Shadow woke up bound and gagged, leaning against a wall with her head throbbing. The last thing she could remember was being rushed by people who grabbed her and knocked her out. She looked around seeing that there were a bunch of strange people. There were setting up traps and cameras from the look of it, armed to the teeth. One of the men turned and looked at her signaling the others to look.

"Looks like the girls up, listen, just sit pretty and you won't get hurt."

She nodded her head and looked back at the wall, there was no way in hell she was just going to sit there. The teenage girl sat trying to figure out how she was going to get out of this, then a thought came to mind, did they search her? She shifted a bit till she felt it, her amplifier, she would always carry it for her safety. Her amplifier was a creation she made long ago, the gadget allows her to produce infrared sounds at multiple frequencies. Due to her unusual and highly sensitive hearing, she programmed it to not harm her by going at a frequency that does not hurt her, but to those with normal hearing it can. 

This was the only way she was getting out of here, there was only one problem, she couldn't reach it. There had to be some way she could do it. That's when a plan hatched in her mind, she has always had a way of getting others to listen. She shifted a little more, hiding the device from sight, before trying to gain the attention of one of the men around her. Her muffled voice was quickly picked up by him as he turned around and made his way to her.

"What on earth do you want? I told you to just sit there."

He removed the cloth from her mouth and she took that moment to lick her lips.

"Sorry to disturb you but if I'm going to sit here for a long time could I please have my hands in front of me. I don't want to be a bother but this is making it hard not to be."

He gave her a suspicious look but didn't feel like questioning her. he placed his gun to her forehead

"Okay fine, if it will keep you still, but try anything and you're dead."

Shadow gave a stiff nod and let him guide her arms from out of her bonds and in front of her before retying them. He tied the gage back, and without another word, got up and back to his post. With her arms in a proper position she could now reach her amplifier. It didn't have a too terribly long distance but it was enough to get the men around her disoriented. She quickly worked her hips and arms till the device was firmly in her hands before she began to slowly crank up the volume. 

The teen knew if she did it too fast she could rupture their blood cells so she kept her movements steady and methodical. It was a few moments of slow turning before finally one of the men started to hold his head as the effects began to occur. The others were confused by his actions but they quickly fell to their knees alongside their comrade. With them now under the hold of the unheard vibrations shadow quickly wormed her way out of the ropes, it hurt but this was her chance.
