The more you run, the more you get tangled up by the webs. That means you're close. You kept on running until you ran into a female slayer. She has black hair tied into a ponytail and she looks terrified to see you. You know her name is Ozaki and she ends up dead at the hands of the Mother spider. Now that you're here to change the story, you're not gonna let her die.

"No. Don't come any closer." Ozaki pleaded. Around her are a bunch of dead slayers that were most likely killed by her. You can see her gripping onto a dead slayer's hair and her sword stabbing another one. "Please send someone of a higher rank! Otherwise, everyone will get killed!" She pleaded.

You know what's about to happen next. "Tanjiro, jump back!" You warned. In less than a second, Ozaki swings her katana at him. Luckily Tanjiro heeded your warning and jumped back in time.

"I'm being controlled, so my movements aren't mine at all! I was never this strong!" Ozaki explains. Upon closer look, you can see how her limbs are all twisted in an unnatural way. You can even hear her bones breaking. "Please...run away..." She sobs before attacking Tanjiro again.

"Don't worry! I'm going to help you!" You promised. You were about to aid Tanjiro in setting her free when something caught your peripheral vision. Two more slayers slowly got up and positioned themselves.

"P-Please...kill me. My arms and legs...The bones are piercing my inner organs! Everytime I begin to move, the pain intenses!" He pleaded. "I can't take it anymore! Either way, I'll die. So please deliver the finishing blow!"

Insouke begins to charge at the slayer. "Sure, you got it!" He exclaims.

"Hold it-" Tanjiro got caught off by Ozaki clashing her blade with his.

"Don't, Inosuke! We don't hurt our own people!" You called out. You were about to run after to stop him, but another slayer attacked you. You block him with your katana just in time. Wow, the Mother spider sure has some great puppet skills if she's making a low rank slayer strong as fuck.

"She's right. We have to help them!" Tanjiro agrees.

Inosuke tries to kill the slayer he's fighting, but luckily he couldn't get a scratch on him. "He's asking us to kill him, all right? If we get caught napping, we're gonna go down!" Inosuke yells.

"I know that! Let me think! Just hold up a second!" Tanjiro argues.

"I got an idea!" You piped up. You gave one powerful slash that made the slayer skid back a few feet. The sooner we get them to the trees, the sooner they can be saved. I just hope I'm fast enough to do this.You begin to run around making sure the slayer is following you.

"Hey, why are you running around in circles like that? Quit fooling around!" Inosuke yells at you.

You skidded to a stop and quickly turned around to run towards the slayer. The slayer looked taken aback that you're heading back towards him. You took a deep breath and quickly picked him up and threw him over the branch. The webs became tangled with the branch and the slayer couldn't move at all.

"I did it! I actually did it!" You cheered.

"You're a genius, (Y/N) chan!" Tanjiro exclaims. "I'm following your lead!" Same thing as you just did, Tanjiro ended up throwing Ozaki over the branch.

"What's up with that?! I wanna do that too." Insouke shouted. He suddenly takes off running with the slayer chasing after him. Inosuke tackles the slayer and flings him over the branch. He suddenly points his finger at you. "You see that? I can do whatever you can do!"

"That's because I'm a great master who taught her underling well!" You replied while laughing.

"WHAT?! I'm not the underling! You are!" Inosuke retorted. You were too busy laughing that the most crucial fact almost slipped your mind. Almost.

"We have to set them free now!" You screamed.

"We will after we figure out-"

You ignored Tanjiro by jumping over to the branch where the slayer you threw is hanging. You gave a quick slash before catching his body. After gently setting him down, you did the same thing to the slayer that Inosuke had thrown. Ozaki is the last one left. Just as you were about to set her free, her neck twisted around and a sickening crack was heard.

"N-No..." You whimpered. You sank down on your knees. You failed her. You couldn't get to her in time and now she's dead because of you.

"Damn it! She's dead!" Insouke shouted.

Tanjiro lightly gasped when he smelled the scent of hatred coming from you. He walked over to you and placed his hand on your back. "You did all you can, (Y/N) chan. You saved three Demon Slayers." He said. A shadow cast over your (e/c) eyes as you clenched your fists. You slowly got up and walked towards the Mother's direction without making eye contact with either of them.

"Let's go." You said.

"...Right." Insouke gulps. He can feel your hatred of demons and it makes him afraid of you. For now.

The three of you took off running while you're gripping tightly at the hilt of your sword. You also have a terrifying death glare on. You want to be the one to kill this bitch and you're gonna make her suffer.

"(Y/N) chan! Inosuke!" Tanjiro suddenly calls out.

"I detected that thing before you did! I'm gonna hack its head right off!" Inosuke exclaims. He pulls out his swords and jumps up to attack the demon.

