Louis leaves the room and Liam look up at me. He says "I was gonna tell him that I love him back but he left." I say "Do you want me to go and get him back?" Liam nods. I nod and say "Let me up then" Liam gets off me and I leave the room. Harry says "What happened in there? Lou came out looking like he would burst into tears any minute." I say back "He told Liam and he ran out." Harry says "I think he went to the bathroom" I nod and go to the bathroom "Lou. Are you in here?" He says "Leave me alone" I say "Liam wants to talk to you" he says "To say he hates me" I say "No he doesn't hate you. Come on Lou let's go and see him" Louis comes out and I see the look on his face and I hug him. "I'm sorry for ignoring you these past few weeks" Louis says "It's alright." I say "Let's go and see Liam" he nods and we go out of the bathroom and into Liam's room.
As soon as we go into Liam's room he says. "Can you stay please Niall?" I nod and sit in the chair next to him. Liam pats the bed for Louis to sit. He slowly sits on the edge of the bed and Liam says "Lou, I don't hate you. Far from it. I distanced myself from you because of Larry. I didn't ever think you could love me. I have loved you since I first met you and I always thought Larry was real. I didn't want to get hurt" Louis smiles and hugs Liam "Do you still love me?" Liam nods and says "I love you now more than I did when I first met you." I smile at the look of happiness on Liam's face and I quietly leave the room to go and get Harry and Zayn.
Liam's pov
I am so happy right now. I notice Niall leave the room but I don't ruin the moment between me and Louis. Louis pulls back and says "Li will you go out with me?" I nod and say "Yes I will" Louis kisses me and I kiss back. "Awwww" we pull apart and I blush and hide my face in Louis' chest. Louis laughs and says "Li don't hide you beautiful face. I bury my face further in Louis chest curling up as small as I can go. I feel Louis rubbing my back.
Louis pov
I am so happy right now. I don't care if the others saw us kissing. All I care about is that I get to hold my Liam. I smile and Niall says "Why are you smiling for Louis?" I say "I'm so happy. I get to hold my Liam and you are not ignoring me now" Liam looks up at me and says "Your Liam? I like the sound of that. You're my Louis" I smile at Liam.
The doctor comes in and says "I'm sorry boys visiting hours are over. One person is allowed to stay with him though" I look at Niall and he says "You can stay if you want." I look down at Liam and he looks up at me with his innocent puppy brown eyes and I say to him knowing Niall has been there for him for months now "Li who do you want to stay with you" he looks between me and Niall. He looks over at Niall and it looks like they are having a silent conversation. Liam says "I would like you to stay Lou" I smile at him and say "Of course I will stay with you" Liam smiles and cuddles into my chest. Niall comes over to us and whispers to me "If you ever hurt him. I will end you." I nod and say back knowing Niall is over protective of Liam "I will never hurt him" Niall nods and says to Liam "We will be back in the morning" he nods and cuddles into me more. I smile at him.
A few minutes later the doctor comes back in and says "What would you like to eat?" Liam shrugs "I don't know. Not really that hungry" I say "You need to eat something Li" he says "Something light" the doctor nods and leaves the room and Liam says "When can I leave the hospital?" I say "I don't know Liam. Probably when your food consumption is up" Liam nods as the doctor comes back in with some toast. "You need to eat all of the toast." Liam nods and the doctor leaves the room.
Liam looks at his toast and picks at it. I say "Eat the toast pleases Liam" he nods and picks up the toast. He begins to eat the toast. Once he eats about half of the toast he buries his face in my chest and soon I feel tears soak though my top. I say "Hey what's wrong Li?" He says "I don't want any more. I'm full" I look at the plate and see he has only eaten just under half of the toast. I say to him as comforting as I can "Can you try to have a couple more bites for me?" He shakes his head "No I'm full" I say "Just one more mouthful" he shakes his head. I grab the last mouthful from the toast and say "Just eat this then I will let you finish" he nods and reluctantly takes the last bit of toast and he eats it.
Once he has finished it I say "Well done Liam. I won't make you eat any more now." He gags. "Li are you ok?" He shakes his head and gags again. I grab the bin just in case and say "Do you think you might be sick?" He shrugs and grabs the bin and throws up the little toast he ate. I gently rub his back. "Shh you're ok." The doctor walks in and says "Is he alright?" I shrug and say "He was fine one second ago but now he threw up the toast he ate the doctor nods and says "How much did he eat?" I say "He ate about half" the doctor nods and says "We will get a nutritionist in to work out a meal plan for him" I nod and the leaves the room. Liam says "Lou can I have a hug please?" I nod and get back on the bed. I allow Liam to cuddle into me and he says "I wanna get out of here" I say "I know you do. You are being so brave Li. I am so proud of you" Liam says sounding sad "How can you be proud of me. I threw up and couldn't eat all of the toast." I say back to him "You were fine until I made you eat that last mouthful weren't you?" Liam nods and cuddles into my side more. I hold Liam protectively.
An hour later still Louis pov
Liam fell asleep not long after the doctor left the room. Another person walks in and says "Hi I'm Anna, I am going to be Liam's nutritionist" I nod and say "Do you need Liam awake?" Anna nods and says "Yes please." I nod and gently shake Liam "Li wake up for me" Liam groans and cuddles into me further. I gently rub his arm and say "Come on Liam. Open your eyes for me" he slowly opens his eyes and he glares at me "M tired. I wanna sleep" I say "I know you do. You can sleep in a bit. You just need to talk to someone quickly" Liam nods. Liam looks at the nutritionist and she says "Hi Liam I'm Anna. Your nutritionist" Liam nods and cuddles into me.
