"Everyone is here." Erica said as her and everyone else stood beside me. We were standing outside of our old school, waiting for transportation to come pick us up and take us to our new school. Parents were everywhere. They were probably just as nervous as we were.

"We're going to be so late." Cheryl said as she looked at the time on her phone. "I'm sure we won't get in trouble for that, baby." Mike said as he embraced a very worried Cheryl.

"Are those school buses?" Noah asked and we all turned around and saw 4 school buses heading our way. That's a bold statement. The buses arrived and we all looked at each other as if we had an option. "Okay students, we are already running behind so please get on the bus so we can go to our new school." Slowly everyone walked towards the buses, some saying goodbye to their parents, others just getting on the bus.

I followed Cheryl and Mike on to the bus and we all sat in the back. I sat alone and watched as more students filled the bus. I watched as a familiar face stood in between the seats, looking for somewhere to sit.

"Bethany, you can sit with me." A smile appeared on her face as she walked over and sat next to me. Bethany is super quiet. She's basically your average girl next door. "Hello Mara." She said to me with a smile and I did the same. She seemed very happy, unlike everyone else.

"Why are you so happy? I'm shitting bricks right now." I said to her and she laughed at me. "It's my first and last day. After this I'm being homeschooled. No more crazy killer trying to kill me." That's such a smart idea. Why can't I be homeschooled? The bus started to move and Erica let out a loud laugh from in front of me. Here goes nothing.

I sat with my friends as we watched the auditorium fill up with students from our new school. They had the two schools divided. Our school was on the right, and the other was on the left. Each time a student walked in their eyes immediately went to us. I had my poker face on and I was ready to show these kids that they didn't scare me.

"They look dangerous." Erica said from beside me as we all watched them. "The guys are kind of hot." Erica and I both glared at Noah who was biting his lip as if he was at restaurant, waiting for his order to come.

"Close your mouth Noah, you're drooling." Cheryl said from behind us as she patted his back which cause Mike to laugh at him. Noah frowned and looked away from the students as our Principal and the school's Principal walked in and went right to the microphone.

"Good morning West ValleyHigh," The other Principal cheered out and the room was filled with silence. The Principal awkwardly chuckled as our Principal walked over to the mic with a smile on his face. "And good morning ValleyHigh!" I let out a sign as once again the room was dead silent.

"So we're all here because some unfortunate events have taken place at our school, and West ValleyHigh has kindly let us come here, to let you all continue your education." They shouldn't have. I was doing fine just staying at home.

"We are so excited to welcome you all to our school! I am Principal Brooks, the Principal here at West ValleyHigh," He smiled as he took a step back and allowed our Principal to speak again. Since I already knew who my Principal was I stopped listening and got comfortable in my seat. This is going to be a long day.

I walked into my new first period class that I had with Erica and Noah. The bell rung and I stood alongside my other classmates as the students of West ValleyHigh sat down in their normal seats. Each student looked us up and down and I wanted to just leave and go home. This day so far is terrible, and it barely started.

"Good morning guys, looks like we have some new students! Oh, it's a lot of you guys." The teacher said as she walked over to her desk and we just stood there and watched her. She pulled out a piece of paper and read it for a brief moment.

"Okay since there are tables instead of desk I'm sure we can squeeze you all in." The teacher started to laugh and I exchanged looks with Erica and she was too busy studying all of our new classmate's faces.

"Sitting with Max we'll have Erica, Mara, and Noah." Thank god that I'll be with my friends. We all exchanged looks with each as we tried to act like we knew who Max was. When the teacher noticed that none of us moved, a light bulb went off in her head as she realized we didn't know who that was.

"Max, please raise your hand." A hand shot up in the very back of the room and I looked at Noah before we all walked over to our new seats. I sat down next to Max while Noah sat next to me, and Erica sat at the very end.

"Just a quick question for you all," We all stopped taking out our science supplies and looked at Max who was staring at us. "I'm the only openly gay guy here, so please tell me that your school has some gays who wanna fuck." This is a conversation for Noah. And without hesitation I was pushed by Noah so that he could get a better look at his fellow gay.

"You're gay? I'm gay too!" I rolled my eyes and knew that Noah would want to sit next to him so I got up and made Noah sit in my seat. I sat down and gave Erica a tired sign as I opened my notebook. "So then you know all the other gays." Max said and Noah laughed.

"The only gay I know is you and me." Max groaned and I felt Noah look at me. I'm not getting involved in that conversation. I need to worry about how I'm going to get through the rest of this day.

