"Alright, class today will be learning about Animagi" I tensed a little and so did Sirius and James.

"Does anyone know why we might be covering this." half the Ravenclaws raised their hands as well as Remus but I could tell she was feeling cranky and picking on those who did not raise their hands is her favorite thing to do in this cranky mood. I dropped my head but to my dismay, it did not save me.

"(y/n) do you know?" I growled feeling defiant and sat up tall and smirked.

"Because due to lack of connon knolage many belive that you only need a potion to transfor but you also need a spell and a lot of carefuly planed time" she smirked now.

"And do you know what that spell is or perhaps any of the steps to becomeing an animegi?" I could tell what she was trying to do right away.

"Not a clue" I shrugged and she frowned.

"What about you Mr.Black" ha she thinks she got me but of course Sirius doesn't know-

"Amato Animo Animato Animagus." my head snaps up and I looked over to see a book sitting in front of him it was the class book and he was pointing at a spot that showed the spell, I let out a quiet breath.

"Next time I would like to know what you know, not what the book knows Mr.Black" she looked back at me, she's been suspicious ever since I asked her for a book on the subject on how to turn into an animagus and even though she complied she kept an eye on me knowing that if I wanted too I could easily do it...and I am. She looked back to the class and I started writing on a paper passing it to him 'pass the word' he nodded standing and turned.

"As much as I know all of you love your knowledge I would like to bring to attention that starting tonight lasting for a month people who aren't cruel pieces of-" I pinched him not wanting him to get into too much trouble for this.

"We will be having a month of silence for abused house elves across the globe so join us OR suffer with the knowledge that you did nothing to help. donations are acceptable we will be placing a box in every commonroom~" I laughed

"Mr.Black Detention!" McGonagall was fuming slightly but Sirius just bowed.

"It would be my honor" before he sat back down looking at me for confirmation of his work, I smiled wide and nodded looking around at the people who were whispering about the subject.

"Not just you Mr.Black, (y/n) I'll be seeing you in detention as well" I stuck my tongue out again knowing I won "detention starts tonight at 7 o'clock exactly" Oh shit, I still smirked.

"I'll be right on time" I turned back to my book and opened it to the page specified on the board getting back to the lesson, once class finally ended and we exited the room.

"Now what? Were supposed to be in progress at that time" James asked and I just smirked.

"That's why we didn't specify the time to start the silence. We stay on track" I looked forward once more the smirk stuck on my face "I'll make sure this plan goes through" I walk back into the great hall "whats for lunch?" I call as I walk down the aisle stretching from the boring lesson I already studied I slumped down next to Ember who laid beat on the table.

"And the death toll has gone up two more" Lily spoke sitting on the opposite side of me with Peter next to her and on the other side of the table James sat in front of Lily Sirius sat in front of me and Remus though sitting across from Ember still consoled her, they're dating. I looked up at Sirius who now had his face a few inches from my own, I sit up quickly.

"Yes?" He backed away.

"You have to eat" I looked down frowning the two weeks of barely anything were starting to show, I looked unhealthy even with the spells I cast, I sighed and smiled looking back up.

"Right" he handed me a plate with a piece of halm some eggs and mash potatoes, I smiled accepting it gratefully and began eating though when I noticed the silence I looked back up to see them all staring at me.

"What?"

"Y-your hair" Lily spoke, confused I pulled a strand in front of my face to see a dull yellow rather than my sliver.

"Oh shit, not this again" I placed the fork down and went to stand but I was pulled down by Lily and Ember.

"You know what never mind, you can explain this later, for now, eat" I frowned.

"I'm not hungry" I went to stand again but Lily layed across my lap and Ember put an arm around my shoulder

"Oh yes, you are" Sirius spoke, " I mean if you don't want to eat, I could feed you?" I glared and picked back up my fork as my hair changed once again to a pale red color before turning a deep blue pissing me off I threw down the fork and stood to cause Lily to roll under the table and Ember to fall off onto her back, though I didn't pay attention before leaving, I walked directly to my room slamming the door behind me, I walked into the bathroom staring into the mirror at the mixture of hideous colors.

"So this is my punishment" my hair flared pure black and my anger only grew, I walked into my bedroom throwing open my nightstand drawer pulling out the thing causing all of it...my wand. One of the other reasons why my wand didn't work for others was because it would literally pull the magic energy out of you it would drain any normal person in seconds effectivly killing most, however I was born with the ability to produce mass amounts of magic at a continuous rate, but a person can only hold so much, and when It overflows it begins to affect my physical appearance, I thought with all the magic I've been useing it might counteract it, it's already a curse, I walked back into the bathroom slamming the door behind me.

