After Hagoromo told the tailed beasts about Naruto being the child of the prophecy, he told Kurama about a woman, a woman who would conceive his child.
This child would be blessed by him, she will also reshape the world, just like Naruto would.

This woman he told Kurama about was not a beast but a dragon that was once human, stunned and mistreated by her people.

Yuki wouldn't allow Madara to take her source of happiness.

She roared in pain as chains wrapped around her body, Kurama couldn't move, he was frozen, his eyes were everywhere but landed on the baby giggling.

He roared in sadness to see Yuki shrink back down to her human form, and fell on the body.

"When your daughter turns 18, I shall come back, dead or alive, and claim her power as mine, even if it means that I have to take her away from you.", Madara said with a smirk on his face.
Kurama immediately turned human and rushed to his wife.
She was not breathing....so much blood.... she's dead.

Madara knew that he would be vulnerable, the next thing he sees him.
That child was indeed Kaguya's reincarnation.
His wife died with a smile on her face.

He made a vow to kill anyone who set hands on his child.
He took baby Y/n, ran to a cave and there he hide the sadness and misery of his wife's death.
Y/n, on the other hand, Kurama was going to be her shield and protector no matter what the cost was...

P.s-Y/n was born a long time before Naruto, but because she was sealed, she remained. as a baby
