Her eye twitched, "Because you don't listen to me and scare them off anyways! I just want us to have neighbors that won't run off when they see you doing the Macarena in a unicorn onesie while holding a toy knife!!! WHO DOES THAT!?"

"Me apparently" I grinned. She rubbed her face annoyed, "Aria..."

"Okay, okay! I won't do anything like that" She glared, "Then leave the Pokeball!!! You are not going to throw it at them!"

I rolled my eyes, "It was only the soooon...." Her glare intensified. "I mean it's just a gift..." I chuckled nervously. She took a step forward, "I will take away anything unicorn related in your room"

I gulped, "But that's everything that makes me... well, ME!" She patted my head and whispered, "Exactly"

Welp, MISSION ABORT! NO CATCHING EM ALL!!! I grabbed the pokeball and threw it back in our yard.

My mom smiled, "Good" She then turned and knocked on the door. AnD gUeSs WhO oPeNeD dA dOoR!?!? It was a person!!!! Dat cutie/hottie Ethan~ Marry meh pls.... I think I drooled a little. I rubbed my mouth, nope I didn't.

"Hi we're your neighbors, we live next door. I'm Annie and this is my daughter Aria. " My mom said politely.

"Hello ma'am" He glanced at me smirking, "Aria. Nice to meet you. I'm Ethan. My parents are here, come in" He gestured moving to the side.

Don't stare at his hot face. Don't stare. Don't stare. Oop... to late. Gosh he's hot... Ehhhh.... "Can you date a potato?" I asked without thinking. He tilted his head, "Umm... I guess if you really like the potato... you can?"

Don't say another thing weird. Do it for your momma. Do it for yourself. Do it—... "Then why don't you date a potato like me?"

Silence... My eyes widened slowly, realizing what I said. Coughing awkwardly while my mom takes a moment wondering where she went wrong with me, I tried my best to fix it.

"Hahaha April fools.... wait...it's just....hahaha jokes on you...." I paused, isn't the joke on me? Oops my bad. "I meaaaan jokes on me! I—YOU wouldn't date a meeee....." I dragged before quickly saying, "POTATO!!! You wouldn't date a potato!.....me."

My mom grimaced, "Lord help dis child"

Ethan chuckled, "You're funny." Before I could reply, my mom pushed me away, "You aren't weirded out by this.... ummm... my child???" She asked surprised. He shrugged his shoulders and smiled. IS IT HOT IN HERE OR IS IT JUST HIM!?

"Your child is quite amusing and I hope we can be great friends."

My mom squealed happily, grabbed me by my shoulders, and said with a straight face, "I approve" a blush creeped up my face

"Moooom!!! You're embarrassing meeeee"

She let out a huff, "Oh I'm the embarrassing one" She made a weird face before stomping inside past him.

Ethan bowed politely as she walked while staring at me with again that stupid smirk. Oh how I just wanna kiss—I mean kill that beauty....

"Aria, aren't you gonna come in?"

I blinked snapping out of my daze, "Yes" I took a step forward trying to rush inside to where my mom was but my clumsy butt tripped on the front carpet that said, 'wipe paws here' with little paw black prints.

And as cliche and cheesy as this may sound it felt like time stopped. Ethan had grabbed me by the waist preventing me from falling to my doom and our facing were inches apart. I quickly pushed him away and looked at my watch. The watch died. Dumb battery. But... Omg time for real stopped. :D

That wasn't a pun. I swear. ANYWAYS....

"Hahaha sorry, look at the time! " I squeaked as I thrusted my wrist to him not actually checking it for myself.

His eyes scanned it for a few seconds. "....It's not 2:47am" he said after a moment. 'Eh??' He pulled out his phone and showed me his screen. "It's 4:32 in the afternoon"

I coughed awkwardly, "Um I guess the battery died" He chuckled, "You're cute."

I took a step back and held a fist to where my heart was dramatically. I felt my cheeks become warm, I knew I was blushing.

'Sorry mom' I thought and ran away. Frick it, I'm going home. No way. I can't handle dis! I never signed up for that either!!! No no no! No one has ever said that to me before.

They only called me mean things like weird and annoying. Not ever cute. So a hot/cute guy like Ethan? No!

Okay let's just say... I never even stepped into his house. Lol

Hiiiiiii.... well it's been a while huh? :D Sowwy. :( I miss you all my lovely unicorn babies. You know I found this kinda funny when I was going through this book and the others. It was funny that I said I'll try posting more frequently but then again, I haven't even posted since when? A month? Two? Three??? Oh well this chapter was sucky cause I just wanted you all to know I'm still here :3 just bored and lazy to write.