"Inosuke, that demon doesn't have a head." You calmly revealed.

"What?" He gasped. True to your word, the demon doesn't have his head. "Damn it you're right!" Inosuke shouts. The demon raised his bladed arms and swung down at them. The three of you safely jumped back from the impact. "That thing has no weak spots! I can't slash something that's not there!" Inosuke complains.

"Inosuke! Calm down! We'll inflict a monk's robe cut on it! Let's try slashing from the base of its neck on the right side to his left waist! It's a lot to cover, and I'm sure it's really tough, but I bet..." Tanjiro tried to explain.

You blankly stared ahead when Inosuke zoomed past you. "Inosuke, the spiders are still here." You remind him. He ignored you and proceeded to dodge the attacks. However his skin still got slashed from the ones he couldn't avoid. Then the small spiders immobilized him with their webs.

"I can't move! I'm a dead man" Inosuke panics. The demon aims his bladed arm straight at the boar. Tanjiro quickly blocked the arm while you slashed the webs to set Inosuke free. Seeing how you gracefully slashed the webs away with a blank look on your face made his stomach flutter. As well as cotton balls floating around him.

"Inosuke, let's fight together! Let's think together! Let's work together to bring down this demon!" Tanjiro ranted.

"Unless you want to die alone, then that's fine by me." You frowned

"Don't make me gidder than I already am!" Inosuke shouted. You stared at him for only a millisecond before facing the demon. The demon begins to move again. Tanjiro got down on his knees.

"I need one of you to launch yourself off me!" Tanjiro said. You immediately launched yourself off Tanjiro without saying a word. You quickly swing your chain around for extra momentum and slashed the demon's arms off. "(Y/N), jump!" Tanjiro yells. You jumped and chopped the severed arms into pieces. Tanjiro then sliced the demon's legs off. "Now for the monk's robe cut!" He shouts. Inosuke jumps up and slashes diagonally at the demon, killing it.

And now the Mother is panicking. Good. Let the bitch be scared, But when she sees me coming, she's gonna wish she hasn't been born.

"All right! You defeated it, Inosuke. You too, (Y/N) chan!" Tanjiro praises. You only gave him a blank look in response. Inosuke suddenly dashes towards Tanjiro.

"Anything you can do, I can do, dumbass!" He yells out. He suddenly punches Tanjiro in the stomach. This makes your eyes widened in shock. That never happened in the manga or the anime. In a blink of an eye, Inosuke picks you up and tosses you up in the air. "You need this more, (Mispronounce name)!" He exclaimed.

Your mouth gape open before firmly nodding at him. Inosuke must have realized that I wanted to be the one to cut the bitch's head off. So I thank you for that. That's when you spotted her. You positioned yourself to head straight at the Mother spider. She sees you and her eyes grow terrified at the sight of you. More specifically at your wicked grin you have while gripping your sword.

I got you now, bitch.

It's over! She has me in her sight! I'm dead, Mother spider panics. Then her eyes soften. But I'll be free. Even with her hated hands, I'll be free from him, she thought. She lets her guard down and accepts her demise. That's when you remembered her character. How she was constantly being abused by Rui and the Father spider and forced to be a part of a family that she doesn't want to be in. Just remembering her flashbacks made you sympathize with her. Even if she killed you fellow comrades, she only did so to please Rui. She only wanted peace. So you change the position of your sword.

Dance Breathing, Fourth Form: Kabuki.

You simply slice her head off as gently as you could with ease. You could picture the anime would show a bunch of silhouettes dancing around her. Her head slowly falls off and lands on the ground facing you. You kneel in front of her and give her a soft smile.

"Go in peace." You said. As the Mother starts to disintegrate, disintegrate, she thinks about your eyes.

That slayer...what warm (e/c) eyes she has. Just a second ago they were murderous. Then it was like she saw through me and knew more about me than I ever had. What made her give me kindness? Was it because of that? Her blow doesn't hurt at all. It's like I'm dancing my way to the afterlife, she thought.

"There's a member of the Twelve Kizuki here." Mother spider said.

"I'm aware." You softly replied.

"Be careful." She warned. Then she disappeared completely. You got up and bowed down at her clothing before running off to join your friends. It only took less than a minute to find them. Inosuke has his hands on his hips looking like he's about to scold you like a child. And Tanjiro is looking like a worried mother.

"So, did you defeat it?" Inosuke huffs. Before you could answer him, Tanjiro jumps in front of you and grabs your hands.

"Are you alright, (Y/N) chan?" Tanjiro asked.

"Who cares if she's alright! I want to know if she defeated the demon or not!" Insouke argues.

"I care!" Tanjiro retorted.

"I defeated her quickly and by the way, Tanjiro, there's a Twelve Kizuki here on this mountain." You revealed.

