Hydra Corinthian is an American Mark-4 Jaeger built in 2018. Stationed at the bustling Los Angeles Shatterdome, it served alongside Jaegers like Gypsy Danger and Chrome Brutus. Piloted by Kennedy LaRue and Stephanie Lanphier, the Mark-4 was equipped with 2 heavy blades on the lower arms, glowing blue thanks to Energon donated by The Autobots.

Hydra's first Deployment was in 2018, when the Category-2 Grindylow attacked San Jose.

Alongside American Mark-3 Gypsy Danger, Peruvian Mark-2 Solar Prophet and Mexican Mark-3 Matador Fury, Hydra Corinthian aids Gypsy and Solar in fighting the beast while Matador carries a disabled Passenger ship to safety.

Hydra's next Deployment saw it pair up with Matador Fury and Romeo Blue to fight a Category-3 known as Harpy off the coast of Central America. Matador Fury ultimately scored the kill.

When the Kaiju Insurrector emerged from the Breach and attacked the city of Santa Monica in February of 2024, Hydra Corinthian and the Australian Mark-5 Jaeger, Striker Eureka were deployed into the city to protect the populace.

Hydra Corinthian worked in tandem with Striker Eureka to keep Insurrector away from the fleeing populace on the beach following the Kaiju's attack on the Santa Monica Pier.

Despite the efforts of both Jaegers, Insurrector forced its way onto land and moved toward the city. One civilian, Amara Namani, was repeatedly caught in the middle of their conflict, and was nearly killed by falling debris. As Amara was taken out of the city by Kai, she observed Hydra Corinthian and Striker Eureka's fight against Insurrector.

Striker made the kill, and both Jaegers were airlifted back to Sydney for repairs.

Tragically, Hydra met its end in 2024 when it and the American Mark-4 Mammoth Apostle, were destroyed by Mutavore in Sydney on July 3, 2024. The Mark-6 Marauder Zeus, later killed the beast, but Hydra's Pilots survived. Hydra was reconstructed, and later moved to Moyulan when it was rebuilt.
