My name is Maddie and little did I know the future that was ahead of me. But how was I suppoused to know that my life was already planned out. After all that am only 17 years old and a junior in high school. Everyone thinks that my life is perfect. But only if they knew, if they knew what I went through as a child. Loosing my mom at six years old, thinking that it was unfair and fighting with your dad until you scream and it escalates to being back handed, pushed, shoved, checked out, and being threatened. No one knows until they see a sneak peak behind the scenes. At the age 17 I am thinking of ways to vanish off the face of the earth, due to stress, anxiety, and a broken heart. Not only do I put up with these things at home I get enough at school as well what kind of person can handle these things. Thinking every day that they are worthless no good and to top it all off ugly. Well to get to the point I was walking down the street to cool off after fight with my dad thinking about what I could to make him suffer and feel bad for he had just done. But something that I know that no one else does, is that if I die I won't only be taking my life I will also be taking an innocent babies life. So I contemplate every day on what I should do. No one thinks twice about me wearing baggy clothes, so therefore it hides the little baby bump that I have. It isnt very noticeable, I have been pregnant for maybe two months. I haven't told anyone, unsure of how I would explain how it happened. I mean how do you tell your family, that you broke up with your ex- boyfriend becaause he forced you to have sex with him? That he would beat me, and be very physical if I would not give in and let him take what he wanted. As these things are running through my mind and making me think so hard I break a sweat I hear a truck coming my way. It stops about half a block away from where I was walking. So I decided to just keep slowly walking, and not let it show that I was scared. I slowly picked up my pace, worried of what may come. I kept walking, picking up the pace as non noticeable as possible, to maybe elude whoever is behind that wheel, of the little Ford F150, dark in color, with four doors, and very tinted windows. That would quickly gain speed when I wasn't looking, and slow down if I just so happened to turn my head and glance behind me.
