. Jina looked at her phone to see a few texts from Luna. She peeked at Jin to make sure he didn't, by any chance, get to see what she had texted.

'Didn't you give your car service?' It read, 'Don't tell me your CEO is giving you a ride back home. I'm sure he has a thing for you.' She read it in Luna's voice.

"Not again," Jina whispered as she switched off her phone. She was sure Jin offered her rides as a way of showing gratitude towards his co-workers. She always saw him as her brother, and she was sure he did as well.

"Is it Luna?" Jin asked as he chuckled, looking at her paranoid face. "Don't worry, I didn't see anything. I wanted to drop you off and go on a date," he said as he looked at her.

"With Jiho, my mother arranged it," he added as he noticed Jina's skeptical face. "I don't want to go, you know."

And within a few minutes, she was home. She got out of the car and thanked Jin. "Have fun!" she yelled as she waved, making him laugh.

Jina reached home around 5: 30 in the evening. She tossed her bag carelessly on the couch. She looked at her phone and read the texts Luna had sent before.

"I hope you find your special one, Luna," she said as she went through them, with a smile plastered across her face.
