Atsushi: Acts of service. He really appreciates when people do stuff for him. He's not super used to people doing things for him. He's a bit hesitant at first, but when you assure him you want to do it instead he'll thank you sincerely and go on with his day.

Dazai: Quality Time. He enjoys spending time with those he cares about. He might not always show it, but he likes it when people cut out time to humor him. However, the biggest reason he likes this form of affection is he can tease people by spending time with them.

Kunikida: Words of Affirmation. He's constantly called a workaholic and teased by Dazai so most of his hard work goes unnoticed. It means a lot to him when someone complements his work or how well he's doing. It's nice to be told "good job" every once in a while right?

Ranpo: Words of Affirmation. Loves loves loves LOVES to be praised. If it wasn't obvious, this guy has a huge ego. If you add more fuel to the fire he is definitely going to be on cloud nine. Bonus points if you give him snacks afterwards.

Yasano: Gift Giving/Acts of Service. She's more of an acts of service person, in fact, she views her services as a gift to the agency. If you do something for her that needs to be done, or just grab something for her on a grocery run, that's one of the best ways to gain her affection. She's very busy as a doctor, so she highly values the people who make her life easier by doing things for her instead of altering her busy schedule. For the gift giving, she likes practical things. Clothes, equipment, toiletries, you name it. As long as she can use it in everyday life, she'll happily accept. Just don't get her make-up, Kunikida made that mistake (as a result of Dazai's advice).

Junichiro: Quality Time. He likes to hang out with his friends from high school by going to different places. He likes to explore while sharing the experience with his friends and family. These memories are something he values, not only because their important to him, but also the people he experiences them with as well. He usually invites the younger members of the agency to go with him since they are less busy and his friends from school have their own lives to deal with as well.

Naomi: Physical Touch. Yeah, I'm not going to go too much into it.

Kyoka: Gift Giving. Kyoka is a bit hesitant when anyone tries to show her any other form of affection (assassin's instinct). She tends to shy away from people she isn't familiar with, so it's hard for her to get familiar with the clients and new employees. Since she's more familiar with people taking from her, it's odd for her to receive something for her to keep forever. Odd, but in a good way. Once she's reassured that the object is safe, you might see her carrying it around until the next day. She actually has an entire hoard of different things in a closet. These are her treasures and she will protect the people who gave them to her with her life. 

Kenji: Acts of Service. He loves helping people out, it's his favorite thing to do! You need to move something? Got it! Car stuck in a ditch? On his way! Need help with your garden? He'll help you set up and give you a mini tutorial on how to grow your crops properly. Always on speed dial if you need him to do something. He does get a little confused if you try and do things for him. Kind of like this:

Kenji: Man, I sure am thirsty.

Y/N: I can go get you some water if you would like?

Kenji: Oh, thank you, but I can get it myself.  :D

Fukuzawa: Quality Time. He may look like a stoic leader, and often times he has to be. However, Fukuzawa is a huge softy. He doesn't necessarily know exactly how to reach out to the ones he cares for, so he makes sure to call them into his office to check up on them from time to time. He likes being invited to events or heck if you just want to talk over a cup of coffee. He'll definitely try to make time in his schedule, and if he can't he'll apologize for not being able to go.

Akutagawa: Quality Time. The only ones who get to see this form of affection are his sister and maybe,MAYBE, Higuchi. He isn't really well versed in any other love language considering his background and struggles to show affection to the few people he does care about. People like spending time with those they care for right? 

Higuchi: Acts of service. She loves doing things for others. She may not be the most ruthless person in the mafia, but she takes pride in the things she is able to do well.  She doesn't have any recognizable talent (sorry Higuchi ;-;), but she is able to follow and carry out orders very well. However you can toss all that 'proper execution' when it come to showing her affection. She'll often not only follow orders but do 'extra chores' as well. This especially shows when she does things for Akutagawa.

Gin: Quality Time. Just like her big brother, she doesn't know how else to show affection. On top of that, she loves spending time with her brother. On the plus side, it helps him to get out of the house and get a chance to have fun, if that's even possible.

Tachihara: Words of Affirmation/Quality Time. He is flattered very easily by complements. He's not too egotistical, but he likes hearing that he's doing a good job or just a cool guy in general. As for quality time, he likes to spend time with his friends either doing things he likes or the things they like. He likes to share his hobbies through experience rather than talking about them. It's more meaningful when someone takes out their time to experience these kinda things. he's pretty hands on when learning about something new, so doing the same thing for his friends help him understand why they like to do those things better as well.  

Hirotsu: Quality Time. Hirotsu has been around the sun quite a few times to know that time is precious. He likes to appreciate the smaller things in life that are often taken for granted. Seeing people pass on so often (whether he's the reason or not), gives him the appreciation for the time others spend with him. Objects may fade over time, but memories stay with you forever.

Chuuya: Gift Giving/Quality Time. To say he likes stuff is an understatement. If anything he has his own mini collections of the things he likes particularly well (wine, hats, vinyls, physical copies of his favorite movies, etc.).  If he likes someone enough, he'll let them know about the things he likes. He'll also try and find out what things you like as well so he can give little gifts to show how much he appreciates a person. Quality time is a bit more difficult for him. Since he's sent all over the place doing God knows what for Mori, he hardly gets a moment to himself. If he shifts stuff around for someone, or chooses to spend time with that person on his day off, that's one of the highest complements you can get from him. After a busy day at work he likes to spend some quality time with Niko. (Yes, Niko is my OC)

Kouyou: Quality Time. She isn't as busy as Chuuya, so her schedule is a little more flexible. She cares a lot for some of her coworkers and she shows it by spending time with them. Nothing super fancy, she'll invite someone to her office to check up on them or invite them out for a coffee. She's the Mother of the Mafia for good reason. She does her best to take care of those she considers her 'children'.

Mori: Words of Affirmation. He. Has. A. HUGE. Ego. He's definitely the type to say "I know" when someone gives him a complement. Hey, it's better that being called a p3do or a creep.
