Izuku Midoriya. A boy who always had big dreams, and an unhealthy obsession with All Might, was involved in an incident that would change his life.

Izuku's POV~

I was catching the train from UA home, excited to go home for the weekend, I hadn't seen my mother in a while so she'll be happy with this little surprise. As I played a game on my phone, a loud bang was heard followed by screaming.

"Everyone get down on the floor now!" A man yelled, grabbing me by the collar of my uniform and held a knife close to my face. "If anyone tries anything I'll stab this kids eyes! Understood!?" The guy yelled again.

I was sweating buckets, hoping no one would try anything, even if it was to defend me. Unfortunately for me though, someone did.. everything after that was a blur.

Katsuki's POV~

-At the hospital, a day or so later-

I had seen the news about a train being held hostage, many people getting severely injured. I wasn't that interested until I heard one name mentioned.

*Flashback*

Grumbling as I walked through the door to my house, the old hag started yelling at me. "KATSUKI TURN ON THE NEWS!"

"DO IT YOURSELF!" I shouted back.

"Katsuki, just turn on the fucking news!" She hissed angrily, walking into the lounge room. I grabbed the remote and turned the TV on, flicking it to the news channel.

"A train has been taken hostage, we don't know much but there are a lot of injured people leaving the scene. Including a boy by the name of Izuku Midoriya, his eyes have been stabbed and he has passed out from bloodloss, paramedics are taking him to (hospital name) as we speak."

My eyes widened, Deku got hurt?! I bolted out the door and  ran to the hospital They had taken Deku to, seeing inko in the emergency waiting room. "Aunty Inko! What happened is Deku ok?!" I ask.

"He's in critical condition Katsuki, he's currently in an operation to try and see what they can do about his eyesight.. it all but guaranteed he'll go blind though." She said, tears falling down her face. I hug her in hopes to calm her down not caring about the small wet patches from her tears on my shirt. 'You better be ok shitty Deku!' I think to myself. A while later Auntie Inko had gone home to rest while I stayed the night, I held Deku's hand rubbing a thumb across the top of it, I later fell asleep.

*Flashback over, Present time*

I woke up, looking to Izuku as I lazily rubbed my eyes seeing if he had woken up, he hadn't yet so I got up and went to the built in bathroom. I turned the tap on, slashing water on my face then using a paper towel to dry it off. I heard shuffling outside the bathroom door, tossing the now wet paper towel into the trash can I exited the room.

"Deku? How're you feeling?" I asked.

"K-Kacchan? Where are you? Why is it so dark!?" He started panicing. I rushed to his bed, grabbing his hand gently.

"I'm right here Deku, it's ok." I say, trying to soothe him.

"It's clearly not Kacchan, I can't see anything!" Deku exclaimed.

"Hey, hey Izuku... calm down, do you remember what happened yesterday?" I ask.

"N-No.. I don't." Izuku says.

"Well, you were on a train home when some thugs took it hostage.. I don't know the exact details but you were stabbed in the eyes... the doctors have done everything to save your vision but... it's clear that it didn't work." I say in the most calmest and soothing voice I can manage.

"So I'm blind?" Izuku asked.

"Unfortunately, yes.. you are." I say. "But I want to tell you something.."

"What's that Kacchan?" Izuku asks.

"I.. I love you, ok? I know I've been an ass to you all of the time we've known each other but.. well there is no but, what I did was inexcusable..." I say.

"I forgive you Kacchan.. I never held it against you either. I love you too." Izuku said, placing his other hand on my cheek after having me guide his hand to it, I then pulled Izuku in to give him a kiss. He was startled by my action at first but kissed back a few seconds later. A minute later we pulled away for air.

"I love you, so fucking much Izuku... I promise to make up for being such an asshole." I said, a stray tear rolling down my cheek.
