Y/N

I walked into the tent as it was a whole vibe my mother really went above and beyond. I looked around at the decorations and dance floor.

I then seen a balloon arch with a huge one and an eight off to the side in the tent for decorations and pictures.

I wasn't even fully inside as I heard Coop on a microphone. "Hol up, Hol up. Is that the birthday girl?!" She asked as everyone started yelling "YERR!" I heard Serenity say as I laughed. "Bow Down" by Beyoncé started playing as everyone was dancing and went to my group of friends immediately.

"We some bad bitches" coop shouted as I laughed. "Happy birthday" I heard as I turned and seen Darnell. "Hey. Thank you" I thanked as we hugged each other. "I really thought you guys forgot about my birthday" I admitted "girl now why would we do that?!" Patience asked. "Your mother wanted to make it seem like we forgot." Spencer said as I smiled. "Go crazy" by Chris brown and young thug came on as serenity immediately grabbed Jordan's hand and they ran off to go dance.

"I really hope her water doesn't break while dancing" I said as Spencer laughed. "You want to go dance?" Patience asked as I nodded and went off with her beginning to dance as Alexis came up to us dancing along.

We were about an hour and a half deep into the party as I didn't get to dance with Spencer yet. "Come through" by H.E.R and Chris brown started playing as I immediately went to find Spencer. He was drinking his drink and talking to Darnell as I walked up to them. "What's up?" Darnell asked "I came to take Spencer from you" I said. "Take?" Darnell asked "yeah take. You have to take something you want right?" I asked with a smile as Darnell chuckled and threw his hands up. "By all means have him" Darnell insisted as they dapped up and Spencer placed his cup down at one of the tables before grabbing my hand.

"We were dancing with each other to the beat as Olivia and Layla were making their way towards us as I just looked at Spencer. "Be mean girl, it's your birthday" he said as I giggled and they appeared in front of us. "If you're coming over here to start something Don't" I simply said. "She just wanted to dance with Spencer. "We've been here for almost two hours and now you want to dance with me?" Spencer asked.

"No I'm dancing with him right now so you and Layla can go back to what you two were doing before" I expressed. "Wow you pushed him away trying to get Spencer and I back together just for you to be like this when I ask him for a dance" Olivia started off. "You're a hoe" she started off "excuse me?" Y/N started off. "Olivia watch your mouth don't talk to her like that" Spencer said stepping in front of me.

"I mean let's be real you dealing with him after I told you how I felt. You out here dancing on him and when I ask for a dance with him you don't want to let him go because you wanted him all along. You're a hoe" she explained. "Word?" I asked. "Olivia go home aren't you and Layla tired of this?!" Spencer asked as they got quiet and I just simply walked away. I walked out of the tent as everyone else was partying. I decided to go into the house and get some water. I noticed my aunt came into the kitchen "What's wrong?" She asked as I just shook my head. "I'm okay" I lied.

"No you not what's up?" She asked leaning against the island looking over at me. "There's the guy and every time I have a moment with his it's just taken away because of Olivia and her friend" I simply said. "Because you're letting them take it away" she expressed as I looked at her. "Girl it's your birthday go back in there and do whatever the hell you want" she encouraged making me smile. I then felt a kiss on my cheek before my mother called her name and she walked away.

I headed back outside to the floor where everyone was at as I begun to hear. "Talking to the Moon" by Bruno Mars and immediately froze in my tracks. It was like every time I heard this song it brought me back to that night so I would immediately skip it, I haven't heard the song since.

I seen everyone link up as I just stood there not noticing Spencer wrapped his arms around me. I immediately wrapped my arms around his neck as he placed his forehead on mine and I begun to feel tears roll down my cheek.

Spencer

"On her birthday?" I asked looking between Layla and Olivia.
I just shook my head then walked off. "What's going on now?" Darnell asked before drinking his drink as patience and coop appeared. "Olivia and her sidekick striked back again?" Patience asked. "Yeah and I'm honestly done with it" I admitted. "So then you gotta express that" coop said. "You better or she's going to end up popping one of them in the mouth" Darnell said making us laugh. "I'm serious If they keep fucking with her she's going to get 'em both" Darnell added. "It's only so many times you can poke the bear" coop said as I noticed Patience was staring over at Layla and Olivia.

