Slowly, Zero's hand wandered over to the zipper of the backpack as she carefully unzipped it. The two friends were quivering in fear with wide eyes. Mike stood still with a curious look on his face. Abruptly, Zero pulled out the axe to show the silver, sharp blade. "You got ten seconds to hide boys, or, this one will get you~" Zero called to them. The two back ups ran for their life inside, terrified if they got caught so they looked for a teacher. Zero just snickered. "What about you?" Zero said. "Oh yeah, just admiring your beauty before I left~" he yells to you before running off into the empty field. "5, 4, 3, 2..." She counted down. "ONE!!!" Zero screeched with more blood dripping from her eyes. She ran to the open field, but saw nothing. Hm, he actually did run. I think he ran into the forest... Zero looked past the field and saw a tall pined forest. Smart move, but not smart enough. Zero tried dashing and dashing, but soon was just hoping to reach the forest soon. What's wrong with your legs?! I'm...so...tired already... I'm just not as athletic as you...and my ankle's twisted remember! Oh yeah, forgot 'bout that. But, I have something else. With a snap of her fingers and a whirl of black and purple mist surrounding Zero, she appeared on the other end of the field. You have magic?! More like, you have magic that you don't know how to control yet. Cool! Yeah. It's pretty cool. Now let's get 'em! Oh yeah, what is your idea on hide and seek? Just gonna give him a hard punch to the stomach. I can't let teacher's know I--you--killed someone. Yes...please don't kill him no matter how annoying he can be... Yeah, blah blah blah I know. Good... Zero scanned the area. A low rustle could be heard in the bushes. "Huh?" Zero said aloud. Stepping closer--without warning or any notice--her foot caught on a rope. The rope squeezed her ankle and lifted her upside down(Not the bad ankle btw). "LET ME DOWN RIGHT NOW OR I'LL KILL YOU!" Zero yelled to the top of her lungs. The school could possibly hear even though she was a mile or two away from the school. You blushed when you realized Zero's shirt wasn't covering her stomach, or anything anymore. Her bra was showing which your face flushed more in ghost-form. "Just, stop staring..." Zero pouted, with, RED on her cheeks? Is that blush?! I'M NOT B-BLUSHING! Yes you are~ I swear I'm gonna kill you. Suddenly, a shadowy figure stepped out behind the bushes. Well, it wasn't that shadowy or scary when you realized it was the flirt. Zero tried grabbing his neck and strangling him but failed, and dropped the axe in the process. Good job. IT'S NOT MY FAULT YOUR PALMS ARE SWEATY ALL THE TIME!! Yeah, blame it on me. How 'bout you blame it on the redness on your cheeks? SHUT UP!!! "What are you gonna do now princess?~" Mike questioned. Zero just stuck out her tongue like a little kid would do. "No response? K, I'll just examine on your hot body then~" He cooed to you both. Both of your faces were redder than the eye can see. (God this was so cringy to write xD).

~Toby's POV~

The random boy started looking at (Y/N)'s body while she was stuck upside down. What does he think he's doing? Without any warning, I threw my axe at the guy before he was about to touch her. I pulled the other hatchet out ready to battle this guy out. He grabbed (Y/N)'s axe and used it as his own weapon. "What were you doing with my girl?" I called to the random stranger. I saw as (Y/N)'s face got much redder. I smirked at her adorable action. "Your girl?" he scoffs, "I don't think she belongs to anyone. Plus, I've never seen you with her in and/or out of school." I stared there, shocked. It is slightly true... "Well, ask (Y/N) yourself!" I state as I send over a wink to her. She winks back in response. "Okay! (Y/N), is this guy your boyfriend?" The guy asked her. Her face flushed more. "*gulp* Y-Yes..." she responded. Her voice seems kind of deep and...dark... "That didn't seem to promising, don't you think?" he said, annoyed. "YOU WANNA SEE?! TOBY, COME OVER HERE RIGHT NOW!" (Y/N) yelled to me. I quickly walked over, wondering what she was about to do. Abruptly, she pulled down my mask and gave me a kiss on the cheek for a split second. My face was a tomato at that point. I pulled up my mouth guard and coughed. "SEE!" she yelled again. "Yeah, whatever. But I still say I'd be a better guy to you..." he scoffed and dropped the axe. And just like that he ran off. I smiled. "Thank yo--" I started. "No, thank you for saving me from that pervert," (Y/N) interrupted. I let her down gently and ran off.

~Your POV~

Toby ran off before you could say anymore. You slid the axe back into your backpack and stretched a bit. Zero had control for a bit more time so she could teleport you two back to the school. You thanked her as she let you take control. Surprisingly, the day was over. Yes, you missed your last 2-4 periods but whatever. After that, you didn't see Mike and his friends walk home. You thought his friends were just too terrified of you to even walk on the same route home as you. You kept pondering stupid ideas and finally made it home. You knocked on the door once. No answer. Again? You heard shuffling. Then you saw...Lara? She gasped and slammed the door in your face. You grunted in response and asked her to open the door. "D-Don't hurt me!" she called on the other side. "I won't! Let me in it's freezing out here!" She cautiously opened the door and let you in. You gave her a warm smile which seemed to let her get closer to you.

~Timeskip to random day~

"Let's watch (Kid's TV Show)!" Lara begged. "No! We're watching (F/TV/S)!" you state as you steal the remote away from her and put on (F/TV/S). You giggle at the funny parts. You turn your head to Lara to see she's not smiling. "Ugghhh fine!" you groan and turn on her favorite show. You do laugh at some parts because they're just so stupid. You both smile and giggle and just have a great time.

~3rd POV~

After a while, Lara warmed up to you and you two became great friends. You still went to school and rarely got bullied ever since and if you did Lara would be there for you at home. She gave you that heart-wrenching smile that made your heart tingle. She was just so sweet and innocent. You could never get rid of her...
