A/N- AWW. Okay sorry cooing at my own story. I just want to say hey again and enjoy this little chapter as well! And last night my wifi went out so I had time to just type put a bunch of chapters for this so GET EXCITED. Nico only felt a tiny bit lightheaded. It wasn't a big deal. He just grabbed a little ambrosia on his way out of the infirmary and ran to get dressed.

He wasn't exactly sure what to wear. He stared at his mostly black wardrobe, pondering for a moment, before deciding on a black t-shirt with a skull on it and a pair of black shorts. He threw on black converse and stared in the mirror. Should he gel his hair? No. He had horrible bags under his eyes. Maybe he could ask Piper... No. He wouldn't wear makeup. It's not like Percy would care anyway.

Percy was in about the same position in his own cabin. He was staring in the mirror, his usual orange camp halfblood t-shirt missing, replaced by a light blue one. He paired that with khaki shorts and blue tennis shoes. He then debated about his own hair. Was this a date? Should he be dressing nicer?

He quickly shook his head at that; why would Nico ask him out on a-

His thoughts were cut off by a knock on his cabin door. Nico. Percy felt his stomach explode in butterflies. When the door opened, both boys stared nervously at each other.

Nico cleared his throat. What should I say, what should I say? "U-Uh, you look um... n-nice." Nico immediately turned bright red after his statement.

"Uhm, t-thanks," Percy smiled. "You look great t-too."

"Uh, I got you a-a gift." Nico handed Percy the gray wrapped present with a shiny black bow.

"Oh," Percy said in surprise. "You, um, you d-didn't have to d-do that."

"Open it," Nico said, for the first time without a stutter.

"Oh," Percy coughed. "Sure, yeah." He pulled the bow off and opened the gift for him and grinned. "Thank you so much, Neeks!"

Nico had ran to a store yesterday, realizing he had forgotten to get him a gift. He couldn't find anything there though and almost gave up when he saw the sign someone was holding. The person was trying to give away concert tickets for a band Nico knew Percy loved. Nico picked them up, along with a t-shirt with the band on it, and wrapped it up.

Percy, of course, loved it. It couldn't be more perfect. Percy set it on his bed to put away later, and grabbed Nico's hand with a sudden burst of confidence.

"Let's go." Percy began to walk.

"Well actually," Nico stopped him. Percy looked at him.

"We're shadow traveling, aren't we?" Percy gave him a cute pout.

Nico just grinned at him sheepishly. The shadows wrapped around them and they were on the beach.

Nerves overtook Nico. Percy was happy, though.

"Nico, you're perfect," he said after a moment. He was staring at the very romantic scene in front of him. The candles, the beach, the picnic. "U-Uh... Is this... A date?" Percy asked.

"Well... Yeah." Nico admitted.

"Why...?" Percy trailed off.

Nico took a deep breath. "Uh... Let's just eat... Yeah?" Percy managed a nod and they began to eat.
