Nightmare wanted to bang his head against the table. Dream was making him and Cross hang out, because he wanted "the two most important people in his life to get along". Nightmare wanted to kill Dream, kill Cross, and then kill himself. He slammed his hands on the table, huffing.
"I cannot do this anymore! Dream, I have friends. I do not need to get along with Cross-" He motioned his hand to Cross, "-of all people to have a friend."
"Hey-"
"So, can I leave now?" Dream looked down.
"Nightmare, just give Cross a chance. You both are always fighting, at each other's throats, and being passive aggressive. No more. You two need to get along!" Dream slammed his hands on the table, causing both Cross and Nightmare to jump, startled. "So, no, you can't leave, because you two are going to sit here until the both of you can have a conversation without insulting, ridiculing, belittling, or condescending each other." Cross slumped back in his chair.
"Well, if you're willing to try, I am. Nightmare, I really..." Cross cringed, and Nightmare raised an eye. "You and Killer are just so..." Nightmare sighed.
"Cross, don't even try. I don't like Killer either. I mean, I obviously like him, like, I have to, just a little bit, but Killer is so..." Cross rolled his eyes into the back of his head.
"Thank goodness it's not just me."
"Of course it's not just you, Killer is evil." Cross nodded.
"Yes. Killer is just so-"
"Extra, needy, annoying, loud, dumb, chatty, dramatic?" Cross blinked at Nightmare.
"Well, yeah, but I didn't expect you to say all of that." Nightmare shrugged.
"It's true. Oh my gosh, Killer is so extra. He literally was talking to me the other day, right? And he was like, 'I don't feel good', and I was like, 'well, what do you want me to do about it?' and I fucking swear, he went on a twenty minute rant about how I don't care about him and I want him to die and I would throw a party and blah blah blah." Cross laughed.
Geno wanted to die. Reaper and Error. Talking about him as if he wasn't there, and they were doing it right in front of him.
"So, Error, tell me embarrassing stories about Geno's childhood." Error let out a whistle.
"Well, Geno used to get sick a lot, so there was that, I guess. Anyway, Geno would be, like, really fucking dumb. He would be like, so dumb, and so annoying, and he would act like he was better than everyone in the world, and talk like an idiot and say words like 'sophisticated' and it was really annoying. It was awful." Reaper looked at Geno, and he rolled his eyes. Geno didn't like Reaper, or Error, or anyone, but he couldn't protest. Reaper and Error were becoming, like, best friends. Geno didn't know how to feel about that. "So, Reaper, you always been into people like Geno, or is Geno the first Geno you've dated?" Reaper picked up Geno, causing Geno to roll his eyes.
"Geno is the first Geno I've ever dated. In fact, Geno, you probably didn't know this, but you're the first person I've dated ever. What about you? Have you dated anyone before me?" Geno didn't know how to answer this question. He didn't want to say no, the truth, because that would make Reaper act all smug. But, he also didn't want to say yes and lie, because that would mean Error would scoff and laugh and mock Geno, saying no one ever dated him. So, he said
"I don't know, have I?" Reaper leaned his head back.
"Oh, okay, mysterious, are we? Don't worry. I'm more than happy to dig into your past and discover all of your dirty, dirty secrets." Geno rolled his eyes. He hated Reaper. Well, he didn't hate hate Reaper, but he didn't like him either. He was so annoying, cocky, flamboyant, arrogant, and so many more things Geno wouldn't say. Geno turned to Error.
"Why do you always hang out with me and Reaper anyway?" Error shrugged, shoving his hands in his pockets.
"I like tormenting you. I mean, what are cousins for?" Geno slumped his shoulders.
"Fine, whatever. Since, you and Reaper are, like, best friends now." Reaper and Error shrugged in unison. Geno sighed. "Well, I guess you guys really are best friends. But hey, no hurt feelings. Everyone else in our friend group is-" Geno made an 'eh' motion with his hand. Error scoffed.
"That is not-" Geno glared, and Error died down.
"Okay, I guess it is a little true. But, some of them are okay. Like Ink." Geno scoffed.
"You are constantly whining and complaining about Ink. 'Oh, he's so annoying', 'oh, he's so loud', 'oh, he's so-"
"Okay. Geez. I get it. You don't have to be so mean about it." Geno turned to Error.
"I'm not being mean. I'm telling the truth. The truth hurts, but it makes you stronger." Error flipped off Geno, and Geno flipped him right back off.
"I'm so boredddddd." Killer whined. Dust rolled his eyes to Horror. Horror shrugged, then looked at Killer.
"What do you want us to do about it?" Killer rolled over on his back.
"I'm so BOREDDDDDDDDD." Dust covered his non-existent ears and closed his eyes.
"Hey, Killer, how about shutting the fuck up?" Killer scowled and hissed at Dust, who hissed right back.
"Fuck you Dust. Anyway, Nightmare is gone and I'm-" Dust glared at Killer.
"Don't say it. Don't you fucking dare say it." Killer sighed and rolled over again.
"Horror, tell Dust to stop being so mean to me." Horror looked at Dust, and Dust rolled his eyes.