The bell rang, letting us know that the period was over. That was only first. Can this day go any slower? I gathered my things and Max and Noah rushed out of the class to go somewhere to probably talk about things only they can relate to. At least I still had Erica, who surprisingly was being very quiet today. It's not like her. She always has something odd to say.

I sent her a reassuring smile before we both walked out of class together. We made it to the hallway and was instantly met with Cheryl and Mike. I don't think he knows that I thought that he was the murderer. I mean, that's not something that I would want to tell him. Like ever.

"We have a problem." Cheryl said to Erica and I as she pushed us towards some lockers so we weren't standing in anyone's way. I exchanged looks with Erica and then looked back at Cheryl. Whatever it is it can't be as bad as the day that I'm having. I have first day blues, and it's October.

"Some kids that go here are talking about how we have a bad rep. We're getting treated like shit by them. It's so bad that they managed to completely scare Colin in first." Oh my god, Colin. I forgot all about him. "Is he okay?" I asked her and she nodded her head.

"These kids hate us. They think that we're going to bring the murderer here, at this school." She stressed. I know that our school has a rep, but that's over now, right? I mean that psycho hasn't made a peep ever since he tried to kill me. I think we have nothing to worry about.

"Then we'll just have to show them that we won't, because there is no murderer. It's over." I said to them as I looked them in the eye. There will not be another murder, and soon my Dad and his man will find out who did this, and find out that they're done, and then we'll happily go back to our school and never have to see any of these people ever again.

Cheryl sent a look to her boyfriend and right as she did that the bell rung. They sent us a look before they walked away, hand in hand to class. I turned to face Erica and she sent me a quick smile as students hurried off to class. I guess we should get going too.

"How is their gym room bigger than ours?" Erica asked me as we walked into the gym room with me fixing the too small PE shirt they gave me. I shrugged my shoulders and stopped messing with the very annoying fabric as the teacher blew his whistle. Everyone sat down where they were standing and Erica and I did the same to fit in.

"Since we have ValleyHigh with us our classes are going to be bigger. So big that our VolleyBall unit will have to wait."

"Thank god." Erica whispered to me and I lightly laughed at her. Imagine us playing VolleyBall with them. It'll honestly turn into a bloodbath.

"So for today it's open Gym, have fun, you all know the rules." Everyone instantly got up and started to do whatever. I helped Erica up and looked around the Gym for something for us to do. And then I saw it. "Tennis?" I asked her and she nodded her head.

"Try to hit that tile at the top." I said to Erica as I pointed at the tile that was high up. We were standing across from a wall that no one was by, which was good because we didn't want to bother anyone. Especially the West ValleyHigh kids.

Erica laughed and got ready to hit the ball and I watched her with a smile on my face. After 3 seconds of waiting she hit the ball and it hit the tile. I started to laugh and clap as she turned around with a smile on her face, and the ball and tennis racket in both hands.

"What can I say? I be practicing!" She playfully rolled her eyes and handed me the ball. Playing tennis, or whatever this is was clearing my mind. I was having a good time with Erica, and not once did I think about why we were here. At this school instead of our own. But we all know that good things have to come to an end at some point. And mine came to an end when someone started to clap from behind us.

Erica and I both turned around to see a girl with long dark hair and a malicious grin on her face. She's obviously up to no good. "You're good at that. Like you're good at getting kids at your school murdered." She started to laugh and my blood started to boil. I threw down my tennis racket as she turned her back to us and walked away.

"Wanna try that again?" I asked as I walked up to her. She turned around and looked me up and down while she licked her lips. "You know what I said. You gonna murder me too?" She asked as she looked behind me to send Erica a creepy smile. At this point I was pissed. I'm so tired of these low lifes thinking that they're better than us.

Without thinking and only using the anger that was inside of me I shoved her really hard and she stumbled back. Her stumbled cause a few people to stop and watch us, but I didn't care. I was too pissed to care. Before she could shove me back some random dude rushed over and did the same exact thing to me, but even harder.

"Don't ever touch my friends, you bitch!" He yelled out as I fell into Erica, who instantly caught me. Who the hell is this dude? Do I really need to fight a guy, because I will. Before Erica let me go we all heard a loud whistle. It was the teacher, thank you God!

"Zion, go cool off and I expect you to apologize to that girl." Zion sent me one last mug before he stormed off, and his friends followed. The crowd slowly broke away as Erica stood me up and smiled at me once I was standing.

"You okay? That jerk pushed you really hard." I pulled down the collar of my shirt to examine my chest and saw that he left a mark. What a bitch! I'm so over this day! I just want to go home and never come back to this place. Erica noticed how angry I was and offered me some kind advice.

"The first is always the hardest. Tomorrow will be better."