"Imma get them" Patience said about to head over but was stopped by Darnell, coop and I. "No you stay right here" i said as as noticed Y/N walk back in but soon stopped in her tracks when "Talking to the Moon" begun to play. "Shit" I said to myself as she just stood there. "Let me go get the DJ to play another song" Patience said about to rush off but I stopped her. "No I got it" I assured before heading over to her as she continued to just stand there. I wrapped my arms around her body as she placed her around my neck. I just laid my forehead on hers, hearing her sniffle.

We just stood there in that position listening to the song while everyone around us danced. We went through the whole song just enjoying the intimate moment. We then just hugged each other as I heard her speak in my ear. "Thank you" she thanked Before we pulled away and smiled at each other. "Can I show you something?" I asked as she nodded. We slipped off the floor and went into the house going into the movie room.

I turned on the lights as I started connecting my phone to the auxiliary plug in for it to appear on the screen. "Alright turn up the volume and shut off the lights" I instructed. "What is this? A Ted talk?" She asked jokingly as I chuckled. "No just another gift from me." I said as she just looked at me then stood there  looking up at the Screen waiting. I went to the video and begun to play it.

It first started off as a video taken by Jordan when Y/N and I were at the skating rink earlier this year.

""And the couple of the night since my boo isn't here" Jordan said coming up to us as he was recording us making us laugh, "move" I said as we covered Jordan's camera. "Give us a kiss for the one time" Jordan said as Y/N rolled her eyes playfully in the video. "We don't do PDA okay?" She said as She looked back at me as I made a face towards Jordan. "I don't know what she's talking about but we do PDA over here" i expressed making Jordan and I laugh."

Y/N then just let out a small laugh before the intro to "XO" by Beyoncé begun to play and it went to the next video zooming in on Y/N smiling before throwing a pillow at me.

"Flight controllers here looking very carefully at the situation obviously a major malfunction"

The music started as it went to the next video which was a video of us having a dance battle dancing like we were on stomp the yard at my place. I watched as I snatched my Durag off of my head before getting in her face continuing to dance making her laugh in the video. I was dancing so much in her face I lost balance and we both fell onto the couch laughing along with Dillon loudly laughing in the background behind the actual music.

There then was a video from Valentine's Day weekend of Me fixing myself in the mirror as she snuck a kiss on my cheek but I stopped her as she smiled big before I placed a kiss on her lips then head causing her to smile harder.

I looked over at Y/N as she just smiled watching the videos of her and I play out.

There was then a video of her from Christmas running
Out of the house with gifts in her hand and a puff ball hat on top of her head towards me. Then next video was something Jordan took of Y/N jumping on me and wrapping her arms tightly around my neck as we were laughing.

I just smiled at the videos of us that played out in front of us. We had so many memories in the short amount of time of us actually knowing each other. Next was a video of us at the cotillion when we finally got together and she held her phone down to where we looked down at the phone making faces.

A video of Y/N at Coachella on stage appeared when she was dancing and she made eye contact with me smiling while continuing to dance. She then gave off a wink as I flipped the camera on myself starting to scream making Jordan laugh behind me.

Her whole video in general begun coming to an end as the ending video was serenity recording Y/N laying across her bed while she was on her period not feeling good. I then came through the door "I got your plug in's" I said pulling out a box of tampons making serenity and Y/N laugh. I then went over to her placing a kiss on her lips as she thanked me.

The video ended as I looked over seeing Y/N wipe her eyes. "You made that?" She asked "yeah I had a computer class back before we let out for school and I made it" I explained as she walked towards me and immediately placed her lips on mine. I placed my arms around her as she wrapped her arms around my neck then took her lips from mine continuing to hug me. "Thank you" she thanked through her sniffles.

"You're welcome" I said as we pulled away and she wiped her tears. She just smiled and looked down. "Girl quit crying you too fine to be crying" I expressed making her laugh as I placed my arms over her shoulders. "Can I take you home?" She asked looking up over at me. "Only if you open the door" I said as she playfully rolled her eyes and we shared a small laugh.
