"Ururu, Jinta, stop fighting," Kisuke spoke letting out a loud yawn. "Have you two seen Joe today?"

"She said she was running late," Tessai said. "Something about her shower..."

"Ah, I'm guessing she has witnessed my latest creation."

"KISUKE!" someone's shout came from down the street.

"And here she comes now." Kisuke got up and went to the door. He opened it and watched as a young woman came barreling at him. "Why good morning, Joe. How are you this mor-"

The girl flew through the air, feet first, and contacted with Kisuke's stomach. The shopkeeper flew back into the shop leaving a path of destruction with broken shelves and doors. "Stop using your experiments on me!" the young woman roared, pushing her bangs from her face. "How many times do I have to tell you?"

"Aw, Joe, you hurt me," Kisuke whined sitting up.

"You're dead, Urahara!"

Joe and Kisuke go back. Both were members of the Thirteen Court Guard Squads. While Kisuke left the Soul Society because of the Vizards, Joe left because she was tired of the Soul Society and their rules. So Joe left in search for her old Captain, Kisuke. She had been his Fourth Seat.

Jinta, Ururu, Yoruichi, and Tessai watched as Joe and Kisuke rolled around on the floor. Joe had her Captain in a headlock and Kisuke was flailing around trying to escape. "What were you thinking?" she yelled. Little did they know that Tessai had opened the trapdoor to the underground training room. "You're lucky that your experiment didn't kill me!" Joe rolled to her right. "And-!" They fell into the hole in the ground. "Tessai!"

"Take the fight downstairs!" he called after them.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

"So, Joe, what did Kisuke do?" Yoruichi asked.

"He switched out my soap!" Joe exclaimed. "He's lucky I wasn't allergic!"

"What did it do exactly?" Jinta asked.

Joe's cheeks turned pink and she grumbled and looked away. "Kisuke is still nursing his wounds," Yoruichi said. "You can tell us."

Joe gripped the bottom part of her shirt and rolled it up to where her bra started. "Look at that! My spirit form is trying to come out of my gigai, and I don't know how to get it back in!"

The group looked at her stomach. It was true. The area was rippling, floating in and out of her gigai. "What was he doing that for?"

"Hell if I know!" Joe rolled back down her shirt. "Anyway, what's on the agenda today?"

"You said you were going to give me pointers on my swing!" Jinta exclaimed.

"And you were going to give me another lesson on hand-to-hand combat," Ururu said.

Joe smiled. "You got it!" she exclaimed scooping up her bowl of rice. "As soon as I'm done eating!"

Yoruichi sweat dropped. "She's going to be hyper in a few minutes-"

Joe slammed down her bowl. "Woo-who! I'm ready!" she exclaimed.

"Make that a few seconds..."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Joe walked out of the bathroom in basketball shorts and a tank top. She ran the towel through her wet hair. Joe stopped at Kisuke's door and looked inside. He was sprawled out on his bed, icepack to his head. His hat was sitting on the nightstand, eyes closed.

Maybe he's sleeping?

Joe walked in and took the icepack from his head and went to get a new one from the freezer. When she came back in and was about to put the icepack back in place, Kisuke's eyes opened. "I thought you were angry at me?" he asked.

Joe rolled her eyes. "You know I can't stay mad at you for long," she grumbled, sitting on the side of the bed. Joe pulled the towel that was resting on top of her head off and let it drop to the floor. She ran one of her hand through her hair and sighed. "Sorry... about beating you up like that."

"I still don't know why you left the Soul Society. You were almost at a Captain's level."

Joe shrugged. "I had my reasons." She put the icepack back on Kisuke's forehead. He hissed and sat up. "Jeez, how hard did I hit you?" Joe's hand reached up and pushed away his hair. There was a large black and blue bruise on the right side of his forehead. "Ouch..."

"Yeah, it hurts. And that icepack isn't helping."

Joe moved her face and lightly kissed the bruise. "How does that feel?"

"Maybe again..." Joe did as told.

"Are you hurt anywhere else?"

Kisuke touched his eye where it too was bruising. "Right here." Joe kissed the eyelid. "Right here." Kisuke touched his cheek. Joe moved down to kiss it. "Right here," he whispered, touching the corner of his mouth. The young woman rolled her eyes and lightly kissed him. She pulled away and Kisuke turned towards Joe to kiss her fully on the lips.

Joe kissed back as Kisuke's arm snaked around her waist, pulling her onto his lap. Joe ran her hands through the Soul Reaper's hair and his hold tightened. They broke for air, putting their foreheads together. Kisuke lightly kissed her nose. "So what did my little experiment do to you?" he asked mischievously.

Joe's cheeks turned pink as Kisuke's hands slid up her waist and under the shirt. The cloth was pulled up to her chest before Kisuke's eyes traveled down to her stomach where her spirit form was still trying to come apart from her gigai. "Hmm... interesting." He then looked back up at Joe. "You have a nice body," he said, smirking.

"You little pervert," Joe muttered. "What was that thing anyway?"

"It acts like a mod soul, pulling your spirit form from your gigai."

"And why did you do that?"

"Just to mess with you."

Joe whacked him upside the head. "You idiot, when does this wear off?"

"It should be fine by tomorrow, but in the meantime..." Kisuke pulled off Joe's shirt completely. Joe rolled her eyes and kissed the man again.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Oh, Joe!" Kisuke's voice rang out as he knocked on the bathroom door. "Joe!"

"Hold your horses!" the young woman exclaimed as she threw open the door. Kisuke stood there in shock, staring at her body dressed in a very revealing white bathing suit. "Was it so hard to wait?"

Kisuke wrapped his arms around Joe's waist and kissed her hungrily. "Oh yes it was, but worth it." He kissed her jawline. "I say we skip all of our Honeymoon plans and just spend our time here in this room." He growled against her neck.

"Easy boy," Joe said playfully. "That comes later tonight. Right now let's go out and enjoy the sun."

Kisuke had a pout on his face. Joe laughed and kissed his nose. "Just think the wait will be worth it."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Sinjon! Get back here!" Joe yelled, chasing after the blonde haired, blue-eyed little boy. The child quickly turned the corner, but one look in the room and she stopped. Kisuke had a hold on the upside down four-year old boy before tossing him into the air and catching him. Sinjon laughed wildly.

Joe smirked, leaning against the doorframe. "I swear, he takes after you everyday," she said.

Kisuke smiled at his wife and walked towards her as Sinjon climbed on his back. Kisuke kissed Joe on the forehead. "Well, he is our son, I would hope he took after me a little with his antics."

Joe chuckled. "I wanna go play with Jinta and Ururu," Sinjon spoke.

"Go play with them. They should be with Tessai in the living room."

"Yeahy!" The child ran off. Joe sighed as Kisuke came up from behind and wrapped his arms around Joe's waist. The young woman's arms reached up and snaked around his neck. Kisuke nibbled on her ear.

"Don't tempt me, Kisuke," Joe said, moaning.

"Aw, why not?" he mumbled against Joe's neck.

"Just wait for tonight." Joe smirked. "The wait will be worth it."
