"I can't believe I did that again."

My breathing was heavy as was Tobias's. I leaned away from Tobias and wrapped his thin sheets around my body. His body was glistening from sweat and he pushed his hair back, trying to cool himself.

"After the second time I thought you would've wanted to stop but you kept begging for more," he joked, laying on his side so that he was facing me.

I slapped his hard stomach and felt my hand vibrate on top of his stomach. "I hate you."

"That's not what you were saying a couple of minutes ago."

I cover my face with my hand. He knew how to embarrass me. I felt his arm wrap against my small waist and the next thing I knew I was cuddled against him.

"What are you doing?" I asked confused, looking over to him. His head was propped up on my chest and his eyes were closed. His stubble tickled my chest and I squirmed away.

"I'm trying to sleep. Will you stop moving?"

"I'm not spending the night again," I told him, trying to move his strong arms away from my body. He didn't move an inch and I huffed out in frustration. "Tobias! Move your arm."

"You're so comfy," he replied, his voice groggy. I frowned at him and sighed.

"Fine. But I expect a gourmet meal in the morning. Maybe some blueberry pancakes, and an omelet. I like strawberry milk so make sure you have that. And having a ride to school wouldn't hurt. Got that?"

I waited for a response, but I didn't get one. I looked down and saw that he was fast asleep. Sighing, I put my hand under my head and welcomed sleep.

"I'm bringing sexy back, YEAH! You mother fuckers know how I attack..."

I woke up from terrible singing that was severely off key. I grabbed one of Tobias's shirts that reached my mid thigh and saw Tobias dancing in front of the stove. He was wearing nothing but boxer briefs, allowing me a perfect view of his chiseled body. He saw me walk into the kitchen and flashed me a grin.

"If that's your girl you better watch your back. Cause she'll burn it up for me and that's a fact."

I giggle escaped my lips and I sit up on his counter and watched as he spilled the omelet into a pan.

"That's the most conceited song ever," I told him, moving my hair on one side.

"It's my anthem."

Of course it was.

"Strawberry milk for you. And here are your blueberry pancakes. That's a weird combination by the way," Tobias said, setting out my breakfast on the side table.

"I thought you were sleeping when I told you that."

"Nah," he said, shaking his head. "I just wanted to you stop talking."

"You're an ass."

I stick my tongue out at him to let him know I was joking before sitting down at the side table.

"This is weird. Don't you think this is weird?" I asked while taking a sip of my strawberry milk.

"What's weird?" He questioned, putting the omelet on a plate.

"This," I said, pointing at the pair of us. "Us just sleeping around. We both clearly don't have intentions of being a couple."

Tobias shrugged and took one of my pancakes off my plate. I slapped his hand making him drop it.

"I wouldn't read too much into it. Its just sex."

"Nothing ever stays just sex. Feelings get developed, people get jealous-"

Tobias snorted and dug into his omelet. I noticed he was left hand like me. "Don't fall in love with me then."

"And why do you think I'll be the one to fall in love with you?"

He raised an eyebrow, probably thinking I'm crazy. "Have you seen me? After all I am bringing sexy back."

I shook my head, not believing the words coming out of his mouth. "This is the last time I'm doing this with you. No more sex. Just strictly being friends."

"We'll see about that," he muttered due to the fact his face was stuffed with food. Ugh, he was disgusting.

I heard my alarm ring, signaling that I was late for school. I quickly shoved my pancake in my mouth earning an amused look from Tobias.

"I need you to drive me to school, now!"

I ran back into his room and quickly changed into the same clothes I was wearing yesterday. This was so unappealing but I didn't have any other choice. When I returned to the kitchen I saw Tobias still sitting there.

"Come on!" I complained, grabbing his arm. "Change right now!"

Tobias chuckled and picked the first thing he set his eyes on. It was a dirty white tee along with dark wash jeans. He threw on his cream jacket and rummaged through his coffee table for his keys.

"Ready sweetheart?" He asked, opening the door. I walked outside after making sure I had everything. I was not going to come back here.

"Why do you keep calling me that? It's annoying," I replied, stepping into the brisk morning. I put my sunglasses on trying to block the sun. I looked over and saw that his glasses were on as well.

"Because I forget your name sometimes. Sweetheart is just easier."

I gasped and hit him hard on his shoulder, earning a groan from him.

"I'm kidding of course! Damn Reign, that hurt," he complained, rubbing his arm.

I grinned, satisfied that I could hurt him. He led me to the back of the apartment complex where there was a garage. Inside there was cars ranging from BMWs to Chevy's. He stopped in front of a Range Rover and I raise my eyes impressed.

"Just because my apartment isn't the best doesn't mean that I'm poor. I don't really care where I live. I'm never really home."

I nodded, not saying anything. I put my seatbelt on and waited in the busy traffic. New York is always known for the terrible traffic. Morning rush hour doesn't help either.

Tobias played with the radio station and huffed out in frustration when nothing good was playing. He quickly swerved in the HOV lane and passed all of the cars. Boy was he impatient.

"You know I would like to get to school in one piece," I bickered while pulling out my phone. I saw that it was 8:40 and we were nowhere near the campus.

"Would you rather be late?"

"No," I mumbled. My professor was very strict on tardiness.

"Okay so just sit there and be quiet," he retorted, swerving in front of a cab.

I put my hand over my face, embarrassed by his driving. Thank god the windows are tinted.

"Tobias, take a selfie with me!" I cheered, putting my phone in front of him. I quickly snap a photo and see him looking at me like I was crazy. "Come on just one good picture!"

I looked over at him and waited for him to smile. After a minute or so he finally gave in and smiled slowly. I grinned; it was nice to know he listened once in a while.

"Happy?" He asked, turning left. I saw Columbia's campus and I looked at him in shock.

"How'd you get here so fast?" I asked astonished. He pulled over to the first building he saw and put the car in park.

"I'm an excellent driver," he said smugly. I give him a fake laugh and grab my bag. Luckily for me I kept all my notes in one book. If I were to lose it though my life would end.

"You know your cockiness is a turn off. Big time."

"I still managed to get you."

"Bye Tobias," I dryly. I shake my head in disgust. Sometimes he could be sweet while other times he was a douche bag. I open the door and felt his hands on my wrist.

"Wait, I'm sorry. I'm an ass."

I exhaled and looked into his hazel eyes. I don't know why but there's always something pulling me towards him. It's almost as if we're magnets; opposites always attract. When people used to say that about relationships I would think they're crazy. How could you be in a relationship with someone and not have anything in common? Statistically speaking, that's impossible. But here I was, in a complicated relationship with a white man. I still can't believe it. Though I was attracted to him I knew this would never work. He was arrogant but also warm. He doesn't do relationships so I'm just wasting my time with him and I had to accept that.

"You are an ass and now I'm getting late," I declared. I stepped outside and saw him frowning at me. "The last couple of days have been nice, an escape from reality, but it's time to get back to the real world. I hope you understand."

Tobias clenched his jaw but nodded understandably. "Of course. Don't be late now."

Sighing, I closed his door and saw him drive off almost instantly. It seemed as if he was waiting for me to leave. I put my fingers on my temple and rubbed my head. How did I get from eating breakfast with him in a light-hearted mood to ending things with him for good?
