C: It's just you're scared? I know you're nervous but this is an amazing achievement! It's not a waste of time and people will definitely love it, trust yourself. And as for wondering what's left for you... our whole life baby. You can release more songs and we still have so much to look forward to... just wait and see. It'll all work out.

Charles pulled her in by one arm around her waist and placing his free hand on her cheek he kissed her. Not letting her go from his grasp he broke the kiss and looked into her eyes which were teary. He wiped them gently with his thumb and smiled. She closed her eyes and pulled her hand up to his.

Y/n: Thank you Charles.
C: We'll do it together?
Y/n: On three. 3, 2, 1...

C: ITS OUT!!! Her song is out guys!!!
Everyone cheered!! The rest of the party was smooth and so much fun, y/n went to bed that night feeling extremely happy.

The next morning Y/n woke up to her phone buzzing, everyone loved her song but she decided to not reply to comments yet. Walking to the kitchen she saw Arthur on the couch. He must've crashed here when it got late she thought.
There was not sign of Charles though, only a letter on the counter:
'Running some errands. Pancakes in the oven keeping warm for you. See you later. Xxxx'

Y/n's thoughts:

So sweet, he even left me pancakes. He's an angel. I can't wait to find a place and start a new adventure with him.

After breakfast Y/n got ready, when she came back down Arthur was awake.

Y/n: Morning sleepy head.
A: Hey, sorry for staying here. I just didn't want to walk so late.
Y/n: It's not a problem at all! Happy to have you. So, how's Arthur's life?

A: It's going great! Won a race here and there, scored decent points, and yeah just feeling pretty happy. And you? You and my brother are really cute right now, moving in together is a great big step.

Y/n: That's great. Yeah, I really love him and wanted to take another step in our relationship. We're going so well and I'm just glad everything has finally worked out.

C: I'm back!

Y/n: Yay!
She got up and ran to him, throwing her arms around him.

C: Geez, was I gone that long?
Y/n: I just missed you, not waking up with you around felt strange.
C: Well it's not long before we find a house, I have a really good feeling... but could I ask you to go find the brochure for me? I wanted to recheck the listings.

C: Bro, now that she's gone I need your advice.
A: Always. What's up?
C: There's something I need to tell Y/n, but I'm going to need your help...
