Mahira's POV:

Everyone was interacting with each other and it was a fun night and I found it as a perfect opportunity to talk to mahi bhai, it's been long since I've had a proper conversation with him.

"Bhai aap to mujhe bhul hi gaye.", I said as I walked up to him, and he turned to me with a huge smile.

"Itne log hai bachcha, sabse bohot dinon baad mila hoon main.", He said and we both went and sat in a corner.

"I was joking bhai.", I said and he chuckled

"So? How was Uttarakhand?", He asked me.

"It was so so amazing, like I was so surprised ki main pehle wahan kyu nahi gayi. Thand bhi thi, aur bohot pretty tha sab kuch. Rishu ke ghar se view was very pretty.", I told him.

"About that, rishab told me that you didn't carry any warm clothes.", He turned to me with a stern gaze.

"Such a complain box he is, I didn't know it gets so cold there, I thought mild cold hoga.", I defended myself.

"Should've kept something na. Precaution is better than cure.", He said to me and I nodded.

"I will take care from next time. You tell me now, how much did you miss me?", I asked him and he just smiled his cute smile.

"A lot. Like a whole lot.", He said and I just wrapped my arms around his torso and hugged him, he kissed my forehead lovingly.

"Me too bhai, a lot.", I said and ziva came to us running.

"Mahira you know papa showed me your pictures and said I should learn to be strong and independent like you. Can you teach me how to do that?", Ziva said jumping on mahi bhai's lap, okay so I know Mahi bhai loves me, but this is a shocker, and so overwhelming.

"Ofcourse my love. I'll do everything for you.", I said to ziva and she just gave me a cheeky smile.

"She is your fan you know", mahi bhai said and I looked at ziva with a questioning gaze.

"Will you come on a trip with us please?", Ziva asked me very cutely.

"Oh why not? And sorry for the spoiler, but your mumma and I are planning a trip already", i winked at ziva who gave me thumbs up.

"Why did I not know this?", Mahi bhai asked me with wide eyes

"Because it's not finalized yet. You know I talk to bhabhi everyday right, what do you think we talk about?", I said and he hummed.

"Waah, mujhe bhi nahi samajh aaya kabhi. You two are smart.", He said and I flipped my hair.

"We know. Leaned from you.", I said.

"Mahira di!", Samaira came to me running, with deepak and rishab following behind.

"Sammy!", I said and picked her in my arms

"She is not your di sammy!", Deepak said, ofcourse, he doesn't know how to stay quiet.

"Then what am I?", I asked him and deepak kneeled infront of samaira.

"She is your chachi now.", He said with a serious look, rishab just blushed.

"Actually he is right.", Mahi bhai added.

"See. Even mahi bhai is agreeing.", Deepak chirped happily.

"Chachi!" Sammy turned to me.

"Sounds weird abhi to. But no problem, I'll get used to it.", I kissed her cheek.

"You have no other choice!", Deepak said.

"Deepak!", Mahi bhai said to him with a smile.

"Nahi bhai, not again, fir aap galat prove ho gaye na!", Deepak said and everyone started giggling, what is his problem with me?

"That doesn't mean tum use saara waqt tease karte raho." Jaya said in my defence.

"Arey she is lucky use tease karne ke liye sirf deepak hai, mere bare me socha hai kabhi?", Rishab said dramatically.

"Arey wo to humara pyar hai!", Hardik bhai said wrapping an arm around rishab.

"Achha guys, enought teasing my babies.", Sakshi bhabhi said protectively.

"Yes exactly, jeene do becharo ko. Aur tum to deepak bolo hi mat, tumse zyada secretive kaun hai? Inka to fir bhi sabko doubt tha.", Anushka bhabhi said defending me and rish.

"Wo sab chhoro, rishab meri gift?", Shreyas jumped in, it must've been difficult for him to stay quiet for so long.

"Which gift?", Rishab asked.

"Itne dinon tak I kept your crush on her a secret, aur help bhi kiya maine tum logon ka.", Shreyas said and sat beside me.

"So what do you want?", I asked him.

