We have been driving for a while. Soon we get out of the car, and open up the trunk. I sit with Katie and Morgan in the trunk while Patrick and Jordan get some sticks to make a fire. They have been gone for a while. I decide to get up and go hunting. I walk in the dark, alone, my gun is the only weapon with me. I search for a squirrel or small animal. I soon find a squirrel up ahead. I shoot it. I here a scream. It sounds like Katie. I limp as fast as I can back over to where they are. Morgan and Katie have there hands tied behind there backs. Morgan sees me, and her eyes go wide. I duck lower so they don't see me. Someone puts a gun to Katie's head. I raise mine and shoot the guy in the back of the head. He falls to the ground. I rush over to them. I untie their hands, and pull them into a tight hug.
"Are you guys okay?" I ask them.
"Yes, thank you so much Kira!" Cries Morgan.

"I'm so glad your okay." I say to them."Did you guys know him?" I ask.
"No, he walked up to us and said he wanted our car. I said no, and he got really mad...." Said Katie.
"Okay. I'll keep my eyes out for anyone else." I say.
Soon Patrick and Jordan come back, with the sticks and scraps of paper from the city. I start to cook the food I caught and everyone thanks me for it. We eat, and then head back into the car to sleep.
