Start. 

Jeongyeon start her day with her phone ringing at 6 am in the morning. It actually irritates her and it's not helping that the fact she slept at 3 am last night to clear her level in her favorite video game.

Jeongyeon and games can never be separated. One wonder why she's the top student in her school.

She decides to ignore the ringing as the sleepiness overcome her. The ringing eventually stops but it rings for the second time. She picks up without seeing the caller id. She knows by heart alteady who it is.

"hello..mmm.. ", she groans softly.
"wake up already sleepyhead!" a guy's voice said.  "we'll be late Jeongyeon!  Mr Park remind us to be early to ride the bus at 7 am.Ugh, you played games last night right Yoo Jeongyeon?" he sighs then continue," i saw the lights in your room still on at 3am!! " he said frustrated.

No answer from Jeongyeon. 
"Yahh Yoo Jeongyeonn!!" stern but not angry, he'll never be able to be angry towards her.
" hmm arasseoo..  I'm awake now ugh. " jeongyeon said while stretching out her hands in the air .

Now standing up, she grabs her towels while walking like a zombie to the bathroom, " thanks JimJim ", she said while yawning. "he yu hater(see you later) , gimme 30 mins okay bye". With that she hangs up on her childhood aka best friend aka neighbor to get ready for their school trip.  Thank god she has packed her things before getting into games last night.

6.30 a.m.

  Jimin waited outside Jeongyeon's house with his own luggage and a Strawberry candy in his hand.  He paced around while looking at his watch.  'This Yoo Jeongyeon, i swear if we're late, she can't borrow my new vid game. Heh, that's a great punishment tho.'  He thought with a smirk, Jimin knows Jeongyeon will throw a fit not getting to play the same thing he played. They have this competition going between them about games. Well,  they compete for almost everything like studies,  vid games, sports,  food, and when they karaoke.

If Jimin play soccer and basketball, Jeongyeon would take netball and girl's futsal. Same as getting the higher score for karaoke. The best thing is, they do all the things together with each other. Maybe that's the meaning of childhood friend, an existence that have been there since you started to know the world, doing things together, fight like siblings but still be there for each other. 

Jimin heard the front door being open and Jeongyeon out from the house.
"I AM SORRY FOR BEING LATEE!! "
jeongyeon half scream half whispering while running out from the door to the gate towards Jimin. 

After getting an unamused look from Jimin, she just smile apologetically showing her teeth.
"Here" Jimin hands her the Strawberry candy to Jeongyeon, well, more like shoving it annoyingly.
"Come on, we're late Jeong", Jimin take Jeongyeon hands and run to their school wich takes 20min by walking. They got only 16 minutes to make it before 7.00 am. So run it is. 

'I know I'm late, I AM SORRY but.. God! This feels good. It's been a long time since we held hands. Like, nine or ten years ago.  Hehe.' Jeongyeon smile while looking at their intertwined hands.

The sweet flavor of the strawberry candy earlier making her feeling happier.  Eating Strawberry candy every morning is a routine she started because of Jeongyeon's low level of sugar in her body. She was diagnosed with it when she was 7 years old.  She'd always fainted when she overexerted her energy.  Jimin was so worried, even asking his mother if Jeongyeon is going to leave him. Being a kid that time, Jimin's mother said that Jeongyeon was just lack of sweet to eat and if she eat candy and sweets, she'll be okay. 

The naïve Jimin started bringing Jeongyeon sweets to her house especially Strawberry flavored ones because that's her favorite saying that he didn't want Jeongyeon leave her like his puppy did. Although through times Jeongyeon got better ,Jimin still brought her Strawberry candy every morning to start her day.

They and the group of students has arrived at Jeju island for the school trip.  They're staying for two days and one night. Not too long of a stay because this is only a getaway to release stress before their big exam.

After checking in, Jeongyeon look around the resort with her girls which they share the room together.She was welcomed by the sea, the breeze, the field of green grass thinking how great if Jimin see the same scenery she's seeing. Knowing that the boy is with his boys going to eat as Jimin text her just before. She is a glutton too but boys is still gonna be boys. Food,then aesthetics. It was the first time both of them in Jeju tho. She was amazed by the scenery that she didn't realize that she was stared by someone. 

A pair of brown eyes eyed her actions and facial expressions , then smile formed on his luscious lips when Jeongyeon open her hands as if embracing the wind and opening her mouth wide as if eating the air.  'That girl is so unique , haha'. The person thought while chuckling. ' Yoo.. Jeongyeon is it. I gotta talk to her'. He thought confidently.

At the other side of the resort Jimin and his boys or known as Bangtan Boys for their soccer team that never lose are hanging out and eating at the resort's cafe.  They are so hungry through out the journey.  Yes they ate in the plane but, boys have fast metabolism right.  The calories burned fast to cope with their energetic activities.

While eating, they noticed another group of boys from their school trip enter the cafe.  Jimin knows one of them, Kai hyung.  He's close with Kai because Kai is a senior in soccer and they trained together a lot but not with his circle.  He only knows the faces and names, never really talk or communicate with each other.  There's never a reason to.  Little did Jimin know,  there's gonna be a reason for him to talk to one of Kai's group.  And that reason is Jeongyeon.  His very best friend.
