After our exploring, we went back to the kitchen and we started to eat his food, and let me tell you, wow.

"It's so relaxing here." I said looking at the window.

"That's why I love it here, more than the beach, it's more quiet." He replied.

"True, we should come here for a week, away from the crazy city."

"Just us three." I smiled.

"As in you, me and Cristina?" He asked.

"Yeah, I think it would be nice." I said and he smiled before pulling me into a kiss.

"I like that too."

We finished our dinner watched a movie then we both drift off to sleep.

Next day we had breakfast enjoyed the lake, then around four pm, we returned to the city.

He went to his house to see Cristina.

"Family I'm home." I said and Taylor ran towards me.

"Sissy, I missed you."

"I missed you more." I said hugging her.

"Where's mom and dad?"

"Sleeping, they're lazy." She said making laugh.

I went to take a shower, changed into comfy clothes, then watched a movie with Taylor.

Jordan was spending the rest of the afternoon with Cristina.

Soon Monday morning came, and I had a feeling today was gonna be a disaster.

After having breakfast I went to school with Jordan.

Classes later, then at lunch I had this feeling, I was worried about dad. I need to call him.

I went outside and Jordan followed suit.

After many attempts of calling, nothing and it's weird cause dad always answer for us.

"Jordan, I'm worried."

"Let's go check on him and see." He said and we both got in his car and went to the bakery.

Once we arrived, i couldn't believe my eyes, the windows were broken, pastries all over the place.

"Dad?"

"Dad, you here?"

No answer so we went to the back and saw him beaten down.

"Dad!" I said running to him.

"Dad wake up." I said as tears were falling down.

"I'm calling an ambulance." He said, and minutes later they came and took dad, on my way i called mom.

We were waiting on any news about dad.

"What happened."

"When we arrived the bakery was all a disaster and dad was in the back all beaten." I said crying.

"I promise I will find who beat your father, they just fucking messed with the wrong family." Mom said while hugging me.

"Didn't Axel put hidden cameras in the bakery?" Jordan asked.

"That's right, after the Doctor give us an update we can go check it." I said to him and he nodded.

After a while the doctor said we could go see him, he told us dad had a broken nose and a rib.

We went inside hugged him, I was so scared when I saw dad on the floor.

"Dad you scared me, you are not allowed to leave us."

"I won't."

"When did this happened?" Mom asked.

"This morning, I saw the place crashed, but luckily I always take the money home so that's a plus."

"I think they crashed it last night, and this morning they came from the back door and started to beat me. Their faces were covered so I couldn't tell."

"Jordan, let's go check the bakery and see if they left something that will lead us to the assholes that did this."

"And also check the tape from last night." He said.

"I'll come back later." I said before leaving with Jordan.

"I will fucking sue for the huge mess they caused." Mom said to dad.

"As long as my family is fine, the rest can be replaced." He said caressing her face.

"I love you, Axel."

"I love too, little monkey."

We arrived at the bakery and went to watch the tapes.

And you have got to be fucking kidding me.

"Aren't these dudes the owner of the bakery next door?"

We looked at it and they weren't covered considering it was late and they thought there weren't any cameras.

"They are, let's take this tape and the tape from the beating."

We went to check the back of the bakery and something caught my eyes.

"Jordan, there's a wallet and it belongs to the owner of the bakery."

"Boy this is getting good, they will pay hard." He said.

"Yup, now let's go." I said and we went back to the hospital and gave everything to mom, since she's a lawyer she is going to take care of everything.

We stayed there for a while then went home, mom was staying with dad.

We picked Taylor was staying with Nana and Grandpa.

Jordan picked up Cristina and brought her to my house then we watched a movie.

"Stay with me tonight." I asked.

"Of course, I will just leave her with mom later." I just nodded.

"You know, i still can't believe that one of us has a baby." I said playing with Cristina.

"I know, being a dad wasn't in my plans, but having her with me is amazing, in a short time she has stole my heart." He said looking at Cristina.

"She's adorable." I smiled at her.

"Do you ever think about having kids in the future?" He asked me.

"Future yes, right now nope. But I do want my own family someday."

He interlaced our fingers and said, "What about a family together."

"That would be awesome to have a family with you." I said resting my head on his shoulder.

"My girls." He said hugging us.

That warmed my heart, there's no place i rather be than here with Jordan. I love him so much.
