~Chapter 20~

"Get into the tower! HURRY!" Yumi shouted as she pushed Aelita and Jenny into the tower.

An unidentified shadow appeared out of nowhere and seemed to be very powerful.

"This is crazy, why are there so many weird new mobs lately?!" Jeremy sounded frustrated.

He couldn't figure out why but he knew it started ever since Jenny came into the picture.

"You guys go ahead and deactivate the tower! I'll distract this-shadow thing." Yumi said.

She looked at the shadow mob, studying the way it moves and how it attacks.

The girls headed in and Yumi was left outside to kill it.

"Okay, let's jingle shadow man." She said as she readied her fans.

"Jingle?" Jeremy interrupted her actions.

"It's just a thing Ulrich and I cam-" Yumi paused after realising what she just said and then quickly opened her mouth, "I mean it's a word. Just a word. Erm yep."

"Just a word?" Jeremy joked.

"I need to kill this monster, don't distract me! Unless, you want to come down here and do it." Yumi angrily said, her face clearly flushing red.

"Okay, okay! I surrender." Jeremy smirked.

Ulrich on the other hand couldn't stop blushing but went on ahead to kill some other pesky mobs that were in his way.

Jenny and Aelita got into the tower and Aelita immediately began to do her thing. But a few typing in, she stopped and looked over towards Jenny.

She was curious to see if anything interesting or freaky would happen this time and surprisingly, nothing did.

"Chill Aelita, even if something does happen, it wouldn't affect you in any way." She whispered to herself and turned back to what she was doing.

Jenny watched Aelita's back view, watching what she was doing and just staring at her. This scene looks familiar, it was like as if she had seen this back view before, but only with someone in a smaller size.

A few minutes passed and Aelita couldn't type in the correct code.

"Jeremy! I can't type in the code! The tower is rejecting me!" Aelita shouted in frustration.

Jenny quickly went over to check the screen and she just stared at it.

"Are you sure? Try typing it again. It has to work." Jeremy said as he felt a little bit of panic.

"I've tried about 20 times already! It didn't work!"

"Just one more time, this has to work!"

Aelita typed again and the tower just turned red and the screen flashed: INVALID CODE.

"Rejected again!" Aelita groaned.

"Can I?" Jenny suddenly asked.

Aelita looked at the weird girl suddenly having bright purple eyes.

For some reason, staring into the strange purple eyes of Jenny made Aelita feel calm and that she was safe. So Aelita let Jenny to take control of the situation by stepping away to the side.

Jenny hands immediately started moving like the speed of light. Her hands moving everywhere, up and down and down and up.

"I know the code." She said.

Aelita and Jeremy's ears perked up, they wanted to know what the new code is.

"What is it?" Aelita asked.

"Wilhemina."

Aelita gasped, her hand covering her mouth.

She couldn't believe it. How and why did the code change to her sister's name? When? Who did this? Could it be XANA? That's impossible unless...

"Unless my father's alive." Aelita said those out of the world words to herself.

Jenny typed in the code and the tower suddenly turned purple.

"What?" Aelita asked, noticing the sudden change of color inside the tower.

"The tower is revealing something. Look." Jenny tugged Aelita's hand as the within the tower's walls, new things emerged.

Screens started emerging and surrounded the two girls.

"What are these?" Aelita asked, walking forward to touch one of the screens.

"What's happening? Someone give me a visual." Jeremy asked.

Aelita tried to, but she couldn't. Then Jenny tried also but to no avail.

"Sorry Jeremy, we can't." Jenny apologised.

Aelita and Jenny both got drawn to the same screen amongst all the many others. They walked towards it and their hands reached out to it.

As soon as their fingers came into contact with the screen's surface, all the other screens vanished and the screen that they touched, moved to their waist level.

"Code?" Jenny asked, looking at Aelita.

"Could it be...?" Aelita had a feeling.

"Sisters?"

Aelita and Jenny stared at each other in bewilderment.

How did they know?
