I see Jimin waiting at the bus stop, across the street, early the next afternoon. He raises his head from his phone and sees me waiting for the red light to turn green. He's smiling when he spots me. He starts waving hi to me, making me blush and timidly wave back. I become giddy knowing he is excited to see me. I know we're going to get to know each other soon. I'm looking forward to it.
As I approach him, his smile reaches his eyes, and I notice his eye smile. Breathtaking. "Hello, Taehyung," he says formally.
I laugh awkwardly. "No need to be so formal with me. And you can just call me Tae," I assure him.
He nods, then his gaze goes to the school building, and I notice he is watching the students pass us. "You guys have nice uniforms," he says in awe.
I look down at the uniform I've had all the years I've been at school here. It's nothing special. A regular navy blue and plaid suit, nice white dress shirt, khaki pants, and a pair of dress shoes; it looks like any other high school uniform you would see around here. "I guess," I tell Jimin.
He sighs, then looks at me with a sad smile. "I never had one." He looks down at the ground. "I've been homeschooled since I was little. My parents never liked the thought of me going to a public or private school."
"Would you like to try on mine?" I ask, already taking the suit off. "If you would like. I don't think our size is that much different."
His eyes light up as he takes the suit from my hand and puts it on. I hold in a laugh as I notice the sleeves are longer than I expected and give him such a small, child-like look. Cute. He looks at himself, then stands straight while staring at me. "So, how does it look? Do you think I would blend right in?"
I smile at him. I can't help myself but be honest. "I believe that you look good in it. I would like if you actually came to school with me."
I notice blush make his cheeks turn a mochi pink and a smile to appear on his face; then he plays with the sleeves of the suit. "I wish I could go to a real school, but I doubt my parents would let me sign up."
"Have you tried talking to them about it?" I question.
He nods. "Yes, I have. But they say I already have too much on my plate, so homeschooling is a better choice."
"Ah, okay. I get it, kind of."
He smiles, taking off the jacket and handing it back to me. "I don't even know you that well, and here I am using your suit and telling you my life story, I'm sorry."
"N-No, it's okay," I say, retaking my suit. "I don't mind it."
"Thanks for listening," he says, smiling.
I don't know what is making him so open to me. I don't want to question it either. I haven't even thought about his boyfriend either, making me comfortable to stand next to him and talk. I already know I am getting attached to him and it's happening quickly.

These chapters seem short, I know, but I did say that this would be a short chapter story.
I do try to keep them interesting so it makes up for how little words there are.
