You sat up, breathing heavily. 

"What... What kind of dream was that?" 

It's like my innermost, most locked up part of me...broke free. Surrounded me. And would not let me escape. 

"Ugh. Why am I getting poetic? It's almost time for school. And with Mona getting expelled, I'm fine with it. I also don't have a headache." 

A/N: my mom just came in and offered me a banana then forced me to take. lol apparently she gave them to everyone in the house rn. how would you react if someone spontaneously handed you a banana? Anyways, let us continue.

You quickly got ready and rushed to first period. 

"Phew. Just in time." 

"Miss L/N. You were almost late. Try to be more on time next time." 

"I was sitting down before half the people in here were. I think it might be more fair if you'd address them as well instead of singling me out." 

"Well then. Everyone. Please make sure to be sitting down by the time the bell rings. Especially the people who can have trouble waking up in the morning." 

"Ugh. She's totally singling me out. So unfair." You muttered under your breath. "Well, I have to focus, or else she'll do that even more." You sighed and started taking notes. 

After class...

"Excuse me-" 

"Yeah?" You turned around, and was met with a pair of blue eyes. 

"I-I was wondering if I could see your notes for this class? I just need it for next period." 

"Of course! Here you go. You can return it to me during break. I'll be in the practice room for 6reeze. You know where it is right?" 

"Y-yeah." 

"Okay then! See you! I have to get to my next period." 

"O-okay. Bye." 

You rushed off. 

How cute. He's so shy!

Ugh. Now I have to go to (Least favorite subject). Fun.

You got to the classroom quickly and sat down. 

"And now this here is blah blah blah...." 

As the teacher droned on, you took notes, and tried to pay attention. Key word: tried. 

"RINNGGGGGGG"

"Oh thank the Archons. I almost fell asleep." You gathered your things and headed to the practice room. "since we only have 30 minutes for break... I should hurry." 

You arrived in the room and sat down. 

"Ummm m-may I come in?" 

"Oh yeah!" You opened the door. 

"Thank you for letting me borrow them. They helped a lot." 

"No problem. Let me know if you need anything else!" 

"A-Alright!" He rushed off. 

"Pfft. How cute." 

"Who's cute?" 

"AHHHHHH! Kuni! You scared me! What're you doing here?" 

"What do you think? It's breaktime, and this is the practice room." 

"And he wanted to see you." (Childe) 

"What! No I didn't!" (Scara)

"Childe? What're you doing here?" (You) 

"I came here with him." (Childe)

"More like he followed me here." (Scara) 

"You two are the same as ever. I haven't seen you and Rosa in a while. How've you been doing?" (You) 

"We're doing fine. How about you?" (Childe) 

"You probably heard what happened. And all the teachers seem to hate me now. Maybe it's because Mona was a top student." (You)

"It's probably nothing." (Childe) 

"Maybe. Oh. Look at the time. The bells about to ring. See you two later!" (You) 

Scara POV

She just left...

"Don't get so down just because she onle talked to me comrade." (Childe) 

"What do you mean?" (Scara) 

"You looked really jealous." (Childe) 

"I should get going now." I walked off. Completely ignoring his words. 

While sitting in my next class, I sighed. 

Who did she call cute earlier?

And she also seemed like she was avoiding me.

Eh. Why do I even care? 

I should probably ask Heizou about how it's going.

"Scaramouche! Pay attention!" 

"Yes, Ma'am." I gave a mock salute. I heard a few people snicker. 

Time flew by, and soon enough, it was lunchtime. 

"Hey Heizou." (Scara) 

"Yeah? What do you want?" He looked up and I started laughing. 

"Pfffft. Did you not get enough sleep lately?" 

"Because of you and Y/N! You two left me with so much work! I stayed up two nights in a row just to do this!" 

"Pftttt. Hahahaha!" 

"This is all your fault! I should never have agreed to this!"

"What's going on?" (You) 

"Y/N! How dare you run away earlier! That was way too much work for me to handle!" (Heizou) 

"But you did it didn't you?" (You) 

"Well..." (Heizou) 

"Exactly. So? How'd it go?" (You) 

"Terrible. I'm so tired right now. I haven't even seen Kuki for the past few days." (Heizou) 

"Hahahahaha!" (Scara) 

"Kuni's laughing? Is this a miracle?" (You) 

"Oh shut up!" (Scara) 

"Are you guys not sorry at all?" (Heizou) 

"You should go to sleep. Bye Hei!" (You) 

"Wait- Are you guys not- Ugh You guys are the worst!" (Heizou) 

"Don't worry, I'll call Kuki and tell her the situation!" (You) 

"Hey!"(Heizou) 

While I was being amused by the expression of Heizou's face, a hand slipped into mine and started dragging me away.

"Are you seriously going to drag me away like that every time?" (Scara) 

"Why were you talking to him? Don't you know he's mad at me?" (You) 

"I don't think he is." 

"Yeah right. You're just oblivious."

"What're you thinking about?"(You) 

"Huh? It's nothing." (Scara) 

"Hmm... Alright then. I should probably go find Kuki." 

"Why don't you just call her?" 

"It's easier to find her then get her to answer her phone if she's studying or hanging out with that annoying loud guy." 

"Alright then." 

"Come on!" Y/N ran off. And I chuckled.

"How cute." 

"Why are you being so slow! Come on! Walk faster!" 

"I'm coming. Be a little patient!"
