🎤INTRODUCTION

Myself shamna bint Ashraf, 17 years old. Love to talk about mental health and also a aspiring writer.

🎤What inspired you to start writing?

The main thing is plot, but I was curious to see what feedbacks I would receive.

🎤When did you start writing?

The exact date I don't remember. But I can say almost a year now on my writing journey.

🎤 Have you always wanted to be a writer?

No I never thought of being a writer, but honestly now I have set my goals to become a published writer one day in sha Allah.

🎤What comes first the plot or the Characters?

It was always plot for me, something that I keep my attention on. And the later I focus on the characters.

🎤What is the most difficult part about writing for you?

Honestly speaking, there isn't any part difficult to pin down but sometimes when I feel low I try to give up, thinking that I am not good in the field, that's the most difficult part for me because it's hard to gather myself up again. But my readers are honestly very supportive.

🎤When you're writing an Emotional, Sad, Romantic scene,how did you get in the mood?

First thing I do is fix myself, fix my mind, and dip in the characters. To be honest I keep focused in the scenes so much so that, when the emotional scene comes, I cry. ( I can't help because I know my readers always cry😂)

🎤What was your most favorite part and least favorite part of the publishing Journey?

My most favourite part, I can say about feedbacks. I love reading the feedbacks of my lovely readers. And the least is that I think myself not good in the field of writing.

🎤Did you find it more challenging to come up with your First Book?

Not at all, I randomly pin downed my imagination on my first book, but I can say my second book is a challenging task for me.

🎤How many books have you written? And which is your Favorite?

I have so far written two book, the first book matters of the heart is been currently taken down to editing and the second book my hidden rival is  sequel of it.( No need to try on the first to understand the second book)

🎤Which of your books where most enjoyable to write?

My hidden rival I can say, with so much heartbreaking scenes, suspense and most importantly unconditional love

🎤Tell us few things about your first book? What was the journey like?

My first book actually contain a simple plot, and the journey was superb great. I had learned many things as a writer honestly.

🎤What advice would you give a new writer, someone just starting out?

I would say never give up no matter what, fix a time to write, and always read alot of books to get ideas and make sure to write in such a way that your readers should beg you to stop. always write with a fresher mind.

🎤Are you working on anything at the present you would like to share with your readers about?

No currently not into anything except hidden rival, but there are much more plots that I would try on soon in sha Allah.

🎤How many plot ideas are just  waiting to be written? Can you tell us about one?

So many, once I get done with a hidden rival, I may take a short break but I would definitely give my other plots a try.

🎤Which was the first book you read?

The first book which I have read is, “if you don't love me it's okay for me" I don't remember the authors name, but it was a great book.

🎤What is your favorite genre to read?

Romance and suspense I always prefer the most.

🎤Do you read your book reviews? How do you deal with the Good and the Bad ones?

Ofcourse each feedbacks and reviews mean a world to me, I reply to each and every comments and about  dealing with a bad ones, so far I honestly didn't go through it.

🎤Who is your Favorite Author?

So many that I  can't pin it down here, but I can say  that I know a bunch of writers who are honestly good in the field

🎤Which book is currently on your bedside table?

There isn't anything currently on my bedside table, my whole time goes around the updates and editing.

🎤Do you have any writing goal in General or just Wattpad?

Ofcourse it's big yes from me, I keep dreaming about publishing my book one day. I hope I would be able to fulfill my passion.

🎤How does it feel when you get so much Support and Love from Reader's?

It's feel so good, my readers are very supportive. They never leave any chance to amaze me and honestly each one of them has my heart. I never thought I would receive so much of love and encouragement and honestly all thanks to them.

🎤Lastly would you like to share something with your reader's or writer's?

Ofcourse it's an a yes. I love you all and keep supporting me, you have a place in my heart and I am so thankful to God to have a readers like you all.