"Why does it have to be such a fucking crazy day already." I glared at the mirror and held a wand to my hair casting a simple but deadly spell I created, if a normal witch or wizard were to use it all of their magic would be gone forever, no chance to regain anything, but of course not me, I cast the spell and felt pain in my head at the sudden release of all that magic, only this time there was a lot more than I thought, so in my case also a lot more pain, I groaned falling to the floor in a ball as I held my aching head, but it only seemed to get worse, a scream escaped as I thought my skull was spitting I wreathed on the ground trying to get it to go away.

"Does it really hurt that bad (y/n)?" a voice asked but I couldn't speak I wanted my cat...where is Gravis...why hasn't he come back "He's dead (y/n)" the pain slammed even harder, no he's not, I can sense him "you're sensing his spirit (y/n) not him" the voice chuckled as another scream escaped and tears ran down my face. I need to get it out "Who me? Good luck through all that pain you can't put up a barrier in your' mind even if you were Dumbledore- what the hell?" I glared at the figure I now saw standing above me, it was a man he looked bloody and bruised, he had black hair and eyes with sickly pale skin, he held a harsh glare as he stared down at me in...where am I? he glared even harsher if it were possible and I merely glared right back.

"You dare glare at me!?" a red light shot from his wand and once again the agonizing pain turned unbearable, I screamed and he lowered his wand once more.

"What do you say?" he smirked as did I.

"..." he growled.

"APOLOGIZE!"

"Go fuck yourself" he tisked.

"Oh no no it seems you don't understand, you see once you break, I'll have you for that" my eyes widened and he shot the spell at me again...I had to hold out a little longer, If this is what I think it is my spell knocked me unconscious and I am now in my own mind and if that's so I just need to- just as planned all around me a forest grew the man ceased looking around and through all of my pain I quickly stood and began to run through the trees.

"Now it seems you really don't understand" I suddenly collapsed as tree roots shot up from the ground wrapping around my body constricting my movement, but that didn't stop me from struggling to escape using my wandless magic but my hands were held in a position that restricted their movement, I cried out for help but my voice didn't sound "you will soon" he spoke as he grabbed my wrist in a steel-like grip, I glared harshly as he studied it "Now where to put it." he spoke to himself confusing me, he looked up innocently "oh, you don't know?" I simply glared harder "oh come on now, no one should glare in such a way at their future spouse" he smirked and my eyes grew wide in shock and I tried yelling again but once more nothing sounded and his smirk only grew "This isn't your mind (y/n)" I froze, but it turned into a forest just as I thought it too. The man leaned in "I can hear your thought (y/n), I controll this world" my shock only grows,'Liar.' "Oh no (y/n) this is not a lie...and my deal has just become that much sweeter" he chuckled darkly and I began to struggle more already knowing he found out...my past is no longer my past...

"I mean I was gonna wait till you were of age but I just can't help myself at this point" I felt like crying, I was scared, defenceless, and in so fucking much pain a few of the roots keeping me in place adjusted.

"WAIT!" I yelled surprising both him and me.

"How did you-you know what? no matter I'll just-" he raised his wand and I panicked.

"YOU CAN HAVE ME!" he froze once more "you can do whatever you want, a-and I'll comply just please don't take away my voice" he only smirked seeing the benefit in the situation for himself.

"Deal" suddenly I felt things crawling up my side, no not crawling, slithering in a way, but I didn't cry because I knew that's what he wanted, the branches disappeared and in there place a snake wrapped around my body constricting my movement once more. The man kneeled down to where I was laying.

"So where do you want your mark? I'm feeling creative, and your to special to just have it on your arm" he smirked and I glared once more.

"What mark?" I spat but his smirk turned to a glare and he brought his hand down and across my face, I wined a bit as a stinging pain filled my cheek.

"Darling you really must watch your mouth" I glared lighter this time.

"That's better and if you must know, my bride must hold my dark mark" I was so confused.

"Who are you?" I felt like passing out...again. But that feeling quickly left when he began laughing.

"I'm surprised you don't remember me, I've been with you for a very long time now, how about you tell me my name" Just as he finished memories ran through my mind, no, they were nightmares horrifying nightmares that I buried deep in my mind as I used my magic to look into his mind.

"Tom" I whispered and his laughing ceased.

"What?" I smirked as I saw the final moment he held.

"the one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord will be born as the seventh month dies...." I laugh to myself.

"What are you saying you insolent child" I looked up a sadistic smile on my face.

"Thats no way you should talk to your death bringer but if you must know, the future has very different plans for our relationship" Just as I said that I finally stole enough energy to block out my mind once more, at first It didn't work.

"Nagini move!" the man I now know as Tom yelled and the snake uncoiled from me I tried to make an escape but the man grabbed me and threw me on the ground once more as his image began to blur and form an ugly veiny bald creature dressed in black.

He grabbed me by my wrists and pinned me to the nearest tree pointing his wand at my face.
