~Chapter 8~

When the video ended, Aelita just stared blankly at the screen.

"My sister is XANA." She suddenly spoke to herself.

Her hand immediately reached for the mouse and she clicked on the other videos.

One video after another, confirmed her speculations.

Her sister is XANA.

But, how can she contact XANA?

She wondered as she clicked on another video.

*Video starts*

"Hey Aelita! Are you excited to see your sister?" Mother said, her eyes so full of warmth and comfort.

"Yes!" Little Aelita replied.

Little Aelita skipped towards the scanner and stood right in front of the door.

Mother took the camera, and focused on Aelita.

Mommy, is my sister pretty?" Aelita asked, her eyes sparkling.

"Yes dear. She is." Mother replied.

"Okay, get ready. Wilhemina is coming home." Father said through a mike.

Little Aelita jumped with joy and clapped excitedly.

"3..."

The camera focused on both Little Aelita and the scanner.

"2..."

Little Aelita bent forward, nearer to the scanner.

"1."

The door opened, revealing a little girl with white hair inside.

"What?!" Aelita gasped.

"Wilhemina!" Mother placed the camera on the floor and went straight to bring her daughter into her arms.

Little Aelita was a little afraid, since her sister was motionless.

But, she soon reached out her hand and held her sister's tiny hand.

"She's really pretty mommy." Little Aelita said.

Mother, her tears flowing out from her eyes just nodded. She then pulled Little Aelita along into the hug.

Father's footsteps could be heard as the video ends.

*Video ends*

"My sister..." Aelita couldn't believe herself.

Her sister isn't XANA?

"Wilhemina was de-virtualised back here?" All Aelita could do was just to take out her headphones, lean on her chair and being dumbfounded.

*Phone rings*

The sudden ringtone that was coming from her phone almost made her fall out of her chair.

"Hm? Jenny?" She said as she answered the call.

"Hello? Aelita?" Jenny sounded worried.

"Hi Jenny." Aelita replied, sounding a little blank.

She was still shocked from the fact that her sister is on earth.

"Where are you? Jeremy's been calling you. And i've been texting you." Jenny asked.

"I'm in my room." Aelita said, her eyes still on her laptop's screen.

"Okay, we're coming." Jenny said.

"Oh no! Only you. No one else can come. If Jeremy's coming, I won't open the door."

"But-"

"I won't talk to you either!"

"Aelita I-"

"It's your choice!"

Aelita hang up and tossed her phone back onto the bed.

She led out a deep sigh and stared at her sister in her laptop.

"My sister." She breathed, "My sister has white hair."

Okay, I think I can only update on saturdays cos school started and it's killing me.

LIKE KILLING ME.

And this week was the WORST.

ABSOLUTE WORST.

well, I need to compose myself.
