In the Vortex of Space Time and Dimension, Arceus, alongside Palkia, Dialga, and Giratina, command all of their Celebi The Time Travel Pokemon to hire Ash Ketchum and Pikachu alongside his Pokemon that won on the World Coronation Series, including Z Rings, Crystal, and the Mega Keystone to go back in time to stop where the roots originated.
