~Kai's POV~
"Y/n!" I cried once the light faded. Where did she go?
The wind suddenly died down as Lloyd, still in Morro's possession, sank down to the ground.
"I doubt you'll ever hear from her again," Morro laughed. "And don't expect to hear from Lloyd, either; he's too weak to fight my hold over him."
I clenched my fists and ground my teeth. "Let him go!"
"Sorry, no can do."
"Kai!" Nya shouted. "We have to leave!"
I wanted to fight Morro and make him pay for what he did to Lloyd and y/n, but I listened to my sister. I ran back towards the bounty, and swung myself up onto the deck. Once I'm on board, we take off.
"What are we gonna do?" Jay asked. "With Lloyd under Morro's possession, there's no telling what he'll do!!"
"Calm down, Jay!" Cole ordered. "We'll figure something out. But Sensei, why didn't you tell us you had a student before us?"
"I didn't think I would ever see him again," Sensei said. "I believed it was wise not to worry you."
"We'll, that plan backfired, because I'm so worried I could sh*t myself any moment!" Jay shrieked. "It's been a day, and that freaky ghost guy has already taken both Lloyd and y/n!"
As soon as he mentioned y/n, everyone on the ship went silent. It was hard enough being separated from one friend, but losing another entirely? It felt like a part of my heart had been ripped out.
"Sensei, is there any chance y/n survived?" Zane asked.
"Unless she has the power to teleport herself to another world, I'm afraid not..."
~y/n's POV~
Master Fu brought me to his place, which was an apartment in an old part of town. The bedroom was the first thing you walk into, with a bathroom the size of a closet on one side of the apartment and a small kitchen on the other. Despite the size of the home and the run-down appearance of the building, the home looked quite well-taken care of.
"Unfortunately, I don't have an extra bed, but you are welcome to take mine—"
"Oh, no, that won't be necessary! I can sleep on the floor."
I spent the rest of the day sitting by the window, thinking about Ninjago. I sighed, remembering all the good times.
"Here," Master Fu said, coming over to me with a wooden tray. On it was a pot of tea and two cups.
I take one of the cups, and sip it gratefully. After a second, however, I noticed there was some thing weird about it...
"This tastes familiar," I said. Where had I had it before?
My eyes widened as I recognized the flavour; this was Sensei Wu's favourite tea!
"It's an old family recipe."
Family recipe? Wait, but that means...
"You said you had two brothers," I clarified. "They wouldn't happen to be Wu and Garmadon, would they?"
Master Fu smiled. "You figured it out faster than I thought you would."
My jaw dropped. "There are three sons of the first spinjitsu master?"
He nodded.
"How come Sensei's never told us about you, then?"
"Well, Wu tends not to speak of things until they become a problem, as I'm sure you've noticed," he laughed. "Are you one of his pupils?"
"Yes, I've been training with him for years now."
"You must be very dedicated. Tell me, how is Ninjago? Is the land still at peace?"
"N-no," I stuttered. "A new threat had just presented itself when I left."
"Oh, I see... Are you sure you want to stay in Paris? It's obvious you want to return home."
"I can't. They think I'm dead."

Short chapter, I know... I'll try to do better next time, but no promises.
Btw, does anyone have an idea of what power y/n should have? I could just leave it up to the individual reader, but idk.
Love you all,
