Sam - Kei's adopted brother

Quirk: Telementum (mix of Teleport and Momentum)

Sam can teleport any distance as long as they're familiar with the surroundings, but the user will have kinetic energy in their body equal to the distance as if they ran that distance in that amount of time. So Sam can use that energy to hit foes with harder force but must always use the energy and can't store the energy if teleporting multiple times. Weaker in the rain.