At the end of the nutritionist session still Louis' pov
"Right Liam. I'll come back in two days" Liam nods and says "Can I go back to sleep now?" I nod and say "Of course you can Li" he cuddles into me and falls asleep instantly. I smile down at him and decide to go to sleep myself. I hold Liam protectively and fall asleep
The next morning I get woken up by a flash and Niall's hushed voice saying "Harry you left your flash on. Thankfully you didn't wake anyone." I open my eyes and say "It woke me" Niall says "Sorry Louis didn't mean to wake you up. It didn't wake Liam up did it?" I look down at Liam and see he is still asleep and snoring softly. I shake my head "No he is still asleep. He is so tired. Last night after you left the doctor came in and gave Liam some toast. He threw it back up and fell asleep. About an hour after he fell asleep a nutritionist came in and started to assign Liam a meal plan to add some on each week until he gets to a full meal" they nod and Liam shifts slightly and opens his eyes. I gently stroke his hair out of his face "Hey babe, how do you feel?" He whimpers and says "Tired" I gently rub his back I say "I know. We need to get you something to eat" Liam shakes his head "Come on babe. You need to eat. What sounds good for breakfast? They have toast, cereal, fruit." Liam says "Toast I don't want much." I nod and the doctor comes in and says "What would you like for breakfast Liam?" He says "Toast please" the doctor nods and leaves the room. Niall says to Liam "How you feeling bud?" Liam smiles at Niall and says "I'm alright. Louis took care of me." Niall smiles and says "Good." I smile down at Liam and he smiles back at me.
About five minutes later the doctor comes back in with a plate of toast. "Here Liam" Liam say looking at the toast "Thanks" the doctor leaves the room and Liam starts to eat the toast. After he has eaten about half of the toast he says "I'm full" I look at the plate and see he has eaten just over half. I smile at him and say "You did well babe. I'm proud of you." Liam smiles and cuddles into me. I smile at him and kiss his forehead. I gently brush Liam's hair out of his face.
A week later Liam's pov
Louis has not left my side all week. The boys has come every day for the whole of the visiting hours. Slowly my food consumption goes up. I'm glad Louis likes me back. Louis has just left the room to get something for himself to eat then he said he would be back. About ten minutes later Louis and the doctor comes in and the doctor says "Right Liam. Your food consumption is up. We are going to keep you in tonight so we can make sure your stomach can handle a full meal yet" I nod and smile at Louis.
At dinner time Louis pov
Liam's meal has just came on and Liam slowly begins to eat the meal. Once he is done I kiss him on the lips and he kisses back. I pull away from Liam and I rest my forehead on his and I say to him "I am so, so, so proud of you. Considering you couldn't eat a full slice of toast just a week ago and now you are finishing a full small meal. I can't put into words how proud of you I am." Liam smiles and the doctor comes in and says "Did you manage to finish the whole meal?" Liam nods and the doctor says "That's good. We will give you half an hour to see if you throw the meal back up or not then we will see about releasing you in the morning." I smile at Liam and say to Liam with pride in my voice "Have I told you how proud of you I am?" Liam nods and says "You've told me multiple times a day Louis" I say back to him "I can't help it. I am just so darn proud of you" Liam smiles really big and it lights up his whole face. I feel a smile creep onto my face at how happy Liam is. This can't be the same person as I saw at the beginning of the tour. He was faking smiles and barely spoke to me.
The next day Liam's pov
I got the all clear. I am being released today. Once the other boys are here that is. When I first got here I weighed 92 lbs and now I weigh 130 lbs. I just need to gain a little more weight then I am back up to healthy weight. Now I know I can hold down a small meal. I think I will do that no problem. Especially with Louis and the other boys by my side. Niall, Harry and Zayn walk in and Niall hugs me. I hug back and Niall says to me "I'm so proud of how far you have come bud." I smile and Niall breaks apart and goes over to Louis and hugs him. I hear Niall say to him "Thank you for supporting Liam every step of the way of his recovery" Louis says back "I will always support Liam" I smile and we all join in on a group hug. We pull apart as the doctor comes in. The doctor says "You are free to leave if you would like" we all nod and I say "Thank you for everything"
We go down to enter Paul is waiting for us and we all get in the van and Paul says to me "Hi Liam how do you feel?" I say "I'm good thanks Paul. Ready to get out of this place" we drive back to the hotel. Once we are back the the hotel Louis helps me out of the car. I smile and we walk to the hotel lobby. Once we are in the lobby Niall says "I'm assuming you want to share with Louis Liam" I smile at Niall and nod and say "If that is alright with Louis" Louis nods and says "Why wouldn't it be alright with me. I spent a whole week in the hospital because you are my boyfriend Liam" I smile and lean my head on his shoulder.
A couple of months later no ones pov
Liam with the help from Louis and the rest of the boys got back up to healthy weight and management let Louis and Liam come out about three months after the incident because Liam was still getting upset by all the Larry rumours. Most of the fans accepted it but there was a few that was sending hate to Liam saying that he caused Larry to break up but Louis quickly set the record straight saying that he and Harry was never in a relationship but close friends and he has liked Liam romantically since the band started and only Harry knew about it. All the boys are happy that Louis and Liam especially Liam is happy again
