Knock knock

"sorry for coming so late some of the previous houses took longer than expected," All-Might said rubbing the back of his neck.
"come in I'll just go grab our father," Fuyumi says with a smile opening the door to the pair. Aiwaza and All-Might enter the Todoroki household sitting at their table waiting for Endeavor, No: 2 hero to arrive.

"father?" fuyumi asks peering her head round the door frame of the training room where they often found their father. "Eraserhead and All might are here about the dorms," she continues as she spots him in the corner training by himself. Endeavour turns around to face his eldest daughter and nods indicating that he would be there shortly, Fuyumi left the room to go make Shoto aware as well.

She found him in their younger sister's bedroom where he was sat on the floor helping (Y/n) colour in her homework she had been set by her tutor. "Shoto, Aiwaza and All-Might are here, they are in the dining room," she says interrupting her younger siblings peaceful colouring session. "Ah okay, thank you," he said standing up and stretching before leaving to the dining room to greet his two teachers, (Y/n) looks hopeful at Fuyumi silently wanting to go and sit with Shoto as well, Fuyumi nods softly almost immediately knowing what (Y/n) wanted.

After Fuyumi nodded (Y/n) quickly ran in the same direction of Shoto making Fuyumi chuckle, she only got a couple metres away from her bedroom as she was stopped by Endeavor, "What did I say about running in the house?" he said softly which was a extremely rare occurrence in this household, most were unaware Enji Todoroki was even capable of being nice, (Y/n) looked at her father "sorry papa. I won't do it again!" she apologises, walking to the table slowly with her father.

As Endeavor reaches the table where Shoto and the two UA teachers were already sat he greets the heroes with a slight frown on his face, (Y/n) sits on the floor by Shoto playing with the toy cars that Fuyumi gave her to keep her preoccupied.

"It's been a while Endeavour," All-Might says awkwardly, the number 2 hero didn't reply causing a pause.
"Anyway, we've come here to discuss the new UA Dorms," Aiwaza says breaking the silence, "It'll keep the students safer as it on school campus." in his same monotone voice

"I agree to the dorms," Endeavor says nodding before going back to his training room.

Upon hearing that (Y/n) lay flat on the floor as a protest against the thought of the Ua dorms. Fat tears roll down their chubby cheeks, All-Might and Awaiza watch as Shoto crouches over (Y/n) shaking her small shoulders gently, (Y/n) raises her head to meet her brother's eyes with her own, welling up with tears.
"I don't w-want you to g-g-go," she chokes, stuttering on her words making Shoto feel a little bit guilty, he picks her small limp body up resting her upon his hips.
"I'll visit on every spare day I have," he says assuringly, "and maybe someday I'll sneak you in," Shoto says quietly so the two pro heroes don't hear him.
"Pwomise?"
He nods interlocking his pinky with her smaller one before wiping away her tear gently with his thumb, Shoto carries her away towards the dining area, All-Might and Aiwaza leave, yet again apologising for visiting at such a "late" hours although it was only turning 7:30.

in the dining area~

"What's for Dinner Tonight?" Natsuo asks,
"Soba, you decide whether you want it hot or cold," Fuyumi shrugs,
"I'll have mine not hot," shoto says calmly, "me too!" (Y/n) says chipping in, "I think I'll have mine hot today," Natsuo says thinking carefully,
fuyumi nods "so that's 3 hots ones and 1  1/2  cold," she said thinking out loud, she only counted (Y/n)'s as half as being 3 you don't really eat too much.

"Dinners ready!" Fuyumi shouts so it could be heard throughout the house wherever their father was he could hear.
The five of them sat around their Japanese styled table, (Y/n) was sat on the lap of Shoto, he was slowly feeding her mouthfuls of soba alternatively to himself
(e.g feeds himself then (Y/n) then himself)
Natsuo and Enji intensely staring at each other while eating their soba whereas Fuyumi was at in between the two looking awkwardly, "anyway, how was everyone's day at work/school?" fuyumi starts trying to uphold a conversation which doesn't usually last that long in the todoroki household, "Fine." the three guys say simultaneously, (Y/n) looks at Fuyumi using her eyes to tell her big sister that starting conversation during mealtime won't exactly work, fuyumi doesn't back down, she is adamant that she will start a proper conversation with her family, "okay then how was your day (Y/n)?" she asks the youngest sweetly, all eyes turn to (Y/n) who wasn't quite sure whether she liked the attention or not, "i-it w-was g-good," (Y/n) said stuttering slightly, "what did you do (N/n)?" Fuyumi asks yet again, looking at her younger brothers and her father who all looked a bit more engaged in the conversation,
usually, this was how Fuyumi starts the conversations, by talking directly to (Y/n) as for whatever reason everyone seemed to have a common interest of (Y/n).

"I played (favourite/game) with (best/friends/name) in the park,"
(Y/n) said speaking up slightly
"And (tutors/name) t-taught me how to read!" she said excitedly,
"That's good, maybe you can show me sometime," Enji said shocking his other 3 children with his kindness, "sure thing papa!" (Y/n) replied eagerly.
"Thanks, Fuyumi," he just replied with, placing his bowl onto kitchen counter before leaving to train again.
"Well that was unexpected," fuyumi said quietly,
"Ah Thanks for the great food yet again Fuyumi, off to do some paperwork now." Natsuo thanks his older sister before putting both his and his father's bowls into the sink and leaving to his bedroom.
"yes we both thank you for cooking our favourite food," Shoto says to Fuyumi on behalf of (Y/n) as well,
as she was unable to do it as she had fallen asleep, after eating (Y/n) gets progressively more tired and then just falls asleep.

Shoto went and changed (Y/n) into her nightclothes which consisted of one of his sweatshirts which was way too big for her and loose baggy pants much like sweatpants, "you look so cute in my old sweatshirt," he says placing (Y/n) underneath her duvet tucking her in a placing a soft kiss on her forehead goodnight.

"I love you Sho," she whispers in her sleep almost making Shoto's heart explode with cuteness,
"I love you too."