"Dust, Killer wants you to stop being mean to him." Dust stood up.
"Who cares what Killer wants? Not me. Killer, maybe if you weren't being so annoying, then maybe I wouldn't tell you to shut the fuck up." Killer flipped him off, and he hissed at him. "I have things I need to do anyway. Later." Dust started to walk out, but Killer latched onto his leg, holding him in place.
"No, Dust, please don't leave, I'm sorry for being annoying." He was whining, and so obviously not sorry, but Dust sighed.
"Kills, I have things I need to do, people I need to ruin, lives I need to destroy, worlds I need to conquer." Horror raised his eye.
"Are you being serious, or are you talking about a video game?" Dust turned to him, face grim and stoic.
"I'm being dead serious. I'm talking over this school, and they can hand it over, or I can take it by force." Killer stood up and beamed, and Dust frowned.
"Yay! Some action. Nightmare will be so happy with us, and that cheater would have lost and we would've grabbed it first." Dust nodded and looked at Horror, then Killer.
"This school is up for grabs, and whoever is the first to grab it, is the first to win. And we must be the first to grab it." Horror nodded and stood up.
"I mean that's cool." Dust raised an eye.
"What do you mean, 'that's cool'? It's fucking awesome." Killer nodded and started to jump up and down.
"Horror, come on, come on, let's go before Blue and that trash trio gets there!" And Killer started to drag Horror out, and Dust marched in front of them.
Blue huffed and stood up.
"We have been at this school for literal months! And we still haven't conquered it! If we don't conquer it soon, someone else will!" Ink looked up from his sketch book, an eye raised.
"And why should I care? In fact, maybe I'll help them conquer it, as long as it's not you." Blue growled, and Dream rolled his eyes.
"Who cares who 'conquers' the school? You can't actually 'conquer' it." Blue glared at Dream.
"Stop finger quoting the word conquer. Me and Ink had a plan on the first day to take over this place." Ink put down his sketch book and stood up.
"Well, guess what? A lot has happened since then. We have bigger things we need to focus on. Like, getting through the rest of the year." Ink started to walk out, but Blue tripped him. "Hey! What was that for?"
"You were trying to leave. While we were making plans to take over this school." Ink scoffed.
"Blue, no one was making plans to take over this school. There's still a little bit of time left, anyway. We can just do it later." Dream stood up, pointing a finger towards the ceiling.
"Actually, if we don't make a plan now and put it into action, school's gonna get out and then you'll never have accomplished your dream." Ink rolled his eyes.
"First off, Dream, only me and Blue had the plan to take over the school. Secondly, don't you have other things you need to be worrying about? Like, your brother?" Dream shook his head.
"Any time I try to get involved with my brother, it always ends badly for me. Trust me, You do not want to go there." Ink shuddered. Then, he got stars in his eyes. Blue rolled his own.
"So, if we're really gonna do this, we need a plan." Blue let out a growl and rolled his eyes, slumping down on the ground.
"Gee, Ink, thanks for pointing that out. We never would've thought of that without you." Ink waved his hand at Blue.
"Aww, don't flatter me." Blue raised his hands as if to say 'what the fuck' and Dream just shrugged. "So, we all know that Killer, Horror, and Dust are going to try to take over the school before us, so, Blue, your boyfriend is the enemy. Everyone knows that our entire friend group is going to be forced to take sides. Nightmare will very obviously take their side, ew, Cross will take ours, uh..." Ink looked around, and Blue slumped his shoulders and sighed. This was going to take a very long time. "Error probably will take the enemy side, because, you know, he isn't like Cross, who would do anything for Dream." Ink huffed, and Dream patted his back. Blue only rolled his eyes. Again.
"Hey, that's not true. He would do so much for you." Ink and Blue both raised their eyes.
"He told me himself that he would leave me alone to rot at the bottom of a well if it meant I would leave him alone." Ink then, once again, got stars in his eyes. Blue really didn't understand Ink and his attention deficit. "But, that's what makes our relationship so unique." Dream waved his hand back and forth.
"Eh... I mean, I'm, like, ninety nine percent sure that my brother said the exact same thing to Killer, so Ink, your relationship really isn't that special." Ink mocked Dream, then turned to Blue.
"He thinks he's so special because his and Crosses relationship is 'oh so perfect'." Blue nodded.
"You said it. I mean, who cares that you guys would die for each other? Not me, that's who. They can be so annoying about how much they love each other." Ink nodded, and Dream lowered his eyes.
"Guys, I'm literally right here."
"Ink, do you hear someone talking?" Ink shook his head.
"No, do you?" Blue shook his head, feigning sadness.
"May Dream rest in peace."
"Rest in peace? I'm not fucking dead-"
"Sometimes it feels like he's still in the room with us." Dream flipped both of them off, and Ink and Blue fell back laughing.
"Anyway..." Ink stood up, Dream and Blue following after him.
"-we have a school we need to conquer. Let's go." And they walked out into the hallway.
Okay guys, I finally did it. I need to update this a lot more frequently, but be prepared for the battle for the school. You guys can vote who will take who's side, and who will win, so, enjoy that, and let me know what you think.