"W-What..? A Twelve Kizuki! Here?! That's great! I-I mean...we have to be extra careful now!" Tanjiro exclaimed.

"The hell is a Kizuki?! Whatever, I don't care!" Inosuke waves off.

"Anyway, how are you feeling, (Y/N) chan? I noticed your mood has changed." Tanjiro questioned.

"Oh...about that...I'm sorry for worrying you. It's just my goal is to save everyone within my reach and I couldn't save the female slayer in time. I was looking forward to saving her. When I failed, I felt helpless all over again. Like the time my family got killed and my little brother got taken from me. But when I confronted the demon, I saw fear and relief in her eyes. I forgot the fact that demons were once humans too. That they're also suffering with us. I needed that reminder." You explained.

"Glad you haven't lost your kindness, (Y/N) chan." Tanjiro smiles.

"Anyway, I believe we're dealing with at least four other demons. So this is gonna be a long night." You stated. And not to mention painful.

As you're walking, you suddenly hear a thunderclap in the distance. Zenitsu...

"Did lightning just strike?" Tanjiro mutters.

"How should I know?" Inosuke replied.

"But I'm not smelling any thunderclouds. The acrid odor in the air is stronger now, so I can't tell." Tanjiro explains.

"That was Zenitsu. He has the ability to use Thunder Breathing. I witnessed it first hand back at the Tsuzumi mansion." You answered.

"So Monistu can fight! Go figure!" Inosuke cackles.

Tanjiro suddenly stops walking and points in the other direction. "You guys, I think I'll go that way." He said.

"I'll join you, Tanjiro." You smiled. Tanjiro nodded while smiling back.

"Go ahead and do whatever you want!" Inosuke scoffed.

"Are you descending, Inosuke? Are you going down the mountain?" Tanjiro questioned.

"Why would I? Just beat it!" Insouke shouts.

"He's only asking because you're severely wounded. We're worried about you." You explained.

"I am not wounded at all!" Inosuke roars. He then puts his hands on his hips to show off that the wounds aren't hurting him. While Tanjiro begins to apologize to him, you hear footsteps nearby. You turned around to see the Sister spider a few feet away from you.

"Demon!" You shouted. Both Inosuke and Tanjiro turned around and saw her. Inosuke suddenly shouts a war cry.

"GET REKT! I'm gonna tear you to shreds, you damn demon! Then you're gonna need some milk!" He roars.

The Sister begins to run away from them, making Inosuke give chase. "Inosuke!" Tanjiro yells out.

While the Sister is running, she calls out for her "Father".

"Who are you calling 'father'?!" Inosuke asked. That's when a huge figure is seen jumping down from the sky.

"Inosuke!" You yelled. The Father spider aims his fist at the boar, but luckily he backflips away from him.

"Don't come near my family! Stay away!" Father yells. The impact makes the three of you fly away from each other. Then you see the Father spider aiming to attack Inosuke again. In less than 5 seconds, you hook your chain onto your sword and use the chain to wrap Inosuke around and pull him safely away. Meanwhile, Tanjiro attempted to use his Water Wheel to cut the arm off. But his blade barely makes a nick.

"It's no good! The blade won't go through!" Tanjiro shouted. The Father used his other arm to punch Tanjiro. You and Inosuke immediately intercepted by blocking his arm with your swords. Tanjiro's right, his skin is hard like metal. It's a struggle to move an inch.

"So hard!" Inosuke gorans. The Father lets out a roar before managing to push the three of you away. You landed on your feet next to Inosuke.

"I can't slash him even if I use an attack! What should I do?" Tanjiro panics.

"Don't come near my family! Stay away!" Father yells again. He moves to attack Tanjiro, who manages to dodge in time.

"Who are you looking at? I'm over here!" Inosuke calls out. He jumps up and tries to slice the demon with his swords. "Curse you!" He shouts. The Father easily swayed Inosuke away as if he were a fly.

"Inosuke!" You shouted. You jumped up and caught him in your arms. Inosuke's weight and the full force of the attack didn't make you land smoothly on the ground. You skidded a few feet away from the demon. "Are you alright, Inosuke?" You asked.

"Ouch! That hurts! All the force with just one swipe of its arm! It's no good! I'm not at full power! Not to mention the bleeding is making me stumble." Inosuke said. You noticed Father spider positioning himself.

"Get ready to run." You warned. Just as you said that, the Father charges straight at the two of you. You both begin to run like hell. Tanjiro uses the Water Wheel again to cut a tree down. The tree lands on the demon stopping him from getting to you.

You remember that Giyu is the one who kills the Father with ease. So you fighting him would be pointless. The question is how are you prepared to fight Rui?
