"Tiny little crew." They both walked off together.
"Some things continue to remain the same." Hiccup said.
"Eh, well, what can you do? I think that this is more than anyone could've hoped for." You told him.
"I agree. This...it really was a miracle." Then, Arrow came running over.
"Hiccup!"
"Arrow! You had me worried."
"Well, get ready to be more worried, Hiccup. Because I just saw something you're not going to believe." You both frowned, looking at each other before listening to what he had to say. You were all together at the clubhouse once Arrow finished explained.
"Let's try to find another way to look at this thing. Let's make the yak bladder half full." Hiccup tried.
"Sorry. My yak bladder? Dry as a bone." Snotlout said.
"Okay. I get it. Viggo is alive. That's bad. He's got the Dragon Eye. That, too, is bad."
"Um, I hate to agree with Snotlout, really, I do, but I just can't see that any of this is good news." Fishlegs said.
"Okay, stay with me. Viggo thinks he has the only Dragon Eye. But as you all know-" He said, pulling out his own Dragon Eye. This one looked more like a Night Fury. Can't imagine why that is. You chuckled to yourself.
"Ooh! It's almost finished!" Fishlegs said excitedly.
"Friends, my yak bladder runneth over. When I'm done, this thing is going to do things the original Dragon Eye can't even dream of doing." Hiccup said.
"It looks amazing," Arrow said.
"Hopefully, it will be." Hiccup said.
"You outdid yourself once again, Hiccup." You told him. He smiled at you.
"Thanks, (Y/n)."
"Okay. So now there's only one more thing we need to figure out. What's up with that shipwreck?" You looked over to see Throk messaging Ruffnut's feet.
"Okay, I'm not even going to stick around for that." You said, heading out and clearing your throat to get Hiccup's attention. He looked over and your eyes met. He knew right away what that meant as you walked by.
"Y-yeah, you know what? Me either. S-see you guys, um...yep." He said and hurried after you. You giggled at his attempt to hide why he was leaving too. You both headed off together, going for a much needed relaxing walk. You held hands the entire way to the cliffside. "How did I know we were going here?" He asked teasingly.
"Oh, whatever, you enjoy it too."
"I never said I didn't." You both smiled at each other, happily getting closer together as your arms wrapped around each other. "You know, I think this is becoming a bit of a habit of ours."
"Oh? How so?" You asked with a teasing grin.
"Oh, I don't know. Just the fact that we tend to do it a lot." You giggled.
"Maybe that's a good thing." You leaned in and kissed him. He kissed back, relishing the moment and holding you even tighter. You both kissed for a long time, almost refusing to break away until you had no choice. You pulled apart, panting and both feeling a little tingly on the inside.
"Wow..." He breathed. You blushed, smiling like a dork.
"Y-yeah...wow." You agreed. He chuckled at you, brushing a few stray hairs out of your face.
"I love you, (Y/n)."
"I love you too, Hiccup." You both stayed the for hours, leaning against a tree and just chatting and, if it wasn't already obvious, kissing and cuddling. For the two of you, it was perfect. Absolutely perfect. And neither of you were going to let it end. At least, not that fast. After a while, you sighed, looking out at the view.
"You did it, Hiccup." He smiled.
"I couldn't have done it without you."
"Heh, so you're glad I decided to go after you?"
"Yes. I always am. And I hope you continue to. After all, we're in this together, right?" You smiled, closing your eyes and resting with him.
"Yeah, we are." He closed his eyes and relaxed with you too as you both enjoyed the outdoors, the gentle breeze, and the relaxing atmosphere together. "Always."
