Riele's POV 

"I'd  just like to thank everyone for 30 million subs!!! Thank you so much for this. I'm so very grateful and I love you all. Also, thanks for the KCA nomination."

I said, signing off.

The camera switched off just as my mom walked in. She was already dressed in her red low strap dress and black Prada heels. Her hair was straightened and she wore some diamond studs.

"Come on. We have thirty minutes till we drive off."

She said, hurrying me to get Dressed.

"Oh! And I'll need you to teach me how to video chat so we can talk to your dad and sister."

She added before shutting the door.

I closed my laptop and put away the camera. I trudged through the mess that was my room, and got the dress.

When I finished changing in the bathroom, I sat infront of the mirror to do my makeup.

My phone buzzes and Cameron's name came up.

Cameron: hey ☹️☹️

Me: what?😕😕

Cameron: I'm sick. 🤒😷 No KCA for me, so they sent me my blimp early.

Me: omg! That's so sad! But congrats on the win!!😘☹️🙂

Cameron: thanks. 😘

Me: gtg 😯

Cameron: ok. Luv u😍

Riele: me 2😊😊

When I'm done, I walked down the stair and headed to the car. My mom was already there wearing a huge smile.

I swear she's happier about this than I am.

"When you win-."

She said.

"If I win."

I cut her off.

"When you win. I'll be video snapping your dad and Rieya."

She said.

"It's face timing."

I replied, embarrassed.

Old people and technology don't mix.

Alessi a Cara finished singing STAY, and the crowd went wild. They clapped, whooped, and hollered.

" Great job Alessia. Now it's time to announce the winners of #InternetFamous, best male and female internet stars."

Kira Koshian said.

"The winners are.... ----she opened the letter----- Jace Norman and Riele Downs!"

"That's you!"

My mom exclaimed! She hugged me and I went up.

I made my way up to the stage and saw Jace already there. They handed us the blimps and we hugged each other.

Kira handed me the mic and I sighed. 

"Wow. This is just, wow. I'd like to thank all my subscribers and followers on YouTube, Instagram, and everything else. I could not get here without you, and I'd also like to thank my mom for bringing me here."

I said. Jace took the mic next and laughed.

"Ditto. Thank you to everyone who voted for me, the nomination itself was a surprise. I couldn't have done this without you, so thanks a lot. Also, thank you to Xander, my brother, who got me into YouTube in the first place. I know you're watching from above, and I want to say I love you, bro."

He said. He combed his hand through his blonde hair before adding, "Also, thanks for 10 million subs!"

The crowd cheered and whistled as we walked off.

Me being a klutz, I tripped, but before falling, a pair of strong arms caught me. I looked up to see Jace.

"Thanks."

I said. I brushed away a curl and licked my suddenly dry lips.

"Welcome."

He said in a raspy voice. He winked at me and I blushed.

I'd never seen him before, besides a few pics online, so I finally got a good look.

He had blonde hair, amber eyes, and dimples. Oh glory did those dimples make me melt. Yeah, people said he was handsome, but that was an understatement, he was very cute.

Stop it Riele, you have a boyfriend

He let go of my waist and I instantly missed the feeling.

We parted ways and headed back to our seats.

"This is the last award of the night, so let me hear y'all scream!"

Jade PettyJohn said.

The crowd went wild.

"Okay. The award for "Oscar worthy", beat Male and Female actress go to....drum roll please...Kira Koshian and Jack Griffo!"

Jade said.

Kira and Jack headed onto stage, hand in hand, and received the blimps.

" OMG! I can't believe I got to semi  host the KCA's and win a blimp in the same night. This is such an honor thank you so much, I love you all ."

She exclaimed. She wiped away a tear gave the mic to Jack.

"This is so cool! I've always dreamed of this moment. Thanks for making it come true."

He said, holding up the blimp.

My mom decided to celebrate my win with Olive Garden.

We were seated at the table when Jace and his family walked in. He was with some other girl who gave him a kiss on his cheek. Something burned in my chest.

"Are you excited?"

My mom asked.

"Huh?"

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah. I just spaced out."

I assured her, still staring at Jace and his family.

She followed my eyes and said, "I guess we weren't the only one with this idea."

"Yeah. Totally."

I said.

We went home soon after,  and on our way out, he met my gaze. He looked at me in an inquisitive manner, but soon turned away.

When we got home, my mom ran to her room to call my cousins. I'd flopped on my bed and drifted to sleep.
