Corey's P. O. V
I couldn't stand to see Alex upset. I love her I really do and when she kissed me and chose Jake. It hurt and when they broke up I felt a bit of exitment. I know I shouldn't of. But I did. I love her. Every time we go to the same club I drag her to dance on one of the rather small stages so I can be close to her. I always help her down. But today I had the urge to kiss her. So I did. It felt like it was just me and her. She learnt in but then pulled away. I don't know if it was because of Jake. Or if it was me. Or was I because of Elton.

We came in and I went upstairs to check up on Alex. She wasn't in her bed. I went downstairs to go see Elton.
C: yo Alex isn't in her bed.
E: oh erm yeah.... She's.... In jakes bed.
That's it. That's when my heart dropped. Elton could tell. He give me a slight smile. It felt like I swallowed a brick. Not a brick. Heck a whole wall. No. A house. It hurt so much. Why do I feel like this? We never even dated......that's probably why it hurts. Alex is amazing. Her green and blue eyes are the best things. I could get lost. Her once ginger hair is always so soft and silky and smells like ginger bread. But I need to stop. She isn't mine. She never will be. I need to be happy for her. I always try but. I want her. I want to be with her. Everytime i see her I wbat to run and kiss her and hold her. But then I see jake. I want to tell her all this but I don't want to put her in an awkward position. What I'm going to do is wait. Yeah. I'm going to wiat and see if she mentions it. But what if she doesn't mention it. For god sake Corey get yourself together. You've never been with her and never will. Chill.

Alex's P. O. V
It's the next day I wake up in one of jakes shirts and tangled in jakes arms. I go to get up. He pulls me tighter.
J: don't go.
A: I neeedddd tooo.
J: but if I let you go you may never come back.
A: if you don't let you pee will be coming down my leg.
At that moment he let go of me and let me go to the toilet. I did my business and flopped into bed. Bear flopped on top of me.
A: you arnt getting any smaller.
He looks at me and licks my face. Jake rolls over to me and wraops his arms around me pulling me closer to him. I grab the remote and put on Netflix. We watch it for a while before I fight with Jake to get up.
J: why do we have to get up.
A: because I'm not staying in bed all day and your not stayung in bed because your going to help me go shopping.
J: whyyyyy.
A: because Mr webber its our time to go shopping you dum dum.

After about 30 minutes of him complaining and him grabbing me to pull me back into bed. He eventually gets up and lets me get ready. I walk back into my old room as that is where all my stuff is and I go and get dressed.

I then grab my black doc Martins and head back to jakes room. He's in the bathroom. I sit on the end of the bed while putting my boots on when Jake walks in.
J: your top reminds me of Halloween.
A: shit.
J: what.
A: we don't have costumes for Sam and colby Halloween party.
J: fuck.
A: that's why the list was so long.
J: well we better get started.
I grab my keys and we set off.

Target...
We pull up to a space. We walk for about 10 seconds when some teenage girls and boys come up to us.
G1: OMG your Alex.
A: yes I am.
G2: you were dating colby and were going to get married.
A: errrmmmmm. Yes we were.
B1: what happened.
A: private I can't say.
J: not to sound rude but if you would like a picture could we take it because we have to do something.

They nod and we take the picture before heading in.
A: ugh. I thought we had forgot about that. I want to leave my last behind.
My phone starts to ring.
A: Jake you go in I'll catch up to you.

It's Corey.
A: hey what's up.
C: hey. Can you talk.
A: erm. Sure. Is everything OK.
C: listen I need to talk to you but your always with Jake.
A: Corey what's this about.
C: it's about you giving me mixed signals.
A: Corey I can't talk about this right now. Jak is waiting for me inside.
C: ill talk to you tonight.
A: fine bye.
C: bye.

After target...
Jake and I unload to carts worth of food and drink and other part essentials.
J: ill drive you don't know where party city is.
A: what's party city.
Jake slams down the breaks and looks me dead in the eyes.