"Main batata hoon ise kya chahiye.", Rahul said. "Main bhi bata sakta hoon.", Hardik bhai also joined.

"Ab uske peeche lag jao tumlog.", Mahi bhai said and stood up from there leaving us kids to our nonchalant discussions.

"Bhai sit na.", I dragged him down again, and now, even vee bhai, ro bhai, ash bhai, shiki bhai, jinks bhai, jassi, mayank bhai, jaddu bhai, everyone has come to where we are and everyone was involved in our conversation.

"Coming back to shreyas's gift.", Hardik bhai said. "Yes, I'll tell you what he wants, or most probably needs.", Rahul said.

"He.", Hardik bhai said.

"Wants", rahul said.

"A girlfriend.", Both of them said together and everyone burst out laughing.

"Hehe. So funny. Main to ab teen mahine tak ise yaad karke hasunga.", Shreyas said with fake laughter.

"But they are right shrey. Tu kab tak sabke stories me cupid banta rahega?", Deepak said.

"Han wohi, kab tak hum sab ke beech third wheeling karega?", Vee bhai said.

"Dikhta bhi tu thik thak hai. Ladki mil jayegi don't worry.", Shiki bhai said with fake sympathy and kept a hand on Shreyas's shoulder.

"And don't worry, main puri help karungi tumhari. I'll be your personality tinder profile.", I said to him.

"This is how you all repay me. Bad friends. Itni help ki maine tumlogon ki.", Shreyas said to me shaking his head.

"How is she a bad friend? Hum sab itne noble cause ke liye volunteer kar rahe hai.", Sakshi bhabhi came in my support.

"Exactly. Tu ladki pasand to kar. Baki hum sab hai na.", Aashita bhabhi said.

"Sharma raha hai bichara.", Ro bhai said.

"Main nahi sharmata.", Shreyas shook his head.

"Exactly, wo nahi sharmata, wo sharmane ka natak kar raha hai bas.", Shardul said after so long.

"You said something finally, see ab shardul is also agreeing.", Jaddu bhai said.

"Main to bas ek simple si pizza treat mang raha tha. Ye kahan le aaye aap log mujhe.", Shreyas said with a cute pout.

"Koi nahi, wo bhi de denge, but the need of an hour is a girlfriend for you.", I said patting his back.

"It's not.", He whined.

"Okay fine, we'll keep looking for a girl for you, and you also do the same, in the meanwhile, you enjoy your life.", Anushka bhabhi said.

"Han fine.", Shrey agreed.

"Seriously don't tell me itne saalon me tumhe koi pasand nahi aayi.", Natasha bhabhi said to him.

"Han nahi pasand aayi, hoti to batata aaplogon ko main, I'm not deepak and rishab.", He taunted us. How mean.

"Tujhe nahi pasand aayi ya tujhe kisine pasand nahi kiya?", Shiki bhai said and everyone started laughing.

"Aise kyu bolte ho bhai, itna achha ladka hai humara shrey.", Ro bhai said and shreyas gave him a smile.

"Exactly, he is the best.", Anushka bhabhi agreed.

"Bekar hi gift manga maine sachchi.", Shrey shook his head in disbelief.

"Achha abhi ho gaya na baba, kitna bologe tumlog use ab.", Mahi bhai said finally.

"Yes mahi bhai."
"Okay mahi bhai", everyone listened to him and didn't tease shrey further.

It was a gala night, we had so much fun and promised each other that we'll keep meeting often now that all of us are in Mumbai, before leaving for IPL.

Important:

So guys, I've decided ki since there is nothing to write here now and everyone knows about Rishab and Mahira now, let's not drag it too much in Mumbai, and just skip the story to the second leg of IPL. From the next part, they'll be in UAE for IPL, and there the story will continue. Hope you all are okay with it. And also, I've mentally promised myself ki, after all this time of seeing Shreyas play the cupid in literally everyone's story, I'm gonna get him a girlfriend in this one. And it's a promise from my side, that he'll no longer just be playing cupid and I'll do justice to his kindness of helping everyone by giving him a girlfriend. Thankyou ❤️😂
